Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui In House Training. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) dengan objek penelitian 12 guru sasaran MI Azzainiyah II Paiton Probolinggo. Rancangan penelitian tindakan ini menggunakan model Kurt Lewin dengan tahapan plan, action, observation, serta reflection. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru sasaran, dan observasi lapangan peneliti. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan observation, performance appraisal, serta documentation. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis kualitif dan kuantitaf. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 64 dan persentase guru sasaran yang masuk kategori tuntas sebesar 60%. Sedangkan pada siklus II diperoleh rata-rata 65,83 serta presentase guru sasaran yang masuk kategori tuntas sebesar 83,33%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru madrasah ibtidaiyah melalui In House Training

<p><em>This </em><em>research</em><em> aimed to find out the effect of </em><em>applying</em><em> Discovery Learning</em><em> </em><em>assisted</em><em> by </em><em>ICT</em><em> media</em><em> towards student’s interest and learning outcome in science about single and mixed substances of a total of </em><em>12</em><em> students</em><em> on</em><em> </em><em>fifth </em><em>grade </em><em>of </em><em>SDN 2 Darmakradenan. This </em><em>classroom action research</em><em> was conducted with a cyclical process consisted of 4 stages; plan, action, observation, and reflection, in 2 cycles.</em><em> </em><em>Based on the observation result of student’s interest, only 33,33% of pre</em><em>-cycle</em><em> showed their interest. Then, after </em><em>first</em><em> cycle , it improved 66,67%, and later improved to 91,67% at the end of </em><em>second </em><em>cycle. Based on the formative test result, only 41,67 of the pre</em><em>-</em><em>cycle passed the course. Then, it improved 75,00% in </em><em>first </em><em>cycle, and at the end of </em><em>second </em><em>cycle</em><em> </em><em>100,00% passed the course. On the pre</em><em>-</em><em> cycle, the class’s average grade is about 55.56, and it improved to 83,33 after </em><em>second cycle</em><em>. Based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that Discovery Learning Assisted </em><em>ICT </em><em>Media can improve student’s interest and learning outcome on </em><em>fifth grade </em><em>students </em><em>of </em><em>SDN 2 Darmakradenan in science about single and mixed substances.</em><em></em></p>

          The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which Score Strategy may increase students' reading comprehension and the factors that improved students' reading comprehension at Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of SMK Budi Mulia. This research was classroom action research. The subject of this research was the XI students of the Office Administration Program at SMK Budi Mulia. The instrument of this research was a test, observation, field note, and interview. The research was conducted in two cycles which included plan, action, observe, and reflect. The finding of this research showed that the students reading comprehension at the XI student of SMK Budi Mulia had significant improvement after using the SCORE Strategy. The improvement was influenced by several factors; teaching material, media, classroom activities, classroom management, teacher’s strategy.

Permasalahan pembelajaran matematika dalam bilangan bulat yaitu belum berorientasi pada pemahaman dan kebermaknaan, namun bersifat penyampaian informasi dari guru kepada siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengeksplorasi peningkatan pemahaman matematika dalam bilangan bulat melalui blended learning model personal learning environment (PLE). Metode penelitian ini yaitu clasroom action research model Kemmis dengan desain yaitu plan, action, obsrevasi dan refleksi, pada siswa kelas VI Sekolah Dasar. Lembar pengamatan, wawancara, dan tes digunakan sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan blended learning model PLE dapat meningkatkan pemahaman matematika dengan nilai rata-rata pada siklus I yaitu 76,40 dan siklus II yaitu 86,20 terdapat selisih yaitu 9,8 ditinjau kriteria pada siklus I berkategori Baik dan pada siklus II berkategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal pada siklus I- II mencapai 100 %. Peningkatan nampak pada aspek pembelajaran yang bersifat student center yakni terjadi interaksi pembelajaran antara siswa dengan siswa, siswa dengan guru maupun interaksi dengan sumber belajar lainnya sehingga mampu mengembangkan asfek kognitif, afektif maupun psikomotor. Oleh karena itu, bagi guru SD dalam pembelajaran matematika tentang bilangan bulat disarankan untuk menerapkan blended learning model personal learning environment (PLE).

The objective of this work is to demonstrate the methodology and analysis of problem solving and its effectiveness for the improvement of the organizational processes proposing that the method can be applied in any sector of the market and not exclusively in the industries. This will be done through the use of search for articles related to the topic addressed in different sectors of the market and a comparative table showing the results after the implementation of the method. The Masp steps will consist of 8 phases that are related to the 4 steps of the PDCA cycle, which are: problem identification, observation, analysis, action plan, action, verification, standardization and conclusion. For the development of the research, the bibliographic source was used with the use of articles and books to understand the topic applied in general and specifically based on recent case study articles to evaluate its effectiveness and flexibility.

Local governments should be able to take pay attention to plan action in efficient way in developing economy of the regency, in order to optimise the economic advantages in the region and to encourage local economic growth. For this purpose, it should be considered to design development planning through selecting sub-sectors and prime products in further design plan of action for the region. This research aims to determine selective prime commodities and sub sector potential through three methods which areas: 1) Location Quotient Analysis, 2) Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) 3) Exponential Comparation Method /MPE. The results show that the plantation sub-sector is selected as sector basis of the economy with the value of LQ=1,3694 or LQ>1. In line with the plantation subsector which is nominated as the prime subsector in Tolitoli regency with weight priority value of 0.2927, then the cloves product is selected as prime commodity in the Region with the MPE total weight of 13.1416, and this commodity is nominated as commodity basis with the LQ value of 13.5754.

This research is based on the reality in the field, that the understanding of class XI students at SMAS PGRI 1 Maospati about Hydrocarbon Compounds is still very low. The learning method that has been carried out is information discussion and practice questions. Attention of students at first 100%, but increasingly weakened and precisely when practicing student problems such as loss of enthusiasm for learning. Seeing this reality, it is attempted to change the learning method used, namely by using the peer tutor method. This class action research consists of two cycles, each of which has a plan-action-observation-stage reflection. The analysis used is quantitative analysis. The percentage of student attendance in Cycle I and Cycle II was 100%. Classical Learning Mastery in Cycle I was 33.33% and in Cycle II it was 71.43%. These figures indicate that the Peer Tutor method is an appropriate and effective method to improve student learning outcomes on the Hydrocarbon Compound material.

Population ageing is presented as one of the ‘grand challenges’ of the twenty-first century. Yet, policies designed to offset these challenges seem to be a jumbled, disjointed mix with no clear, overarching narrative. One of the successes of climate change science is the development of a clear, distinguishable framework to plan action: adaptation, mitigation, and resilience. This framework can be applied to designing better policy for ageing: adapting to support people in need today; mitigating future challenges by ensuring that people and institutions ‘age better’; and building resilience by developing both a longer-term perspective and policy learning framework.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan media belajar power point interaktif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar Tematik peserta didik kelas II SD Kristen 03 Eben Haezer. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus 1 kali pertemuan. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas II SD Kristen 03 Eben Haezer Salatiga, tahun 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 26 peserta didik. Pelaksanaan tahap-tahap penelitian sedikit berbeda dari pembelajaran dalam kelas karena pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring atau peserta didik berada dirumah masing-masing. Penerapan media belajar power point untuk kelas II SD Kristen 03 dapat menigkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Hal ini tampak pada hasil siklus I 75,18 dengan kategori cukup, kemudian di siklus II ada peningkatan motivasi belajar dengan hasil 80,0. Penerapan media belajar power point dapat meningkatkan juga hasil belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik 75,45 dengan kategori cukup. Sedangkan pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik 93,0  dengan katagori tinggi. Dengan demikian penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media belajar power point dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran daring pada pembelajaran Tematik. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Hasil Belajar, Power point interaktif  AbstractThis study purposes to know the implementation of interactive power point in increasing student’s motivation and the result of student’s learning in Tematik lesson in SD Kristen 03 Eben Haezer. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) consists of two cycles. Each cycle once meeting. In each cycle consists of plan, action, observasion and reflection.The subject of this research is the two grade students of SD Kristen 03 Eben Haezer Salatiga, in academic year 2020/2021 consists of 26 students. The implementation of the stages of research is slightly different from classroom learning because online learning or students are at home.The implementation of interactive power point as learning media for class II in SD Kristen 03 Eben Haezer has increases student’s learning motivation. It can be showed by scoring 75,18 on cyclus I with sufficient category, then become 80.0 on cyclus II. The implementation of interactive power point as learning media for class II also increases the result of students’s learning process.Based on the research, the average point of sudent’s result learning is 75,45 in sufficient categoryon cyclus I. While on cyclus II, the average point of student’s result learning become 93,0 in high category. Thus the study can be concluded that learning media based on interactive power point can improve student’s motivation and student’s learning result in Tematik lesson on online learning. Keywords: Learning motivation, result of learning, and interactive power point

The research caused by lacking of students’ vocabulary mastery in English Subject. One of the methods for improving vocabulary is Spelling Bee game.  The action research aims to measure the effectiveness of the use of the spelling bee game method in improving students' mastery of English vocabulary and to determine students' responses motivated towards the application of this game. The research uses classroom action research (CAR) caused by Arikunto Suharsimi at students’ fifth grade in SDIT Ya Bunayya Pujon. The research is done two cycle. In every cycle consist of three meeting with the activity: plan, action, observation, reflection. Pre-test and post-test are given in the form of vocabulary tests. Data obtained from the pre-test and post-test were analysis in a classical completeness with a minimum quality standard of 75. The results of the analysis show that in cycle 1 was an average score of 70.26 with a classical completeness of 47, 05%. Furthermore, the results of the study in cycle 2 getting a significant improvement in which the score obtained was an average of 82.91 with a classical completeness reaching 88.24%. An increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2 in the classical completeness obtained reaching 41.19%. While, the implementation of the method makes students pay more attention, active, ability and motivated in learning English. From these results it means that the application of the game Spelling Bee has an influence on improving students' mastery of English vocabulary. Based on the results of this study, the application of learning with the game Spelling Bee is recommended to teachers to create a pleasant atmosphere for students, especially young learner in learning English vocabulary.
