Materialist dialectics holds that the material world is generally connected, and the realization of the calculation, verification and other goals involved in physics requires the use of mathematical knowledge as the research tool and language, and the use of mathematical methods and mathematical ideas for reasoning and analysis, which shows that there is a close relationship between mathematics and Physics. Analyzing the influence of mathematics on physics from the perspective of data is helpful for teachers to improve the teaching process of physics, promote students' ability of mathematics application and physics learning, and improve the quality of high school teaching. In this paper, through statistical analysis and questionnaire research. The scores of mathematics and physics in a school were collected and analyzed by SPSS22.0 software. It is found that mathematics achievement has a significant influence on physics achievement. Then through the questionnaire survey of whether mathematics has an impact on physics, we get a positive answer from the perspective of students. The final conclusions are as follows: (1) there is a positive correlation between mathematics achievement and physics achievement; (2) more than half of the students can use mathematical methods to solve problems when learning physics; (3) most students hope that teachers can teach them how to use mathematical methods in physics learning. Through these conclusions, we can know that mathematics achievement has a very important impact on physics achievement. It reminds us that we should pay attention to students' mathematics education.

Physics and mathematics are the two most closely related natural rudimentary subjects. In the study of physics, often need to rely on mathematical rigorous reasoning and argumentation and need to use a variety of mathematical methods for investigation, reasoning, calculus, test, discussion, but students often appear in these difficulties. To explain the influence of mathematics achievement on physics achievement from the high school mathematics achievement and physics achievement. The results of math and physics in the first semester of 6 classes of senior high school student's grade 12 were selected, and the data were analyzed with SPSS.22 software, and three students of different learning abilities were interviewed in detail. The innovation of this paper lies in the use of hierarchical research methods to compare classes of mathematics achievement and physics achievement. The conclusions are (1) in objective level, there is a positive linear relationship between math achievement and physics achievement; (2) on the subjective level, students accept the view that the performance of mathematics can promote the performance of physics; students' subjective cognition will affect their cognitive structure and learning behavior, to actively seek for the relationship between mathematical knowledge and physical knowledge, and then slowly affect the objective level of students, and then in mathematics and physics performance, and (3) applying mathematical thinking to physics learning can improve the efficiency of learning physics. Use mathematical knowledge of trigonometry to solve the force analysis problem of physical movement. This shows that math scores play a very important role in physics scores. Remind us that in the process of teaching, we should pay attention to the integration of mathematical ideas into physics learning, and help students to learn physics knowledge better with mathematical ideas.

This study aims to produce a feasible, practical, and effective Physics learning materials with guided inquiry models to facilitate high school students science process skills on the static fluids. The learning materials were try outed to the class XI SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Surabaya in the second semester of the academic year 2013/2014 with the replication of three classes which are class XI-IPA 1, XI-IPA 2, and XI-IPA 3. This research is the development research, with four D models. The trial design using one-group pretest-posttest design. The results were obtained: (1) the validity of learning materials were good category; the readability student textbook and worksheets were good category; (2) learning performance was good category; student’s activities were categorized to students centered learning; (3) students gave the positive mastery of learning with high gain scores; all students are quite able to practice skill process throught the performance test. Based on the result and discussion of this research, it can be concluded that the Physics learning materials with guided inquiry models to facilitate science process skills of high school students on the static fluids were feasible, practical, and effective to be used at learning process. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran Fisika yang  layak, praktis, dan efektif dengan model inkuiri terbimbing untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains siswa SMA pada materi fluida statis. Perangkat pembelajaran tersebut diujikan terhadap siswa kelas XI SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Surabaya tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 dengan replikasi tiga kelas yaitu kelas XI-IPA 1, kelas XI-IPA 2, dan kelas XI-IPA 3. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan, dengan model 4-D. Rancangan ujicoba perangkat menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) validitas perangkat pembelajaran berkategori baik; tingkat keterbacaan buku ajar siswa dan lembar kegiatan siswa berkategori baik; (2) keterlaksanaan RPP berkategori baik; aktivitas siswa menunjukkan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa; (3) respon siswa positif terhadap proses pembelajaran; 93% siswa mencapai ketuntasan hasil belajar dengan skor peningkatan yang tinggi; seluruh siswa sudah cukup mampu untuk berlatih keterampilan proses melalui tes kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil dan diskusi penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran Fisika dengan model inkuiri terbimbing untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains siswa SMA pada materi fluida statis layak, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Online service in the form of the Powtoon application can be used to develop physics learning media with presentations that have very interesting animation features. The purpose of this research is to produce a learning media product in the form of a compact disk (CD) on the subject of the atomic nucleus in the learning process of class XII high school students. The research method uses Research and Development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) which is modified only to the development stage. Based on the results of the validation test on the content aspect obtained 90%, the design aspect 83%, the pedagogic aspect 87%, and the ease of use aspect 84%. The results of this research indicate that the learning media using the Powtoon application on the atomic nucleus material is declared valid. Thus the Powtoon application-based learning media is declared feasible to be used as a learning media on atomic nucleus material in class XII SMA.

The 21st-Century skills are skills that must be possessed by students to compete in the era of globalization. The provisioning of these skills to students can go through the physics learning process at school. Introduction, Connection, Application, Reflection, and Extension (ICARE) learning model is one of the learning models that can be applied in Physics learning in high school to train students' skills in critical thinking, creative thinking, communication, and collaboration. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of communication and collaboration skills of students after applying the ICARE learning model. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a single-group interrupted time series design. The sample were high school students in one of the Karawang districts, consisting of 12 male students and 15 female students. During the learning activities, students will be given a worksheet with several different questions each meeting tailored to the material being studied, and the answer will be used as a source for analyzing their written communication skills. These questions lead students to be able to communicate the results of their experiments following scientific principles. Experimental activities conducted by students will be analyzed to measure their collaborative skills, and students' presentations will be used to measure their oral communication skills. The improvement of those three aspects was analyzed at each meeting. The results showed that the implementation of learning using the ICARE approach was able to improve the ability of students to collaborate with an average score of 7.87 at the first meeting to 15.93 at the second meeting. While the communication, especially report-writing skills of students, increased from the average of1.53 at the first meeting to 3.6 at the second meeting. The aspect of making presentation material increased from 1.67 to 3.17, and the aspect of oral presentation increased from 1.53 to 3.53 at the second meeting. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that students' communication and collaboration skills improve after the ICARE learning model implemented

Globally, the right and appropriate selection of tertiary programmes by potential students in education corroborates every nation's development progress. In order to explore the effect of career counseling and development in high schools in Ghana with a focus on some selected senior high school (SHS) students, this paper utilized a quantitative (questionnaire) research instrument to corroborate the development a web-based expert system for tertiary programme selection. An analytical summary of questionnaire responses received from the selected SHS students showed that due to limited career assessment processes, SHS students in Accra, Ghana arbitrary select tertiary programmes without realizing how such selections can affect their future careers. In terms of user acceptance testing (UAT), 80% of the selected SHS students (100) found our proposed system to be very useful. Such a system will therefore solve and improve career guidance, counselling, and development problems of SHS students in Ghana.

Close relationship during adolescence plays an important role in the young person's overall psychological development. As the most important factor about the development of a close relationship, many studies have emphasized the role of self-disclosure. In this study, the relationship between self-disclosure and friendship in adolescence was examined.Two scales about self-disclosure and friendship were administered to 454 junior high school students. The types of friendship in early adolescence were explored, and the relationship between types of friendship and self-disclosure was examined.
