Nowadays, although the pageraji village government has implemented e-government but more to increase services through the elimination of the old and complicated bureaukasi structure. In this case more information systems are used to speed up and automate processes. There is no information system yet focused on supporting the decision process. Pakkades.id is a type of information system intended to facilitate budgeting mechanisms. In the process of drafting village development budgets, community participation or aspirations are urgently needed. However, there are often obstacles to getting aspirations from the community because the mechanism that is implemented now only through deliberations implemented one day, this will narrow the reach. Therefore, with the implementation of Pakkades.id which is the result of the study authors of the Funding Ristek Dikti 2019 is expected to efficiency and effectively process decision making through the process of capturing the aspirations of the community better.

The application of management information systems in the management of schools or colleges is very influential and has an important role in management activities. Management of a good management information system will directly affect the performance of educational organizations and institutions. Management information systems also play a direct role in the decision making process in schools and colleges because the data and information obtained will help managers or principals in determining actions in decision making. In addition the application of a good and appropriate management information system will simplify and speed up a job.

The distinctive quality of the new social structure is that information becomes the only factor of production. In today's organizations, public administrators are directly responsible for applying information to administrative processes. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, a knowledge based organization requires every employee to take responsibility for achieving efficiency. This has increased the importance of information systems in the decision-making process. Information systems consist of computer and communication technology, data base management and model management and include activity processing system, management information system, decision support systems, senior management information system, expert systems and office automation systems. Information systems in the health sector aim at the management and provision of preventive and curative health services. The use of information systems in healthcare has the benefits of increasing service quality, shortening treatment processes, maximizing efficiency of the time, labour and medical devices. The use of information systems for clinical decision making and reducing medical errors in the healthcare industry dates back to the 1960s. Clinical information systems involve processing, storing and re-accessing information that supports patient care in a hospital. Clinical information systems are systems that are directly or indirectly related to patient care. These systems include electronic health/patient records, clinical decision support systems, nurse information systems, patient tracking systems, tele-medicine, case mix and smart card applications. Diagnosis-treatment systems are information-based systems used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. It consists of laboratory information systems, picture archiving and communication system, pharmacy information system, radiology information system, nuclear medicine information system. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of health information system applications in Turkey. The first part of the study focuses on the concept of information systems and the types of information systems in organization structures. In the second part, clinical information systems and applications for diagnosis-treatment systems in Turkey are examined. Finally, the study evaluates applications in the health sector qualitatively from the new organizational structure, which is formed by information systems.


An information system translates data into information to support business decision making. Data, raw unorganized facts, are gathered relative to a business event. The resulting information, which has meaning in the hands of a user, must be complete and accurate in order to support timely decision making. The acquisition of an information system by a small business will be a relatively costly endeavour. The small business manager will tend to rely upon an internal individual or external organization for advice when acquiring an information system. Further, the information system will be employed to improve the efficiency of daily operations of a small business. This chapter describes information systems. In general, an information system turns data into information to support decision making. The information must be timely, complete, and accurate relative to the decisions which must be made.

Rule acquisition is a hot topic in the field of data mining. And the inconsistent information systems are widespread nowadays. However, rules acquisition methods are always the difficulty of rough set theory application in inconsistent decision information systems; So the paper proposes a new rule acquisition method. Firstly, we use maximum distribution reduction method for knowledge reduction in single decision-making inconsistent information system and then we use decision-making resolution matrix and decision-making matrix function to get the decision rules. Finally, we mine the rules from inconsistent decision-making information systems.

The Management Information System is a series of information subsystems that cover thewhole and have been arranged in an integrated manner that is able to move data so that itbecomes information through several ways to increase productivity similar to the model andnature of managers on the basis of predetermined criteria. The management informationsystem is defined as a pyramid building whose base layer is information then followed by anexplanation, status explanation, and so on. Management information systems rely heavily onelements that will produce an information system that suits their needs. imbalances that meetin an embodiment of these elements which will create a slightly incorrect information whichwill result in errors in every decision making in an organization or company. Therefore it isvery necessary to understand an understanding of the elements in a management informationsystem, especially operators that produce very accurate and precise information for a groupor company.

The way by which artificial intelligence is implemented is similar to the thinking process of the human brain. People obtain information about external conditions through five senses, namely, vision, hearing, smell, taste, and touch, and, through the further processing of the brain, it forms meaningful decision-making elements. Then, through the process of analysis and reasoning, further decisions are made. In the information age, the application of intelligent management information systems in various fields has promoted the modernization and intelligence of social development. From the perspective of intelligent decision-making, this paper analyzes the requirements of intelligent information systems and designs an intelligent information system based on mobile Internet management optimization, including system management optimization, and proposes an environment-based layer, network transport layer, and the three-tier system architecture of the smart service application layer. Finally, this paper considers the problem of data fusion after system expansion. According to the existing fuzzy fusion algorithm, a weight-based fuzzy fusion algorithm is proposed. The simulation analysis shows that the algorithm can be effectively applied in intelligent information systems.

Abstract This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the Accounting Information System (AIS) and Management Information System (SIM) in Padang Adat Village as a source of budgeting information for the development of Ecotourism in the tourist attraction of Ubud's Monkey Key. Data collection is carried out through literature studies, verification and direct observation in the field, interviews and observations. The place of this research is in the traditional village of Padang Tegal and the Ubud Forest tourist attraction. Based on the research results of accounting information systems and management information systems can help the development of Ecotourism in the tourist attraction of Ubud's Monkey Forest through information generated and used as material for decision making by the Padangtegal village through the effectiveness of accounting information systems and the effectiveness of management information systems. Keywords: Effectiveness of Information Systems, Ecotourism Development Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mendeskripsikan efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) dan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) di Desa Adat Padang tegal sebagai sumber informasi pembuatan anggaran untuk pengembangan Ekowisata di objek wisata Monkey Forest Ubud. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur, verifikasi dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan, wawancara serta observasi. Tempat penelitian ini adalah di desa adat padang tegal dan objek wisata monkey forest Ubud. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sistem informasi akuntansi dan sistem informasi manajemen dapat membantu pengembangan Ekowisata di objek wisata Monkey Forest Ubud melalui informasi yang dihasilkan dan dijadikan bahan pengambilan keputusan oleh desa pekraman padangtegal melalui efektifitas sistem informasi akuntansi dan efektifitas sistem informasi manajemen. <p><strong></strong><strong></strong><em>The implementation of the Village Information System is essentially a manifestation of the District / City Government in implementing the mandate of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, namely developing a village information system and developing rural areas in order to facilitate and encourage the Village Government to improve and provide public services by utilizing technology Village-based Information and Communication (ICT) based on developments in the digital era, so that it can be accessed quickly and easily by the community and all stakeholders. The application of the Village Information System is expected to have positive implications and at the same time guarantee the implementation of village government to be more effective and efficient, transparent and accountable. The obligation to develop the village information system is attached to the Regency / City, not to the Central Government. During this time, the legal basis used in the development of public information systems based on the Village Information System refers to Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services, Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information , and Governor Regulation of Central Java Province Number 47 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Development of Village Information Systems in Central Java Province.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><strong>Abstrak  </strong></p><p>Pelaksanaan Sistem Informasi Desa hakikatnya merupakan perwujudan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten/Kota dalam mengamalkan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa, yaitu melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi desa dan pembangunan kawasan perdesaan guna menfasilitasi serta mendorong Pemerintah Desa untuk meningkatkan dan memberikan kemudahan pelayanan publik dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) berbasis <em>website</em> Desa seiring perkembangan di era digital<em>,</em> sehingga dapat diakses dengan cepat dan mudah oleh masyarakat dan semua pemangku kepentingan. Penerapan Sistem Informasi Desa diharapkan dapat memberikan implikasi positif dan sekaligus menjamin dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa agar lebih efektif dan efisien, transparan dan akuntabilitas. Kewajiban pengembangan Sistem Informasi Desa tersebut melekat pada Kabupaten/Kota, bukan pada Pemerintah Pusat. Selama ini, landasan hukum yang digunakan dalam pengembangan pelayanan publik berbasis Sistem Informasi Desa yakni mengacu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik, Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik, dan Peraturan Gubernur Provinsi Jawa Tengah Nomor 47 Tahun 2016 tentang Pedoman Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Desa di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.</p>

Purpose of Study: The undeniable fact that information at this time has been viewed as a very potential resource. Infor- mation is the only source needed by a leader of an educational institution. Information can be processed from other sources that are influenced by very complex organizations and owned computer devices. Methodology: Information processed using a computer can be used by an organizational leader and an individual with expertise as a means of communication and problem solving, as well as valuable information in the decision making the process. Results: In general from the results of research that researchers do indeed the combination of human resources and infor- mation technology applications that are tried to apply have been done. But this is not an easy matter, of course, depending on the focus of the development of management information systems individually sees the needs that are needed now. Implications/Applications: After studying and analyzing about the utilization of education management information sys- tem in decision making hence writer concludes that; first, decision making needs good information, second, irrelevant information will cause wrong judgment in making decision, third, the main basis of framework of information system utilization in taking decisions all information presented by the information system should be aimed at supporting certain phases of the decision-making process; fourth, the utilization framework of management information systems in decision making can also be used to assess an ongoing reporting system, fifth, decision making in education is an important part that should be done well by managers or other officials.
