The role of technology in an institution is beneficial for any activities, especially in managing documents administration, which is now most of the company used digital archive systems. That's because the manual archive system is considered less effective and efficient, where it takes a lot of space and time to search for document archives. Microsoft Access is a windows-based database processing program with Visual Basic for Application (VBA), commonly used to create a windows-based application. The purpose of this paper is to make an administration letter and archives system based on Microsoft Access. The results of this design have passed the trial process for approximately two weeks and received a positive response. The system design can be run well, and its functions correctly without errors. So it can help the secretary or other employees to manage all documents (letters and archives) more accessible and faster.

System storage of fodder raw material inventory in the warehouse still done manually record it in a book Raw Materials Inventory so the recording process takes longer. In addition, it can also errors in the information at the time of recording. Based on the analysis of the obstacles that exist in the Parts Warehouse, the authors build a database-based applications using Microsoft Office Access 2013 that can handle the entire data on revenues, expenditures and request for raw materials, and produce information accurately and automatically. Systems development method waterfall method, the tools used in the analysis of system design is Flowmap, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Data Dictionary and Relation Table. While the implementation of the system design is the programming language Visual Basic for Application (VBA) by using Microsoft Office Access 2013 as the database.

ABSTRACT In this case, students assume the role of an accounting professional asked by a client to investigate why net income is not as strong as expected. The students must first analyze a set of financial statements to identify areas of possible concern. After determining the areas to investigate, the students use a database query tool to see if they can determine causes by examining transaction level data. Finally, the students are asked to professionally communicate their findings and recommendations to their client. The case provides students with experience in using query-based approaches to answering business questions. It is appropriate for students with basic query and financial analysis skills and knowledge of internal controls. A Microsoft Access database with transaction details for the final seven months of the current year as well as financial statements for the current and prior year are provided.

ABSTRAK Pengolahan data manual pada proses transaksi di As Sport Metro mempersulit pencarian data keluar masuk barang, perhitungan stok serta pembuatan laporan. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut diperlukan sebuah Sistem Informasi yang dapat membantu mengakses informasi secara lebih cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mempermudah transaksi penjualan, mendukung pengolahan data dan mempercepat penyajian laporan. Metode penelitian menggunakan prototype karena secara keseluruhan akan mengacu pada kepuasan pelanggan dan selama proses penelitian berjalan akan terjalin interaksi antara pengembang dan pelanggan. Dengan begitu penerapan lebih mudah karena antara pengembang dan pelanggan saling mengetahui apa yang diharapkan. Segala proses yang terjadi dalam sistem di implementasikandengan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. dan menggunakan basis data Microsoft Access 2007. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah sistem informasi sanggup memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan setelah dilakukan implementasi dan uji coba.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyempurnakan aplikasi jasa angkutan pada PT A A dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 dan Microsoft Access 2010. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode seperti wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Penelitian membahas mengenai rancangan sistem yang terdiri atas Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), normalisasi, struktur HIPO, flowchart program, rancangan tampilan program. Serta membahas mengenai implementasi yang terdiri atas hubungan antar tabel, struktur database, tampilan menu utama, input dan output program dan compile program atau hasil akhir program.

As technology advances and it is easy for humans to move from one region to another, the flow of migration is getting faster and more intense. Of course, the role of the Asian government is very significant in terms of the entry and exit of people in the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia. In making it easier to carry out the Immigration function, it is necessary to establish Immigration representatives abroad, namely the Immigration Attaché and Immigration Technical Staff at the Representative Office of the Republic of Indonesia. Through normative research, the author aims to explain the duties and functions of the Immigration Attache and Immigration Technical Staff at the Indonesian Representative Office and their position as a representative of the Regional Office. The national interest of a country needs to have a relationship between countries in order to create social welfare. The researcher conveys the position of technical attaché and technical staff from an international legal point of view in order to place the duties and functions of the regional offices in the Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia Abroad.

The purpose of this study was to determine the communication and motives for the use of Toah Masjid, Depok Yogyakarta District. This study uses qualitative research using description analysis methods. The theory used is a two-stage communication model and a phenomenological theory put forward by Alfred Schutz. The results of this study indicate that the application of guidelines for the use of loudspeakers in the mosque can be identified through two-stage communication that is established between the Regional Office with the instructor and from the instructor to the mosque Takmir. Two-stage communication using Interpersonal Communication and Social Communication. The important role of policy counselors as gatekeepers and opinion leaders in public policy socialization. Conclusion, the motive of using mosque loudspeakers to the outside other than the call to prayer in several mosques in the Sub-district of Depok, such as reading prayers, dhikr, prayers, prayers and announcements because they have not received policy socialization, no one has questioned their use, to attract the attention of others. Tax as a source of income for state finance is a manifestation of the community's direct contribution to development goals. The Regional Government of Banyumas Regency on September 10, 2004 proposed the Acquisition of Non-Taxable Tax Objects to the Minister of Finance and based on the Decree of the Head of Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxation of West Java dated Dec-ember 23, 2004, Kep 14 /WPJ 10/BD05/2004 determine the amount of the acquisition value of non-taxable objects in Banyumas Regency. The problem examined in this paper is The Role of Balancing Funds originating from the Fees for Acquiring Land and Building Rights in financing the administration of regional government in Banyumas Regency; and Factors that influence the receipt of balance funds from the Land and Building Rights Acquisition Fees in Banyumas Regency. The research method used was normative juridical, namely statue approach and conceptual approach then analyzed qualitatively. The cost of acquiring land and building rights (BPHTB) in financing the administration of regional government in Banyumas Regency was still relatively small, and its implementation was also influenced by several factors. Keywords: tax, Customs for Land and Building Rights, locally-generated revenue.
