The purpose of the article is to reveal the specifics of the Orthodox joke by comparing it with the Gospel parable having a similar function. Methodology. Within the framework of the cultural studies approach, the methods of comparative analysis, induction, and deduction were applied. Scientific novelty. The cultural studies analysis of the correlation between the Gospel parable and the Orthodox joke has been carried out for the first time, both unifying and specific characteristics to each of the phenomena have been identified. Conclusions. An Orthodox joke can be called a parable joke. A modern Orthodox joke has a number of characteristics of a parable: describing the particular situation, it is based on the Gospel teaching; like a parable, it has two layers: a form tied to modernity and a timeless deep religious moral meaning; its main goal is to raise the human mind from earthly to heavenly. At the same time, a number of specific characteristics do not allow us to identify them: the Orthodox joke is created based on modern material; unlike a parable, it involves a laughing reaction. The Orthodox joke (as a joke in form, but with a deep parable content) is able to easily penetrate the consciousness of a secular person who is tuned in to ease and not accustomed to reflection. In this way, Orthodoxy, as in the previous period of its existence, seeks to respond to the needs of the time, transforming the form, but not changing the deep essence of the teaching. Key words: joke, parable, Orthodox anecdote, Gospel parable, metanarrative, modern Orthodox culture, secular society.

The purpose of the article is to reveal the specifics of the Orthodox joke as a phenomenon of modern Orthodox culture. Methodology. In the context of the culturological approach, the method of comparative analysis, induction, deduction, typology, and classification was used. Scientific Novelty. For the first time the phenomenon of the Orthodox joke was investigated in the context of cultural studies; assumptions were made regarding the time and reasons for its appearance; its sources are highlighted, the typology of the Orthodox joke is proposed; supplemented with data on the cultural specificity of this phenomenon. Conclusions. In secular and folk culture, a joke is a form of uncensored folk art, a sphere of dissent. The Orthodox joke, by contrast, is one of the ways of preachingand does not oppose the official church line. A parable in the form of a joke is more understandable and acceptable to the cultural consciousness of a modern person. The following types of Orthodox jokes are distinguished: curious cases from the history of the church, the life of individual parishes, or pastoral practice; «Children's perception of religion»; «In front of Paradise doors»; «Dialogue between a believer and an unbeliever»; self-irony of Orthodox monks and laity. The development of the genre of the Orthodox joke testifies to the processes of adaptation of the Orthodox culture, which exists under the prevailing secular culture.

The study use intralesional triamcinolone acetonide injection proceduce for chalazion treatment.1. Objectives: To evaluate results of intralesional triamcinolone acetonide injection for chalazion treatment. 2. Method: This noncomparative prospective interventional trial included 72 chalazions of 61 patients. 3. Results: 61 patients (72 chalazions) with 19 males (31.1%) và 42 females (68.9%), the mean age was 24 ± 9,78 years. 31.1% patients was the first time chalazion and 68.9% patients was more than one times chalazion including 78.6% patients was recurrent at the first position and 21.4% patients occur at new position. 72 chalazions with 16 (22.2%) chalazions was treated before and 56 (77.8%) chalazions wasn’t done that. 72 chalazions with 49 chalazions (68.1%) are local in upper eyelid and 23 chalazions (31.9%) are local in lower eyelid. The mean of chalazion diameter is 6.99 ± 3.03mm. Intralesional triamcinolone acetonide is injected to treat 72 chalazions with 16 (22.2%) chalazions are injected through the route of skin and 56 (77.8%) chalazions are injected through the route of conjunctiva. After 2 weeks follow-up, the success rate was 93.1% and 6.9% failed. 4. Conclusion: intralesional triamcinolone acetonide injection for chalazion treatment is really effective. Key words: chalazion, intralesional triamcinolone acetonide.

Abstract. Thе article aims at researching the concept “knowledge” used in phraseological units which is one of the key concepts in Кyrgyz and English world view. The comparative analysis of the concept “knowledge” in Kyrgyz and English linguistic world view reveals differences and similarities in its content. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) is an important method in data analysis, which was developed by Fisher. There are situations when there is impreciseness in data In order to analyze such data, the aim of this paper is to introduce for the first time an intuitionistic fuzzy two-factor ANOVA (2-D IFANOVA) without replication as an extension of the classical ANOVA and the one-way IFANOVA for a case where the data are intuitionistic fuzzy rather than real numbers. The proposed approach employs the apparatus of intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) and index matrices (IMs). The paper also analyzes a unique set of data on daily ticket sales for a year in a multiplex of Cinema City Bulgaria, part of Cineworld PLC Group, applying the two-factor ANOVA and the proposed 2-D IFANOVA to study the influence of “ season ” and “ ticket price ” factors. A comparative analysis of the results, obtained after the application of ANOVA and 2-D IFANOVA over the real data set, is also presented.

Purpose. Analysis of the accommodative ability in children with hyperopic anisometropia, amblyopia of operated amblyopic and paired leading eyes after femtolaser-assisted laser intrastromal keratomileusis (FS-LASIK). Material and methods. In the 1st group were 20 children with hyperopic anisometropia and amblyopia after FS-LASIK. In the 2nd were children receiving conservative treatment. Results. After 6 months, when analyzing the accommodation, the coefficient of the accommodative response (CAR) of amblyopic eye in the 1st group was 0.05±0.07 conv. units, in the 2nd group was -0.1±0.19 conv. units (рm-u=0.03). The microfluctuation coefficient (CMF) of the amblyopic eye was increased, but the CMF of the paired leading eye in children after FS-LASIK approached the norm and amounted to 58.4±5.4 µF / min. In the conservative treatment group CMF remained high and was 60.8±4.44 µF / min (рm-u= 0.08). The objective accommodative response of the amblyopic eye in the 1st group increased by -1.13±0.03 diopters, in the 2nd group – by -0.82±0.48 diopters (рm-u=0.05). Conclusion. FS-LASIK helps to improve the accommodative ability in children with hyperopia, anisometropia and amblyopia. Key words: accommodation, hyperopia, anisometropia, amblyopia, FS-LASIK.

The study carried out a comparative analysis of the effect of 24 epibrassinolide (EB) and 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) on the growth and state of the main components of the glutathione system in the roots of wheat seedlings under the action of 2% NaCl, which for the first time revealed the ability of these phytohormones to similarly stabilize stress-induced decrease GSH / GSSG ratio, positively regulate the activity of glutathione reductase and glutathione-S-transferase. A comparable level of protective effect of BAP and EB on root length was revealed. The data obtained indicate that endogenous cytokinins may play the role of hormonal intermediates in the implementation of the protective.

Quantitative attemps to assess species diversity in the absence of a robust taxonomy are questioned. In addition, the sampling methods may be a major source of uncertainty, as illustrated in a commented biodiversity study of the Coleoptera of Sabah. The Sabah members of the staphylinid genus Baeocera Erichson are reviewed and keyed, the following new species are described: B. omnigena Löbl sp. nov., B. rudis Löbl sp. nov., B. secreta Löbl sp. nov., B. sedata Löbl sp. nov., B. segregata Löbl sp. nov., B. seiugata Löbl sp. nov., B. semirufa Löbl sp. nov.
