Kata kunci: Kooperatif, Minat Belajar, Chemistry ABSTRACTChemistry Teaching at SMA Negeri 1 Sa'dan Balusu has not been successful yet. This fact is supported by the completeness of student learning is still far from expected. The existence of some chemistry teachers who teach only speaking method without the involvement of students to be active in it, increasing the student's tendency that chemistry is boring. By considering the existing gap and to get the solution of the problem, the Classroom Action Research with STAD type cooperative learning method in learning Thermochemical concept was done. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in two learning cycles, each cycle consisting of 1. Planning; 2. Implementation; 3. Observations; 4. Reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPA. 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Sa'dan Balusu. The stages of each cycle were (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation / observation, and (4) reflection. The data collected were the activities and post-test at the end of the cycle. There was significant improvement of activities in cycle I (one); the average score of student activities which was in accordance with the evaluation score has increased. In the cycle I the students’ average score was 69% and classical completeness was 48%. Meanwhile, the average score of cycle II was 85% and the classical score was 100%. It was due to student’s responses to the approach in implementing problem-based learning model; students were comfortable in stating problems in learning that enable them to understand the concepts being taught. Thus, the teacher’s skill on group discussion could improve students’achievement of Pancasila and Civics Education reflected by percentage of students who experience greater learning completeness to improve learning achievement.

English is an international language learned in Indonesia. One of the difficulties of student learning is when learning to read. They tend to read without knowing the meaning of the text they are reading. On this occasion the researcher tried to teach comprehension reading using cooperative learning through jeopardy games to increase students’ interest and ability in learning reading comprehension. In addition, researchers also want to find out what difficulties students face when learning to use jeopardy game through this jeopardy game. This research was conducted on students of class VIII E Semester 1 SMPN 1 Cililin which consists of 36 students. This research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR). From the results of the pretest and posttest, there were 20 pretest results from 36 students or 56% who succeeded in reaching the minimal completeness criteria. Whereas in the posttest there was an increase to 28 out of 36 students or 78,85% who successfully reached the minimal completeness criteria. Then it can be concluded the use of games in learning increases the ability of students in reading comprehension. However, there are some students who still find it difficult to learn to use this method because their vocabulary mastery is still lacking. Keywords:  Reading Comprehension, Cooperative Learning, Jeopardy Game

This study aims to determine the application of the Treffinger learning model to improve the understanding of grade VI students. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with Kurt Lewin's model. The results showed that the results of teacher observations in the first cycle were 72.2%, increasing to 91.6% in the second cycle. This increase also occurred in the observation of student activity in the first cycle, namely 68.75%, increasing to 90.62% in the second cycle. Increasing the learning process has an impact on increasing students' understanding of the natural and social appearance material of neighboring countries. The purpose of this classroom action research (CAR) is to aim to find out whether there is an increase in learning outcomes in the subject of Citizenship Education students using cooperative learning strategies. This research is a classroom action research study involving 30 students of class X Accounting SMKN 2 Tanimbar Selatan consisting of 5 women and 20 men. Some of the variables investigated in this study are as follows (1) input variables which include students, lesson material, learning resources, (2) the variable process of organizing teaching and learning activities, such as teaching and learning interactions, student questioning skills, student learning methods, and (3) output variables such as student curiosity, students' ability to apply knowledge, student learning motivation, student learning outcomes, student attitudes towards learning experiences through improvement activities. There are four stages carried out in carrying out this research activity, namely: the stages of planning, implementation of actions, observation and interpretation as well as analysis and reflection. This research was conducted in two research cycles. From the results of the action in the first cycle, it was found that the average value of students was 78.67 with the highest score of 90 and the lowest value of 65 and completeness of learning only reached 77% or 23 students out of 30 students, still below the established completeness of 85% of students unfinished learning 23% or 7 students out of 30 students. Thus the next learning cycle still needs to be designed. Results in Cycle II the average value of students 81.00 with the highest value of 95 and the lowest value of 70 and completeness of learning has only reached 87% or 26 students out of 30 students, already above the mastery that has been set that is 85% of students who have not finished learning 13 % or 4 students out of 30 students.
