This research is focused to identify the impact of accreditation on teachers’ performance and national examination score of Madrasah. The research used an ex post facto method to analyze past events and their time order to find out the influencing factors. The population of this study was 8.844 madrasah located in provinces of DKI Jakarta, Central Java, South Sulawesi, and South Sumatera. Using purposive sampling technique, 202 teachers from 73 madrasah representing those from the provinces mentioned were taken as the samples. Data analysis and interpretation suggest that: (1) From accreditation status point of view, there was no significant difference between teachers’ performances of accredited madrasah and those from non-accredited ones, (2) There was a significant difference between the teachers’ performance judging from the accreditation level point of view (on the scale of A, B, C, or D), between the teachers’ performance of madrasahs with A accreditation and B accreditation; and between the teachers’ performance of madrasah with A accreditation and C accreditation, (3) There was no significant differences between the teachers’ performance of madrasah with B accreditation and C accreditation, (4) there was a significant difference between the national examination score of accredited madrasah and the non-accreditation ones, and (5) There was no significant difference between national examination score of madrasahs with different accreditation scale of level (A, B, C, or D). Shortly, the accreditation has more influence on the teachers’ performances than on the national examination scores.

This study attempts to provide valuable data on the impact of the National N-Power scheme on youth employment in Bekwara Local Government Area of Cross River state. The ex post facto research design was adopted in collecting data from 398 samples from a population of 632 beneficiaries of the scheme using a self-structured questionnaire. The convenience sampling technique was used in selecting the samples from the study area. Data collected from the field was analyzed using inferential and descriptive statistics. The descriptive statistics include frequency distribution, charts, simple per centages, means and standard deviation. The result from the descriptive statistics was then subjected to parametric statistics at 0.05 confidence level. Out of the 398-instrument distributed, only 389 was returned and used for analysis. from the analysis, it was discovered that nearly all the respondents (96.92%) were unemployed before becoming beneficiaries of the N-Power Scheme. It was also discovered that out of all the programs registered under the scheme, only three programs had beneficiaries in Bekwara, these were N-Teach, N-Agro and N-Health. From the analysis carried out using lineal regression, it was discovered that there is a significant relationship between N-Power and Employment Creation. Based on these findings the study recommends amongst others that there is a need for an increase in the number of beneficiaries of the Scheme in the Local Government Area.

This research aims to study the impact of employing action research on middle school teachers' performance in district 3 education of Tehran in 2015 educational year. With regard to its aim, this study can be considered as an applied research and regarding the data collection method, it is a descriptive(ex post facto) research. The population of this study includes middle school teachers working in district 3 education of Tehran in 1394 educational year. A study sample of 100 individuals was selected through random stratified sampling method and divided into two groups of 50 teachers. Research tool was the organizational performance questionnaire by Hersey and Goldsmith (2003). This questionnaire was set up as a 5-point scale questionnaire and includes seven sub-scales(ability, clarity, assistance, encouragement, evaluation, validity and environment). Validity of instrument was determined by Goldsmith through content method and in this research content validity was used as well. In addition, reliability factor of the questionnaire is 87% which is calculated by Cronbach’s alpha. Data collected from questionaries was analyzed using independent T-tests and Manova in two different levels of descriptive and Inferential statistics. The results of the current research indicate that in general deploying action research affects performance of middle school teachers in district 3 education of Tehran. In secondary hypotheses using action research is effective considering ability, clarity, assistance, encouragement, evaluation, validity and environment while it has no effect on examining teachers’ performance. Besides, analyzing lateral findings of multivariate analysis of variance claims that in sample group's view, there is no significant difference between teacher’s performance divided by years of experience or levels of education.

Abstract The study was set out to investigate the attitude of parents toward female-child secondary education in Sokoto State, Nigeria. One research question and one hypothesis were formulated to guide the study. The study is a descriptive survey and made use of ex-post facto design. The researcher made use of purposive sampling technique to select 270 parents from the urban and 270 parents from the rural areas of Sokoto State. The researcher made use of an instrument adapted from that of Terhemba and Umaru 2015. The instrument is known as “Attitude of Parents Toward Female Child Secondary Education Questionnaire” (APTFCSEQ). The APTFCSEQ had a reliability coefficient of 0.81. The instrument had facial and content validity. It also had language appropriateness. The researcher used four (4) research Assistants to administer 540 copies of the questionnaire on the respondents. All the 540 copies of the questionnaire were retrieved showing 100 percent return rate. The data generated from the field were collated and the mean score analysis for the 15 items was carried out in order to provide answer to the research question raised in the study. 2.5 was chosen as the benchmark for either disagreeing or agreeing with each of the 15 items. The t-test statistics was used to test the hypothesis at 0.05 level of significance. The investigation found out that parents in Sokoto State have shown unfavourable attitude toward female-child secondary education. It found out that there is no significant difference between parents in the urban and rural areas in their attitude toward female-child secondary education. This finding has shown that whether the parent is in urban or rural area, all of them have expressed their opinion in the same direction. One of the recommendations of the study is that parents in Sokoto State should show favourable attitude toward female-child secondary education.

The main objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of currency redenomination on the Ghanaian economy. Since independence in 1957, Ghana has had series of redenomination exercises but the recent one which became a debatable topic happened in 2007. As a result, the study is conducted to determine the pre and post-performance of the country using 2007 as the benchmark. This research takes into consideration the quantitative research technique based on ex-post factor design. Secondary data of the research variables (GDP, Economic growth, Balance of trade, inflation, FDI and Globalization index) were used over a 20-year period between 1997 and 2017. Analytical techniques of both descriptive statistics and independent sample test were used for the research. The t-test for equality of means adopted was to determine the statistically significant difference on the economic variables. The study also used the Levene’s test of equality of variance assumed. It was concluded that, currency redenomination is beneficial to an economy’s growth. It was therefore recommended that, the government of Ghana initiates policies that will boost local production to support the exercise so as to increase GDP and other associated economic variables.
