PT Arpan Bali Utama as an industrial company must always be responsive to the company's needs, because the company's production supplies the existing inventory. In this study, the design of an inventory information system for stock opname and warehouse card activities at PT Arpan Bali Utama. The design of this inventory information system is intended to solve problems related to the management of stock opname data and warehouse cards, both in data input and in computerization of stock opname reports and warehouse cards. This system was developed using the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming language and a database developed using the Microsoft Access 2016 application. The results obtained from this study are an inventory information system designed to assist accounting and warehouse departments in carrying out stock opname activities. data input, data search, and production of stock opname reports and warehouse cards. In addition, this system can also help the accounting department through warehouse cards to see the movements of goods in the warehouse.

In its use, computer is not only used for office activities, but also used in designing and developing an application, of course, with the assistance of applications such as Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft Access and others. In this study, the authors try to design and create a database application relating to motorcycle loan payments. Developed application contains forms such as employee master data form, a form used to add, edit, and delete data related to employees, the motorcycle master form, a form motorcycle used to add, edit, and delete data related to motorcycles as well as the transaction form that serves to enter data related to credit payment transactions in the company. In the design and development of the database application, the author utilizes Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a supporting application.Keywords: common people (users), Visual Basic 6.0, credit payment information system

The information technology is developed to helping people to work mainly in obtaining information, including geographic information. The use of mobile technology is the most used technology to meet the needs of information including health information. Not all of health facilities have an information system, so people need energy and time to get the information. The use of information system and mobile technology can solve the problem. The use of geographic information systems and mobile in the field of health is building a search application health facilities. This technology system is proposed to produce a mobile application with the android operating system, based client server, visualization modelling UML. Implementation of this application using the programming language PHP with Code Igniter framework and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS). Mobile application is build using Java programming language with Eclipse. This application based on client server, so user must be connected to the internet to access it. The rapid development of computer technology and information greatly helps work in storing, accessing to data processing becomes faster and easier, this has triggered various fields in utilizing this with the use of computer-based information systems, especially for intelligence units in western security police. The system that will be created uses access to the virtual host-based client server. Modeling used UML modeling, this system is built using PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The results of the study show that the information system designed can process criminal data and is able to be implemented at the research site..

Yayasan Pembina masjid (YPM) Salman ITB is the foundation that manages the activities of religious service. The process of recording transactions in both of revenue and expenditure on the ledgers are still using Microsoft Office Excel as a tool for data processing. Financial statements prepared by the YPM Salman ITB is not fully using the islamic principles. Research conducted at Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (BPMPTSP) Padang City aims to analyze the process of making a trading business license and design a new system capable of overcoming the existing obstacles. Making SIUP in BPMPTSP still done manually, which means not yet using an application program. For example, in creating reports, employees still use Microsoft Excel and archiving in document form. In addition, there is often difficulty in data search due to the absence of databases for data storage. Therefore, it is necessary to build an information system using Visual BasicNet 2010 programming language for monitoring the creation of trading business license containing and empty on BPMPTSP, so that information can be presented quickly and accurately. The advantages of this proposed system are in the recording and stored in a database making it easier to generate reports. Thus making SIUP becomes more clear and precise.

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi pendataan servis barang berbasis client -server, aplikasi tersebut dibuat untuk mempermudah pendataan sekaligus kontrol terhadap barang yang akan diservis dan juga membantu karyawan agar pekerjaan dapat berlangsung lebih efisien dengan meminimalisir segala proses yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Toko Accurate Jaya Computer di Jl. Yos Sudarso , Teluk Llingga Kota Sangatta. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Untuk metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu waterfall. Untuk metode analisis dan desain sistem penulis menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Hierarchy Plus Input Output (HIPO), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) serta struktur Database input output system. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai bahasa pemrograman, Seagate Crystal Report 8 untuk pembuatan laporan, dan Microsoft Access 2007 untuk pembuatan database. Untuk Ujicoba/Testing Penulis Menggunakan Black Box dan White Box. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh sebuah aplikasi berbasis Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 yang berbasis client-Server, yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi berbagai kendala dalam hal-hal yang menyangkut servis barang pada Toko Accurate Jaya, baik dalam hal pendataan barang masuk, pendataan pelanggan, inventarisasi biaya kerusakan, proses persetujuan servis dan konfirmasi kerusakan terhadap konsumen, hingga pembuatan laporan servis barang. Tujuan dari fungsi client -server pada aplikasi itu sendiri dimaksudkan agar data dapat diakses oleh semua karyawan, baik administrator maupun teknisi pada satu perangkat server sehingga tidak perlu dilakukan cross-check atau sinkronisasi data.

Goods Distribution Information System is one of the data processing activities at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar, to get information about the distribution of goods to be more directed and easily obtained. In this study, the authors only discuss the problem of goods distribution and data management mechanisms of PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar and designed the Information Distribution System for PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar by using Visual BASIC.NET. The purpose of writing is to understand the problem of Information Systems Distribution of Goods at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar as well as making aids application on the Information System of Goods Distribution at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar uses Microsoft Visual BASIC.NET. Data collection needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely a literature study relating to the literature of library books and other scientific works, field studies by carrying out interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this research. The Goods Distribution Information System is carried out by one of the administrative staff and is assisted by 2 (two) administrative, warehouse, and financial administration staff to record and input the distribution of goods. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Goods Distribution Information System has followed the procedure and uses a computer with Visual BASIC.NET programming language and Microsoft Access 2010 as its database.

Kebutuhan energi semakin meningkat dengan berkembang pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, dan industri. Berbagai alternatif energi terus dikembangkan oleh pemerintah. Energi fosil terbatas jumlahnya oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sumber alternatif lain. Sumber energi yang mempunyai bahan baku dari air sebagai penggerak utama mempunyai potensi yang besar dan ketersediaannya sumber bahan baku yang mudah dan murah. Analisa dan perhitungan menggunakan software VBA sebagai add in ke sheet pada microsoft excel. Simulasi dilakukan dengan input data investment sebagai data awal yang dibutuhkan dan input beberapa parameter seperti VAT, interest, dll. Dari data input tersebut didapatkan hasil akhir untuk WACC yaitu 6.75%, IRR Project 10.88% (feasible), NPV Project 70.798.620 USD (feasible), BCR 1,36 (feasible), Payback Period 7 Tahun 8 Bulan, IRR Equity 12,95% (feasible), NPV Equity 30.057.140 USD (feasible). Hasil nilai NPV positif dan hasil perhitungan dikatakan feasible, maka proyek layak untuk dilaksanakan

<p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>OPI (Ogan Permata Indah) Jakabaring Mall Palembang is a modern shopping center integrated in the OPI Business Center (OBC) area </em><em>and not yet maximally in fulfilling information needs and computerized programmed still using manual in the form of Microsoft Word, namely in terms of storing tenant data into the rental archive. All </em><em>tenants who will rent a business place in Ogan Permata Indah (OPI) Mall, the administration section will look for the tenants 'data which will require a long time because the tenants' data has not been well integrated. So this research will make an information system for leasing business places in Ogan Permata Indah (OPI), Jakabaring Mall, Palembang. Researchers use the Microsoft Access 2007 database, with applications using Visual Basic 6.0. Belum terintegrasi sehingga apabila terdapat penyewa yang akan menyewa tempat usaha pada Ogan Permata Indah (OPI) Mall, bagian administrasi akan mencari data-data penyewa tersebut yang nantinya membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena data-data penyewa belum terintegrasi dengan baik</em><em>. Maka saya akan membuat suatu sistem informasi penyewaan tempat usaha pada Ogan Permata Indah (OPI) Mall Jakabaring Palembang. Peneliti menggunakan database Microsoft Access 2007, dengan aplikasi menggunakan Visual basic 6.0.
