Peserta mampu membuat dan mendesain pembelajaran blended learning berbasis LMS Moodle.Kata Kunci : Blended Learning, LMS Moodle, Post Covid 19  ABSTRACTThe application of e-learning is one of the learning technology innovations that integrate information and communication technology with lesson content. Although e-learning can be used independently by students, the existence of teachers is very meaningful as adults who function to support and assist students in the learning process. Therefore, a learning model that combines (blending) the face to face learning method with e-learning in an integrative and systematic manner will make the learning process more meaningful. The outbreak of the Corona virus in Indonesia has directed the learning situation to online learning. However, the fact is that the use of technology is still very minimal in schools. The same thing was found in the Mitra school. MA Cahaya Harapan is a partner school for this PKM workshop, where most teachers have not maximally utilized the use of ICT in the learning process in the classroom. The stages of this workshop include the stages of preparation, implementation, evaluation and mentoring. The purpose of this mentoring and training workshop is to improve the abilities of teachers in Moodle LMS-based blended learning in the post-Covid-19 era. Participants in this PKM consisted of 25 people and was held for three days and continued with mentoring for two consecutive weeks. This study shows the results of an autobiographical questionnaire of Spanish university students regarding two different educational models caused by the COVID-19 pandemic: face-to-face and e-learning. The aim is to discover their perceptions and opinions about their experiences during the learning process and what they have experienced during this global emergency and period of home confinement. The sample is made up of 100 students from the Primary Education Degree programme and the research was carried out through a qualitative study of the questionnaire. The results, divided into categories of each educational model, show the interpretation that the students make of the current reality and their own learning process. The most important aspect of the face-to-face learning model, according to 75% of the students, is direct communication with the teacher, and for 88% of them this model was effective. For the e-learning model, the flexible schedule, the economic savings and explanatory videos are the relevant ideas that the students express, with 68% stating that it was an effective model. The main conclusion is that the students prefer to continue with the face-to-face learning process (49%) rather than online teaching (7%) or, failing that, mixed or blended learning (44%), where the theoretical classes could be online and the practical classes could be face-to-face.

Abstract; Writing this article aims to analyze in a literature review the importance of combined learning or blended learning using synchronous and asynchronous strategies as a means of optimizing the learning process in the current Covid 19 pandemic era. In this article, there are four steps taken to analyze the data, namely determining the theme to be reviewed, selecting and selecting articles according to the theme, reviewing and synthesizing literature and compiling it into a writing. The results of the literature review show that the optimization of the learning process in the current Covid 19 and New Normal pandemic era will be effective and efficient by using the blended learning method where the learning process combines the two existing strategies in blended learning, namely synchronous and asynchronous strategies. Synchronous itself is a virtual face-to-face between teachers and students at the same time but in different places using video conferencing, google meet and so on, while asynchronous is that the educational process or deepening of material can be done at any time without being limited by time so that it can use technology. communication that is developing a lot today, for example with e learning, Google classrooms, moodle and so on. so that the combination of synchronous and asynchronous strategies in online learning is expected to produce better learning products as one of the principles of online learning itself is independence, Where online learning does not mean not accompanying the learning process but instead must always direct students whenever and wherever.

This article reports on the use of blended learning in higher education. Blended learning has become popular in higher education in recent years. It is a move beyond traditional lecturing to incorporate face-to-face learning with e-learning, thereby creating a blend of learning experiences. The problem is that learning in higher education is complex and learning situations differ across contexts. Whilst there is face-to-face contact at some institutions, others offer distance learning or correspondence learning. In each context, the mode of learning may differ. The challenge is to cater for various learning opportunities through a series of learning interactions and to incorporate a blended approach. The aim of this study was to examine various ways of defining blended learning in different contexts. This was done through an examination of experiences of the use of blended learning in different higher education contexts. The study presents a case of blended learning in a postgraduate course. The experiences from all these cases are summarised and conclusions and recommendations are made in the context of blended learning in higher education in South Africa.

The study and investigation around educational models and teaching and learning methodologies is a theme that has long aroused the interest of the academic environment in higher education, both in the period before the advent of digital technology, as in current times in which technology is strongly embedded in the various teaching and learning processes, which involve classroom and distance-learning classes and courses, both in the context of e-learning and b-learning. Understanding how people learn and understand the themes presented in the classroom in face-to-face and e-learning is fundamental for planning and implementing processes that allow teachers to apply teaching and learning methodologies that can be efficient and effective. The main objective is to carry out a critical reflection on b-learning teaching, about the implementation of the teaching and learning methodology of the flipped classroom, one of the variants of b-learning teaching, supported by the results of a field investigation carried out with 152 students (n=152) of higher education.

This chapter reports on an implementation of blended e-learning within three modules in the School of Health and Social Care at Oxford Brookes University. All preregistration students within the school are required to take an interprofessional education module in each year of their study. These three modules have undergone a radical redesign, prompted by the school and university strategies for e-learning and the European and UK National Health Service IT skills agenda. The redesign resulted in a blended-learning strategy that combined face-to-face teaching with online work of increasing sophistication during each of the three modules. In each module, there was an emphasis on collaborative, interprofessional learning. Interviews were conducted with seven members of the course teams to ask them about their perceptions of their roles as tutors in this blended environment. Analysis of the interview transcripts revealed five elements of the tutors’ roles: relationships with students, supporting group work, supporting professional learning, managing the blend, and developing new tutoring skills. The implications are discussed for improving staff development for tutors in this case study and for our understanding of blended learning more generally.

Blended learning has been recognized as the most promising emerging trend in higher education, offering new capabilities, as it may significantly enhance the interaction and communication between instructors and students. The challenge of blended learning is to balance weaknesses and strengths of face-to-face and e-learning teaching environments and effectively combining them to provide enhanced learning capabilities. Its success should benefit instructor-student relation. To this end, the authors adopt ecosystem-based approach to model the blended learning environment and identify its constituents, i.e., instructors, students, consultants, technology. and their evolving relations. The proposed concept was utilized to explore the potential of blended learning in the academic environment. A study was conducted at Harokopio University of Athens over a period of three years to explore the relations between blended learning ecosystem constituents, focusing on instructor -student relation.
