The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the total taxpayers, land area, the total of buildings, and inflation rate for land and building tax (PBB). In this study, the total taxpayers is measured by the number of taxpayers based on Surat Tanda Terima Setoran, land area and the number of buildings based on the Surat Pemberitahuan Pajak Terutang, and the rate of inflation based on the Consumer Price Index for expenditure group.The object of this research is the receipt of PBB in each district in the city of Tangerang from period 2010 to 2013. The sample was selected using all of the population as a sample and secondary data used in this study were analyzed using multiple regression method. In total there are 13 districts in the city of Tangerang observed by the researcher.The results of this study are the total of taxpayers, land area, and the total of buildings individually have a significant influence on the receipt of PBB, while the result for inflation rate is not significant. The total of taxpayers, land area, total of buildings, and inflation rate have significant influence on the receipt of PBB simultaneously. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of extensification of tax, assessable compliance, and disbursement of tax arrears on tax revenue of personal income. This research uses secondary data with observation in KPP Pratama Jakarta Duren Sawit in 2012-2014. While the research uses multiple regression method to test the hypothesis at 5% significance. From the analysis performed in this research, it can be concluded that extensification of tax and assessable compliance have significant influence to tax revenue of personal income. The spillover effect of economic activity from one area to another is due to the inter-sector linkages, which have implications for economic growth. This study examines and presents empirical evidence on the effects of economic growth in the districts of Siak, Pelalawan, Kampar, Kuantan singingi, and Bengkalis, which have spatial impacts on the economic growth of Pekanbaru City. Through quantitative methods with secondary data from the Regency / City Central Statistics Agency in Riau Province, the data used is the Gross Regional Domestic Product from 2010 to 2019, then analyzed using the Multiple regression method. The study results show that Kampar, Kuantan singingi, Pelalawan, and Siak districts have a significant effect on the economic growth of Pekanbaru City, while Bengkalis does not affect. Not all of the natural resources owned by each district can provide a spillover effect of growth. However, a dominant sector in absorbing labor will provide a spillover effect of economic growth from one region to another. Keyword: Regional Spillover Effect. Economic Growht, Multiple Regression. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is one of the important economic indicators that can provide information about the development of prices of goods and services (commodities) paid by consumers or the public especially the city community. This study aims to analyze the Development of the Consumer Price Index in Medan City. The benefits of this research are a description of the fluctuations in commodity prices for basic needs of the community at the level of consumers or retail traders. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject in this study is the Central Statistics Agency and the object in this study is the Consumer Price Index through seven groups of household expenditure in 2018-2019. The results showed that the development of price indices in Medan City tends to fluctuate from seven types of household expenditure groups. During the January-December 2019 period the highest inflation of the seven types of expenditure was foodstuffs. Keywords: Consumer Price Index, Inflation Rate

The objectives of this research are to determine the influence of role ambiguity and role conflict on employee creativity either partially or simultaneously. This research used associative method by collecting primary and secondary data obtained through the literature study, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents that happens to be the employee of PT XYZ. Then data is processed using multiple regression method. From the data analysis, it is shown that role ambiguity has a positive and significant influence to employee creativity as much as 36,9%. Another result of this research shows that role conflict doesn’t have a significant influence on employee creativity with a value of 7,6%. While another result of this research shows that role ambiguity and role conflict simultaneously had positive influence significantly as much as 40,4% on employee creativity at PT XYZ

This research aims to analyze the influence of money supply, export, and import on inflation rate in Indonesia. It employs multiple regression method to analyze a time series data between 1985 and 2016. The findings showed that money supply positively and significantly influences inflation rate; export positively and significantly influences inflation rate; and import positively influences inflation yet not significantly. These findings illustrate that Indonesia inflation is also caused by both internal (money supply) and external factors (export and import). Therefore, a policy to stabilize inflation rate shall be formulated by considering both internal and external influences.

This study aims to measure how much influence the retail mix to the purchasing decision. To measure, the study used 100 respondents to the Department Store buyer X. The analytical method used is multiple regression method. Based on the analysis results obtained under the seven aspects of the retail mix of Merchandising, Price, Location, Promotion, Store Design & Visual Product, Service, and Personnel, only two qualities that give them significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions of Price and Personnel. However, based on ANOVA, the overall of the seven aspects significantly influence consumer purchase decisions.

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of personal taxpayers, tax inspection disbursement of tax arrears ratio towards revenue from personal income tax. The object of this study is KPP Pratama Kosambi for the period 2011-2013.  The samples in this study was determined based on convenience sampling. Number of samples taken are 36 data from January 2011 to December 2013. The testing method used in this research is multiple regression method. The data used in this study are secondary data. The results of this study are (1) number of individual taxpayers has significant effect towards revenue from personal income tax (2) tax inspection has significant effect towards revenue from personal income tax (3) tax arrears disbursement ratio has significant effect towards revenue from personal income tax. The purpose of this study was to determine the persistence of inflation in major North Sumatera Province in 2007 until 2012 and value contributed Output Growth  (GDP) of North Sumatera, Exchange Rate, Interest Rate and Error Correction Term about Inflation in North Sumatera. Data is used secondary data from general Consumer Price Index  (CPI) from North Sumatera Province include Medan, Pematangsiantar, Sibolga and Padangsidempuan monthly of January 2007 until December 2012. And secondary data Consumer Price Index  (CPI) of North Sumatera Province, Gross Domestic Product of  Province Sumatera Utara, Exchange Rate and Interest Rate of BI Rate yearly of 1999 until 2012. Model is used model econometric with Autoregressive method and Error Correction Model. Result of this research with estimation of  VAR model concludes that degree of persistence of 4 town from North Sumatera Province is low. Result of estimation of model ECM concludes that Interest Rate significantly affect to inflation rate, while Gross Domestic Product of  North Sumatera Province and Exchange Rate not significantly affect to inflation rate. While ECT becomes significant correction to variable inflation rate. Where the form of error correction in the ECM suggests a long-term relationship between the variables inflation, GDP variable, the variable exchange rate and variable interest rate is comparable.

The aim of this research are to know the result of rice product forecasting at Lamongan  regency  in  2016  and  identify  the  factor  influence  rice  production. This research  was  done  at  Lamongan  by  using  cluster  method.  The  total  number  of respondents are 60 farmers. Data were analyzed with ARIMA and multiple regression method. The results show that the rice  production forecasting at Lamongan in 2016 will  increas  approximately  1.022.488  ton,  and  the  factors  influence  rice  production are land area, urea, labor and capital. If each those variables are increased, it will be able to increase the result of rice production.

Production is influenced by a combination of many factors including land area, fertilizer, distribution of varieties, labor and capital availability. This study aims to analyze whether the variable of land area, width of the spread of varieties and capital (DPM-LUEP) significantly influence the corn production in North Sumatra Province. The data used in this study used secondary data starting from 2011 to 2015. Secondary data consisted of data of land area, extent of distribution of varieties and capital grant (DPM-LUEP) in 7 (seven) Regency of corn production center. Secondary data is obtained from Food and Livestock Service Department of North Sumatera Province, Food Crops and Horticulture Agency and related Institution which is deemed appropriate. The method of analysis used in this study using multiple regression method. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the overall model of maize production is estimated to give significant result, because independent variables are land area, area of spread of varieties and capital that is observed significant with real level α = 5%. The observed variables are compatible with their theoretical expectations.
