It is important for industrial pig breeding to maintain a high level of animal productivity and preserve their health through the use of modern technologies and equipment for disinfection and treatment of premises, including in the presence of animals. The purpose of the research was to identify the most effective combinations of methods and modes of sanitary treatment of premises that contribute to the maximum manifestation of fattening and meat traits of pigs, preserving their health under the conditions of industrial pork production. The object of research was hybrid young pigs obtained from industrial crossbreeding of three breeds (Large White, Landrace, Pietren). It has been found as the result of the conducted investigations that the combination of the aerosol method of disinfection of livestock premises with additional aerosol air treatment during the fattening of young pigs contributes to the growth of its livability, improvement of fattening traits and increase in the efficiency of fattening. The daily consumption of animal feed during the fattening period does not depend on the method of disinfection of premises before they are put on fattening, but increases with the multiplicity of additional sanitary treatments, however, feed expenditures per 1 kg of increase have been reduced with wet disinfection from 3,10 to 2,83 kg, with aerosol disinfection from 3,10 to 2,59 kg. The biggest economic effectiveness of fattening has been noted when combining different methods of disinfection with the two-time regime of additional sanitary treatment of premises during the fattening period at the profitability level of 32,5 and 32,8 %.

The purpose of this work is to realize the adaptive and productive potential of pigs with immunoprophylaxis of transport stress. Analysis of the morbidity and preservation of young pigs for the periods of growth and fattening found that immunotropic preparations PigStim-C and PigStim-M reduce morbidity, reduce recovery time and increase the effectiveness of therapeutic measures. Against the background of immunoprophylaxis, the incidence of pigs during the growth and fattening periods decreased by 4-5 %, the recovery time was reduced by 0.9-1.7 days, and the safety of pigs increased to 99 %, at 97 % in the control group. A more pronounced positive effect of the application of PigStim-C to diseases characterized by respiratory damage was revealed, and PigStim-M – the gastrointestinal tract. Prevention of transport stress by immunotropic preparations PigStim-C and PigStim-M contributed to an increase in live weight of pigs at the end of the growth period by 1.61 and 1.23 kg, respectively, more than control values, and by the end of the fattening period by 2.55 and 3.17 kg. A similar pattern was revealed in the dynamics of average daily increases in live mass. The average daily increases in the live weight of piglets against the background of the use of preparations of the PigStim series during the growth period were higher by 24.6-32.3 g, during the fattening period by 9.4-19.4 g, and on average for the growth and fattening periods by 17.0-21.2 g.

Getting the maximum performance level of modern breeds of pigs is possible with the full support of young vyroschuvalnoho all the necessary nutrients that possible when applying animal feed mixtures concentrating particularly PVMA. Introduction to the diet helps to ensure maximum utilization of nutrients, positively affects digestion and assimilation of them. This leads to the efficient use of feed, animal productivity and improve product quality. The feature of creating new PVMA now is that when developing recipes take into account the chemical composition of available forage in a specific region or sector, current feed feeding fodder in the assessment of energy feed units, optimal conditions of detention and genotype pigs. The new PVMA Intermiks include VS (starter and finisher hrouer) designed for feeding young pigs in growing meat in the final period of fattening. However, the practical use of them requires scientific justification. Therefore, the aim of research was to study the performance and hematological indices of young pigs when administered in the diet PVMA Intermiks VS–10%.Research conducted on three groups–analogues young pigs of large white breed, on 12 goals each. During the feeding phase 65 – 110 kh young second received PVMA Intermiks VS–10% (hrouer–finisher), and the third – PVMA Interfiks VS–10% (finisher). PVMA were manufactured at the production facilities Ukrainian firm «Interahroteh» At the end of fattening blood samples were taken for laboratory tests. Studies have shown that the use in diets of young PVMA Intermiks VS–10% (hrouer–finisher) increases the average daily increments to 113h or na15,1% and reduce the cost of feed for 1 kg increase by 14%. If consumption PVMA Intemmiks VS–10% (finisher) increased by increments of 13 g, or at 1.74%. Accordingly, average daily rate increases was the second 859 h and 759 h in the third group, against 746h in control. When feeding PVMA Intermiks VS–10% (hrouer–finisher) tends to increase the number of red blood cells in the blood (1 – 4.9%), hemoglobin (in 6,1 – 3.6%), leukocytes (1.5 – 4,2%). For PVMA Intermiks VS–10% (finisher) in the diet of animals between group difference was observed all blood parameters are within the physiological norm. It is concluded that for practical use in feeding young pigs in growing meat are recommended fed PVMA Intermiks VS–10% (hrouer–finisher).

Modern feed additives based on natural plant components are increasingly used as an alternative to synthetic antibiotics in animal nutrition. Phytobiotics are natural plant components that are increasingly gaining demand for use in ready-to-eat animal feed and provide proper health and microflora of the body. A scientific and economic experiment was conducted in order to determine their effect on the productivity of young pigs. We composed three groups of analogues each comprising 12 individuals, which were formed in a 15-day equalization period. According to the results of the study on the use of a new feed factor protein-vitamin-mineral supplement Efiprot in the diets of young pigs, a positive effect was observed on increase in the average daily weight gain by 4.1% and 7.1% compared with the control group. There was also seen a better absorption of nutrients in the diet compared with the control indicator. During inclusions of essential oil in the diet of the pigs, we observed an increase in the digestibility of nutrients: in particular, the level of digestibility of dry and organic matter increased in the second and third experimental groups, as well as digestible protein and digestibility of crude fat was better in the first experimental group than in the control group. During the study, there was a tendency towards better breakdown of sparingly soluble carbohydrates under the action of feed additives compared with the control indicator. Thus, the use of protein-vitamin-mineral supplement during the rearing of young pigs not only increased the efficiency of their rearing, but also led to better digestion and maintenance of the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract.

The article raises the problem of ensuring metrological traceability of the measurement results of indicators of quality and nutritional value for food products and food raw materials: water (moisture), nitrogen (protein, crude protein), fat, ash and carbohydrates. The problem under consideration can be solved by applying reference materials of food composition, traceable to state primary measurement standards GET 173-2017 and GET 176-2019 and primary reference measurement procedures (PRMP), for attestation of measurement procedures and accuracy checking of measurement results. The article discusses the results of the PRMP development of mass fraction of fat, ash and carbohydrates in food products and food raw materials, as well as mass fraction of crude fat (oil content) in oil crops seeds and products based on them. The paper also presents metrological characteristics of reference materials of composition of dry dairy products, grain-milk dry porridges for nutrition of babies, grain dry porridges for nutrition of babies, egg powder, freeze-dried meat products, animal feed. The results of the work allow for building a chain of metrological traceability from GET 173-2017, GET 176-2019 and PRMP to routine measurement procedures, thereby ensuring the uniformity of measurements of nutritional value of food products.

Russian policy makers argue that agriculture suffers from decapitalization due to financial constraints faced by producers. This view is the basis for the national agricultural policy, which emphasizes reimbursement of input costs and substitutes government and quasi-government organizations for missing market institutions. The article evaluates the availability of purchased farm inputs, the efficiency of their use, the main problems in the emergence of market institutions, and the impact of government policies. The analysis focuses on five groups of purchased inputs: farm machinery, fertilizers, fuel, seeds, and animal feed. The information sources include official statistics and data from two original surveys.

Animal feed knife is a tool that serves to cut and chop animal feed consisting of grass as the main ingredient with additives such as bran, herbs, centrate, cassava, tofu pulp and others. Therefore, as a cutting tool must have the properties of friction resistance, impact resistance, and have good sharpness, so that the material chosen is Ni-Hard 1. The use of centrifugal casting method was chosen because it has the advantage of being able to make castings with relatively thin thickness this is due to the influence of the centrifugal force on the distribution of metal liquids throughout the cavity in the mold. Case study in this study is the use of centrifugal casting methods as an alternative to gravity casting methods to overcome defects of misruns. This research was conducted to investigate the effect of speed on the formation of castings products. The method that was carried out began with a literature study on centrifugal casting, and continued by determining the material, the temperature of the cast is in the range 1250ºC - 1300ºC, and the type of mold. The next step is to do work drawings, pattern making, mold making, casting processes, fettling processes, and analysis. With variations in speed of 200 rpm, 300 rpm and 400 rpm, it can be seen the optimal speed for making this product. The results of this study obtained optimal speed at a speed of 300 rpm to make good quality of animal feed knife products.
