Resumen Las criptomonedas, siendo un medio de pago encriptado deberían estar sujeto a alguna de las hipótesis que describen el comportamiento del dinero en la teoría monetaria. Este artículo analiza el desempeño del Bitcoin, desde el punto de vista de Friedman (1956) y Mises (1982). Utilizando datos mensuales de los últimos 67 meses desde enero de 2014 hasta julio de 2019, se desarrolló una investigación de tipo descriptiva Ex - post facto. Los resultados muestran que cuando el aumento marginal de criptomoneda emitidas disminuye, el volumen de transacciones, precios de cierre, capitalización del mercado y velocidad de circulación, aumentan, mostrando evidencias del teorema de la regresión; asimismo, se comprueba la apreciación del Bitcoin por razones de oferta y demanda (minado); y se pudo constatar el incremento constante tanto de la tasa de variación del precio, como de crecimiento de los Bitcoin emitidos. Se concluye que la teoría monetaria aceptada puede contribuir a explicar el comportamiento de las criptomonedas. Abstract Cryptocurrencies, being an encrypted means of payment, should be subject to any of the hypotheses that describe the behavior of money in monetary theory. This article analyzes the performance of Bitcoin, from the point of view of Friedman (1956) and Mises (1982). Using monthly data from the last 67 months from January 2014 to July 2019, a descriptive Ex - post facto investigation was developed. The results show that when the marginal increase in issued cryptocurrencies decreases, the volume of transactions, closing prices, market capitalization and circulation speed increase, showing evidence of the regression theorem; Likewise, the appreciation of Bitcoin is verified for reasons of supply and demand (mined); and the constant increase in both the price variation rate and the growth of the Bitcoin issued could be verified. It is concluded that the accepted monetary theory can contribute to explain the behavior of cryptocurrencies.

Abstract.LEARNING APPROACHES, READING COMPREHENSION AND SELF-REGULATION: THE LATEST FOUNDTwo independent investigation lines, learning approaches and reading comprehension are related to reply to some difficulties that were found in high-school students. This paper attempts to show the findings in the study of the relations between: on one hand, a) reading comprehension (it is a process through students build a mental representation about the information in the text); b) previous knowledge and c) generation of questions; on the other hand, d) learning approaches (how they feel and deal with learning situations); e) self-regulation; f) academic achievement. 1.125 ninth-grade students from 28 schools of the metropolitan area of Granada took part in three studies (two with ex-post-facto design and one with a quasi-experimental design). Results from different studies showed relations between variables. In the conclusion, we indicate the mediator function of the questions and the importance of adopting a broad point of view about the comprehension in texts of sciences. Some implications about teaching-learning in sciences are mentioned.Keywords: learning approaches, reading comprehension, question generation, academic achievement.Resumen.Dos líneas de investigación independientes, enfoques de aprendizaje y comprensión lectora se relacionan para dar respuesta a algunas de las dificultades encontradas en los estudiantes de secundaria. El objetivo es presentar un resumen de los hallazgos obtenidos en el estudio de las relaciones entre: por una parte, a) comprensión lectora (proceso mediante el que los estudiantes construyen una representación mental de la información del texto); b) conocimiento previo y c) generación de preguntas; por otra parte, d) enfoques de aprendizaje (modo en que experimentan y abordan las situaciones de aprendizaje) e) autorregulación y f) rendimiento académico. Un total de 1.125 estudiantes de cuarto de secundaria, de 28 centros del área metropolitana de Granada, participaron en tres estudios (dos con diseños ex-post-facto y un tercero con diseño cuasi-experimental). Los resultados  de los diferentes estudios mostraron relaciones entre las variables. Se concluye enfatizando el papel mediador de las preguntas así como la importancia de adoptar un punto de vista amplio sobre la comprensión de los textos de ciencias. Y se mencionan algunas implicaciones para la enseñanza-aprendizaje de las ciencias.Palabras clave: enfoques de aprendizaje, comprensión lectora, generación de preguntas, rendimiento.

Many efforts have been done by the government to improve the quality of education and one of them is accreditation program. This research is focused to identify the impact of accreditation on teachers’ performance and national examination score of Madrasah. The research used an ex post facto method to analyze past events and their time order to find out the influencing factors. The population of this study was 8.844 madrasah located in provinces of DKI Jakarta, Central Java, South Sulawesi, and South Sumatera. Using purposive sampling technique, 202 teachers from 73 madrasah representing those from the provinces mentioned were taken as the samples. Data analysis and interpretation suggest that: (1) From accreditation status point of view, there was no significant difference between teachers’ performances of accredited madrasah and those from non-accredited ones, (2) There was a significant difference between the teachers’ performance judging from the accreditation level point of view (on the scale of A, B, C, or D), between the teachers’ performance of madrasahs with A accreditation and B accreditation; and between the teachers’ performance of madrasah with A accreditation and C accreditation, (3) There was no significant differences between the teachers’ performance of madrasah with B accreditation and C accreditation, (4) there was a significant difference between the national examination score of accredited madrasah and the non-accreditation ones, and (5) There was no significant difference between national examination score of madrasahs with different accreditation scale of level (A, B, C, or D). Shortly, the accreditation has more influence on the teachers’ performances than on the national examination scores.

ABSTRACT Purpose: The study analyzes the occurrence of learning through experience and the development of collective skills as a result of a program aimed to build a culture of innovation. Originality/value: The study contributes to the theoretical discussion about innovation as a social process of experiential learning. From the practical point of view, it shows that the deliberate application of a method and a process in the construction of the innovation culture stimulates the learning of individual and collective abilities favorable to innovation, as well as behavioral and organizational changes. Design/methodology/approach: Participant observation was used to compile the report, and an ex post facto survey based on in-depth interviews was used to evaluate the results. The analysis was based on the phenomenological semiotics with the support of Atlas.Ti® software in the process of description, reduction and interpretation, to apprehend the awareness of the subjects’ experience. Findings: The following results were obtained: 1. the occurrence of collective learning by the construction of solutions based on the combination of ideas of subjects with different perspectives and abilities, and by the deliberate application of a method and a process; 2. building a new collective sense for innovation, as a constantly moving realization, requiring concrete behavioral changes, and a new look at reality. The study also pointed out that the theoretical approach that considers innovation as a social process of experiential learning contributes to the understanding of how the construction of the innovation culture takes place, and that this is part of the process of building innovation itself.

The management of surface watercourses is an urgent scientific task. The article presents the results of statistical processing of long-term monthly data of field observations of hydrological and hydrochemical parameters along the Upper Yerga small river in the Vologda region. Sampling estimates of statistical parameters are obtained, autocorrelation and correlation analyzes are performed. The limiting periods from the point of view of pollution for water receivers receiving wastewater from drained agricultural areas are identified.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bahwa motivasi, sikap, minat, dan gaya belajar statistik matematika mahasiswa secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan menganalisis persoalan penelitian; dan motivasi, sikap, minat, dan gaya belajar statistik matematika mahasiswa masing-masing berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan menganalisis persoalan penelitian. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex post facto dengan desain korelasional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Dayanu Ikhsanuddin Baubau pada Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika yang pelaksanaannya pada semester Gasal Tahun Akademik 2016/2017. Populasinya adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang memprogram mata kuliah Statistik Matematika II Tahun Akademik 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 145 orang. Dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling, diambil minimal 30% dari keseluruhan sampel, dan diambil 51 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data setiap variabel adalah angket dan tes yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengelolah data yang diperoleh dari responden adalah teknik statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah diuraikan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) motivasi, sikap, minat, dan gaya belajar statistik matematika mahasiswa secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan menganalisis persoalan penelitian; 2) motivasi belajar statistik mahasiswa berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan menganalisis persoalan penelitian; 3) sikap belajar statistik mahasiswa berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan menganalisis persoalan penelitian; 4) minat belajar statistik mahasiswa berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan menganalisis persoalan penelitian; dan 5) gaya belajar statistik mahasiswa berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan menganalisis persoalan penelitian pada mahasiswa pendidikan matematika FKIP Unidayan.

Based on the results of research shows that there is a positive influence between second match of cash and liquidity pt .Had provided nusantara viii sukabumi .A level of closeness ( correlation ) the second variables strong enough , are r = 0,800 with a value of a correlation coefficient r & gt; 0 it means if cash second match of getting up and liquidity will increase , and vice versa . While from the results of the equation above the results linear regression simple as follows: y = 185,137 + 0,045x means value ( a ) or constant of 185,137 who have the meaning that if cash two zero ( 0 ) or not increased so level of 185,137 liquidity .The score regression ( b ) of 0,045 the show the relation in line that every 1 increase point in cash and two rate rose to 185,137 liquidity

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubunganantara besar penetrasi penggunaan internet di beberapa negaradengan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan pendapatanperkapita negara. Hal ini untuk memberikan informasi bahwakemajuan suatu negara tidak lepas dari peran teknologi informasisalah satunya internet dalam memberikan kontribusi padaterciptanya SDM yang berkualitas sehingga kemudian akanmampu meningkatkan pendapatan perkapita negara. Penelitianini merupakan jenis penelitian ex-post facto dengan menggunakanmetode survey melalui pendekatan desain penelitian korelasionalkuantitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 20 negara yang terdiridari 11 negara anggota ASEAN, Amerika Serikat, Jepang, China,Korea Selatan, India, Inggris, Francis, Mesir, dan Afrika Selatan.Dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05, hasil penelitian menunjukkanadanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penetrasi penggunaaninternet dengan kualitas SDM negara dengan angka korelasi 0,924dan dengan kontribusi signifikansi (R Square) sebesar 84,7%.Persamaan regresi yang terbentuk Y= 0,58 + 0,004X. Hasilpenelitian juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikanantara penetrasi penggunaan internet negara dengan pendapatanperkapita negara dengan nilai koefisien korelasi Pearsonmenunjukkan angka 0,92 dan dengan kontribusi signifikansi (RSquare) sebesar 83,8%. Hasil penelitian juga mengatakan bahwapersamaan garis regresi yang terbentuk adalah Y= 151,688-1,616X

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of creativity on mathematics learning outcomes of students of Mathematics Education in University of Balikpapan Study Program on Linear Algebra Courses. The approach used is a quantitative approach with ex post facto research type. The population of this research is all students of Mathematics Education Study Program Linear Algebra Course in the School Year 2017/2018, which are 49 students. Samples were chosen randomly are 25 students. The results showed that there is a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in Linear Algebra Subject

Los(as) investigadores(as) del comportamiento organizacional consideran la satisfacción laboral como una variable dependiente importante. Esta investigación pretendió conocer qué factores son predictores de la satisfacción laboral de las educadoras beliceñas. El estudio fue de tipo ex post facto, descriptivo y correlacional. La unidad de observación fue la educadora que labora en el nivel de enseñanza parvularia, primaria y secundaria en centros escolares gubernamentales y denominacionales de Belice. Los datos se recolectaron mediante un cuestionario que se aplicó a 1,360 educadoras en 269 centros escolares beliceños. Se utilizaron diferentes pruebas de significación estadística como la prueba de regresión lineal múltiple y el análisis multivariado de varianza, entre otras. Los resultados muestran que ocho variables de investigación son predictoras de la satisfacción laboral de las educadoras beliceñas. También se observaron efectos significativos sobre la satisfacción laboral de algunas variables demográficas. La mayoría de las educadoras beliceñas indicaron estar satisfechas en su trabajo debido a su amor por los(as) estudiantes y por la profesión docente. Las educadoras expresaron sus razones y aportaron recomendaciones al respecto. En general, los hallazgos de esta investigación son positivos, aunque existen aspectos susceptibles de ser mejorados relacionados con las condiciones laborales, la supervisión, el reconocimiento de logros y el trato equitativo, entre otros. Los resultados obtenidos mediante esta investigación proveen al Ministerio de Educación de Belice y a las instituciones denominacionales que administran centros escolares en el país, información que podrá ser utilizada para tomar las medidas correctivas que sean necesarias en los programas de calidad de vida en el trabajo, que apuntan a lograr que la labor educativa sea más gratificante para sus trabajadores(as).
