Posyandu Mawar is a health service unit that is tasked with carrying out maternal and child health services (KIA) in the RW 02 Panyindangan Wetan Village, Sindang District, Indramayu Regency. At present, the data management process in Mawar Posyandu is still done manually by recording data into seven (7) register formats. This method is considered inefficient because it causes difficulties in the Posyandu Mawar data management process. To overcome these problems, the authors intend to develop a web-based posyandu information system using PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database management system. Data collection is done by observation and interview. The system development method used is a structured method. The tools used in system analysis and design are Flow Of Diagrams (FOD), Data Flow Diagrams, Data Dictionaries, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) so as to produce an integrated application. The results of this study are posyandu data processing applications that can help Posyandu Mawar in reporting service activities to infants and pregnant women. In subsequent developments, it is expected that the posyandu information system is equipped with KMS ribbon chart features to monitor the child's weight development.

Abstract: To increase the competitiveness of a company requires information, including accounting information. With a good accounting information system, it is hoped that the results of physical process efficiency, data updates and accuracy will be achieved. The system design methodology in making the system goes through the stages (1) System Survey (2) System Analysis (3) System Design (4) System Development (5) Testing (6) System Implementation (7) System maintenance. However, with limited time and funds, the researcher completed the research to the system design stage in the form of standard operating procedures (SOP). As for the conclusion, it was found that the work was still inconsistent (same work but implemented in different ways), recording errors, process delays and poor quality.The system design model that has been prepared by the researcher for the Income Accounting Information System of PT Marci consists of the following procedures: (1) order receipt (2) contract agreement (3) work process (4) billing (5) recording. Keywords: System design, accounting information system, PT MARCI

Stock Inventory Information System is a system used to enter inventory data for incoming and outgoing goods into the database, controlling inventory, and providing inventory information. So that there will be no errors in data input, data output, and report results based on the desired data. PT Berkatmas Mulia Guna is a company engaged in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) contractors. Includes new installation of HVAC machines and systems, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems. PT Berkatmas Mulia Guna also includes manufacturing HVAC machines such as AHU, FCU, Exhaust Fan, Supply Fan and Heating. A lot of data changes and a long process of stock data collection from suppliers and customers in the process of processing inventory data, will result in inaccurate data obtained. In inventory data collection, recording of incoming and outgoing goods still uses a manual process with excel which can result in duplicate data or duplicate data for processing inventory data. Based on this problem, the authors conducted a study entitled "Inventory Information System Stock Goods at PT. Berkatmas Mulia Guna ”which aims to make it easier to handle the stock inventory process, data entry and exit, delivery of goods, so that the inventory process of goods is faster and more precise. This application system development method uses the waterfall method which consists of six stages. The stages are System Analysis and Design, software requirements analysis, system design, coding, system testing and maintenance. In making this application using a desktop-based website programming language for the Windows operating system, and using the MySql database.

Library information system analysis and design for public senior high school XYZ in South Tangerang aims to identify needs of data and information about library operational transaction in the school. The result of requirement analysis was used to build a computerized system supporting the run of library business process. The analysis and design focused on solving the problems, such difficulties in finding book location, book availability, and else. Rational Unified Process was used for the information system development methodology and the result of requirement analysis was documented by using unified modeling language; user interface was also designed. This information system was expected to ease the library in doing its activity by serving the information related to book searching, book availability, book tracking. Besides, it would also fasten the process of book borrowing, book returning, and new book registration.

The Mobile Library at the North Jakarta Administration City Library and Archives Office is a mobile library engaged in learning to increase readers' interest, especially in terms of learning. Where in the process of borrowing and returning books in the mobile library is still not well computerized and some processes are still done by hand and stored in catalog books. So that unorganized data is difficult to find, is often lost and makes it difficult for administrators to prepare reports. From the existing problems the writer designed and built a mobile library information system which is expected to be able to handle these problems. In looking for needs, system development is carried out through data collection methods by observation. In the system development method, the authors use object-oriented development methods with tools using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in system analysis and design. Researchers use the PHP and MYSQL programming languages ​​as the database. It is hoped that with this mobile library information system, the processes involved in borrowing and returning books will be easier, because this mobile library information system can be accessed multi-user.

This research aims to analyze and design an administrative data management information system in LKP3I, which currently manages it is still manual, namely using Ms. Excel office tools, so it often experiences problems such as accumulation of documents, difficulty finding data, and scattered data of course participants. The application development process using the waterfall model includes collecting data and information, at the analysis stage using the elicitation approach technique which is represented by system modeling, namely flow maps, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Construction of web-based application systems using the programming languages VB.Net and Ms. Access as database management system, testing and evaluating the feasibility of the system using the BlackBox and group discussions. Based on the results of the research and system evaluation conducted, the prototype of the LKP3I administrative data management system that was built through the elicitation approach received a fairly good assessment, which proves that the hypothesis in this study has been tested. Respondents can receive the results of the information system prototype that will be implemented with the provision of improved specifications and functions of user requirements.

Owing to the difficulties that are faced by staff in transferring information/data, unwilling attitude of some Concordia College staff when checking their students’ information, fragile nature of students’ information, and difficulties parent encountered when checking their wards information, coupled with time wasted in manual processing of students’ information, this project aimed at developing an Online Help Desk system to checkmate the difficulties parent and staff encounter when trying to check for information about Concordia College and its students/wards. The system development methodology adopted for this research was Structured System Analysis and Design Methodology. Flowchart, use-case diagram, database design and entity-relationship model were used to define the system design. PHP, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap Frontend Framework, jQuery and MySQL were the technologies used in implementation of the new system. The new developed system is achieving the aim of this study. It was recommended that Concordia College, Yola should increase the awareness level of the existence of this system, other schools should also adopt this type of system to enable easy information dissemination to parents/guardians of prospective students, and that future researchers in this field should consider developing mobile versions of this kind of system, to facilitate accessibility and use by various stakeholders.

Spices and herbs are biological resources that have long played an important role in human life. In the current pandemic where our bodies have an immune system that can manage the body's power, but the factors of age, lifestyle and regular use of drugs can affect the level of body power, therefore this spice has been considered to provide health and this has led to the demand for spices. high enough. The continuous use of spices, both from the household sector to the industrial sector, makes consumers have to find or buy these spices every day to the market or to spice collectors for industrial consumers. To meet market needs and consumer needs directly, therefore the proposed solution to overcome this problem is to use e-commerce media. The system development model used in making this information system is the SDCL (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall (Waterfall) or classic life flow. The stages that are passed in the system analysis and design process include: system requirements analysis, design, code generator, testing and support. From the results of this study, it is hoped that the existence of this spice sales information system can help farmers, especially spice producers, in terms of increasing the selling power of their agriculture, making it easier to carry out promotions, sales transactions to produce sales reports.

With the development of manufacturing automation and intelligent increasing speed, the construction in plant management information has been important tasks to promote business innovation ability, improve competitiveness and manufacturing execution. In this paper, UML (Unified Modeling Language) and object-oriented modeling technology were applied to model the static structure and dynamic behavior of the plant management information from requirement analysis to system implementation, including functional requirement model, static structural model, asset management time sequence chart, system physical model and so on. The visualized system analysis method and technology better planned the system design and improved the efficiency of the system development. It will play a guiding role in the object-oriented software development.

The inventory system is a system that has a very important role in a company. Inventory systems have been widely used or developed in a place with various technologies and systems. Problems at PT. Sanghiang Perkasa is due to the fact that the data has not been stored in a good file and the management and processing of inventory data is still processed in a conventional way, which has a very significant effect on the quality of the data and information produced. The main objective of this research is to produce an inventory system that is powerful and in accordance with the needs of the users associated with the inventory system. The system development method in this inventory system uses the waterfall method which consists of six stages. The stages are System Analysis and Design, software requirements analysis, system design, coding, system testing and maintenance. This system was built using the PHP programming language, DataBase MySQL. It is hoped that with the implementation of this inventory system at PT. Sanghiang Perkasa can make it easier to store and process data and information such as stock-taking data, information on incoming and outgoing goods transactions, purchase and sales return data, managing customer and supplier data to making product stock reports and assembly reports. Medical record is a file that contains records and documents about patient identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services that have been provided to patients in health care facilities. Problems that occur in the Clinic PT. Nippon Paint Jakarta is an ineffective and efficient management of medical data. This information system aims to manage medical data quickly and accurately. This system development method uses SDLC by making UML diagrams such as use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, entity relationship diagrams as stages of system design. This information system is based on WEB using the PHP programming language supported by SQL database. The results of the design of this system are expected to be one of the solutions to the problems that have occurred so far.   Keywords: Clinic, Medical Records, Informations Systems     Abstrak   Rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisi catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien pada sarana pelayanan kesehatan. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Klinik PT. Nippon Paint Jakarta yaitu pengelolaan data medis yang kurang efektif dan efisien. Sistem informasi ini bertujuan supaya pengelolaan data medis dapat berjalan dengan cepat dan tepat. Metode pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan SDLC dengan membuat diagram-diagram UML seperti use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, entity relationship diagram sebagai tahapan perancangan sistem. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan berbasis WEB menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP yang didukung basis data SQL.
