Educational games are also called "game teaching methods", which aim to effectively combine the teaching content with vivid and interesting games according to the syllabus. As a flexible teaching strategy, they are widely favored by teachers and students. In the physical education classes of colleges and universities, basketball is a traditional teaching subject, which is deeply loved by students, and therefore it is also very important in the physical education teaching system. With the reform of the teaching system, colleges and universities have gradually paid attention to innovation in teaching. Therefore, this article analyzes and discusses the application of basketball games in college basketball teaching.

to facilitate improvement of education and teaching modernization level in China, and promote maturity and development of multimedia teaching technology, this paper established continuous animation multimedia teaching system based on continuous animation production technology. Meanwhile, this paper took gymnastics teaching of 2015 gymnastics class in Hubei University of Arts and Science in Hubei province of China as the objects of experiment and explored teaching effect of this multimedia teaching system combined with continuous animation production technology. The results show that this multimedia teaching system combined with continuous animation production technology can significantly improve students’ theoretical and practical examination scores. Based on case study of application of continuous animation and multimedia technology in gymnastics teaching, this paper aims to make certain contributions to promotion and development of multimedia teaching technology.

Based on the diversification theory, this paper designed a multimedia technology-based English teaching system framework which is used to assist English teaching in classroom. The whole system framework consists of two parts: the part of learning resource allocation and the part of English teaching activities. Learning resource allocation is mainly to expand English learning materials from the traditional printed resources to audios, videos, animations and other forms of resources; the use of multimedia resources for teaching activities is achieved mainly through the English speech teaching and lecturing device designed with the function of playing multimedia files. In order to test the application effect of multimedia technology in English teaching, this paper chose the public course of “Vocational English” as the experimental content, and compared the effect of respectively using multimedia technology to teach freshmen of Grade 2016 and adopting the traditional teaching method to teach students of Grade 2015. The outcome shows that the use of multimedia technology in English teaching can improve students’ interest in learning, reduce their pressure of learning English, and enhance their sense of accomplishment in learning, indicating that multimedia-assisted teaching can effectively improve English teaching results.

The rise of Internet technology brings opportunities for the development of various industries in China, and creates a good environment for the information construction and the innovation and cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. Although Internet technology has changed the traditional teaching thinking and mode, under the background of "Internet ", the openness of information, the diversity of culture and the contradiction between various trends of thought make students' moral understanding and ideas face severe challenges. The major of management is mainly to train professionals who meet the needs of market economy and adapt to the development of modernization. They should not only master the professional knowledge of economic management, but also have the ability and comprehensive accomplishment to engage in practical financial work. Therefore, the applied colleges and universities should take the Internet platform as the opportunity to explore the construction path and evaluation system of college students' ideology and morality, and create an environment for the healthy development of students.

Recently, computational thinking has experienced a resurgence, due to the scientific and educational community has placed its focus of interest on it. However, there is a lack of consensus about what it is and how to work it. That has caused that the approach to computational thinking is addressed in different directions in educational fields. From technical approaches, the potential to be integrated in teachers´teaching strategy could be not considered; from transversal approaches, the possibilities in the field of didactics are included, but they incorporate different visions that makes it application difficult. In addition, new perspectives are incorporated, such as ”unplugged” computational thinking. Given this panorama, it is evident the need to address from the pedagogy, and specifically from the Educational Technology field, the topic of computational thinking, starting from the possibilities it has related to digital literacy and as a means to express ideas with technology; to the possibilities to be included in educational contexts around the use of learn with robotics.

Important changes have taken place in the field of educational technology over the last few decades due to leaps in informatics, the explosive growth of the use of computers in schools, and the popularization of the Internet as a tool for teaching and learning. This scenario demands a broader understanding of the educational potential of new resources and didactic materials available to schools and innovative modes of individual and collective action in an increasingly digital society. Such changes have been faster since the start of the 21st century, which saw increased interest in educational technologies and many researchers orienting their studies to the modus operandi of the process of teaching and learning mediated by various types of digital technologies, be they presential, non-presential, hybrid, mobile, collaborative, cooperative, interactive, individualized, assistive, active, ubiquitous, and so on. With this, research in the field of educational technology has been consolidated and has begun to adopt methods of qualitative research that take account of this diversity of objects. This article seeks to point out the contributions of qualitative research methodologies in the formatting of this field of knowledge in Latin America. This is based on an examination of the most widely used scientific journals in the region, drawing on almost 100 articles published between 2016 and 2017. The analysis indicates that educational technology is evolving in Latin America, mainly due to the continuous and accelerated advance of digital information, communication, and expression technologies (DICETs). At the same time, there remains a great lack of scientific journals in the area, an issue that must be addressed given the strategic importance of this field of knowledge for the universalization of education in Latin America. Peer-reviewed journals have prioritized studies based on research and development (R&D) methods that emphasize media engineering for education and have a predominance of case studies. But they also present research problems related to qualitative issues that arise from the use of DICETs in specific teaching and learning situations. The scenario under analysis shows that research in this area has gradually evolved from a strongly technical perspective to a humanist one through qualitative analyses focusing on the limits and possibilities of DICETs. Thus, they raise important clues for future research, such as the challenges of adopting collaborative and interdisciplinary research approaches aimed at better understanding the processes and educational relations mediated by technologies; the new possibilities of hybrid education that can be addressed in different school contexts; and the question of teacher training for this new scenario. Such developments are crucial for advancing knowledge about educational technology in Latin America.
