Abstract. Thе article aims at researching the concept “knowledge” used in phraseological units which is one of the key concepts in Кyrgyz and English world view. The comparative analysis of the concept “knowledge” in Kyrgyz and English linguistic world view reveals differences and similarities in its content. In addition, the research also shows that Kyrgyz phraseological units differ a lot from the English due to several particular features like cultural diversity, language peculiarities and linguistic world view. Various examples related to the concept “knowledge” are used demonstrating the difficulties in translation and the differences in meaning of the concept “knowledge” in phraseological units in Kyrgyz and English world view. Purpose. Analysis of the accommodative ability in children with hyperopic anisometropia, amblyopia of operated amblyopic and paired leading eyes after femtolaser-assisted laser intrastromal keratomileusis (FS-LASIK). Material and methods. In the 1st group were 20 children with hyperopic anisometropia and amblyopia after FS-LASIK. In the 2nd were children receiving conservative treatment. Results. After 6 months, when analyzing the accommodation, the coefficient of the accommodative response (CAR) of amblyopic eye in the 1st group was 0.05±0.07 conv. units, in the 2nd group was -0.1±0.19 conv. units (рm-u=0.03). The microfluctuation coefficient (CMF) of the amblyopic eye was increased, but the CMF of the paired leading eye in children after FS-LASIK approached the norm and amounted to 58.4±5.4 µF / min. In the conservative treatment group CMF remained high and was 60.8±4.44 µF / min (рm-u= 0.08). The objective accommodative response of the amblyopic eye in the 1st group increased by -1.13±0.03 diopters, in the 2nd group – by -0.82±0.48 diopters (рm-u=0.05). Conclusion. FS-LASIK helps to improve the accommodative ability in children with hyperopia, anisometropia and amblyopia. Key words: accommodation, hyperopia, anisometropia, amblyopia, FS-LASIK.

The presented article is devoted to the ethnographic study of the crafts reflected in Azerbaijani proverbs. One of the steps taken in the direction of comprehensive research of ethnographic science is the involvement of examples of oral folk art in scientific research. The proverbs that are part of them are important as an auxiliary source. Thus, from the proverbs it is possible to get some information about the historically formed fields of art as an ethnographically necessary issue. According to the proverbs of the Azerbaijani people, it is possible to determine what arts the population is traditionally engaged in on the basis of supporting materials and comparative analysis. According to Azerbaijani proverbs, master apprentice relations, blacksmithing, armaments, jewelry, blacksmithing, tailoring, hat-making, dyeing, tanning, embroidery, weaving, carpet weaving, weaving, carpentry were confirmed in our country and their important place in the life of the population. O trabalho propõe uma análise comparativa dos formatos impresso e online do Jornal do Brasil (JB), a fim de investigar as transformações no perfil editorial do periódico a partir de sua transição definitiva para a plataforma digital, que ocorreu em 2010. Ao todo, foram analisadas 14 publicações do JB, entre impressas e digitais, buscando uma análise comparativa das edições nas duas mídias. O presente artigo apresenta um resgate da história do JB. Além disso, expõe a análise descritiva, com base nos indicadores de identidade levantados em revisão bibliográfica específica e, posteriormente, apresenta os resultados obtidos, tecendo comparações entre os formatos. Palavras-chave: Jornal do Brasil; Jornalismo Digital; Jornalismo Impresso; Imprensa; História do Jornalismo.  Abstract: The paper proposes a comparative analysis of printed and online formats of Jornal do Brazil (JB) in order to investigate the changes in the journal's editorial profile from its final transition to the digital platform, which took place in 2010. Altogether, 14 JB issues were analyzed, both printed and digital ones. This article presents a bailout in the history of JB. In addition, it presents the descriptive analysis, based on the identity indicators raised in specific literature review and subsequently presents the results obtained, weaving comparisons between formats. Key-words: Jornal do Brasil; Digital Journalism, Journalism Printed; Press; History of Journalism.  Resumen:El documento propone un análisis comparativo de los formatos impresa y electrónica de Jornal do Brasil (JB) con el fin de investigar los cambios en el perfil editorial del diario de su transición final a la plataforma digital, que tuvo lugar en 2010. En total, el estudio analizó 14 publicaciones de JB entre impresos y digitales, para esbozar un análisis comparativo de los temas en los dos medios. En este artículo se presenta un plan de rescate en la historia de JB. Although researches on richness, composition and conservation of Atlantic rainforest’s herpetofauna have focused on large and protected areas, small fragments subject to human interference are important to maintain α-diversity, as they often constitute the only relictual areas with favorable habitats for those species within the cities. In this paper, we report the richness and composition of snakes from a small urbanized area in the Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA), in the city of Salvador, state of Bahia, focusing on its conservation. We also propose hypotheses to explain the mechanisms that would facilitate the coexistence of these species, even in the face of an intense fragmentation process. The list of species here presented was based on the registers from the Museu de Zoologia of UFBA and the register book of the “Núcleo Regional de Ofiologia e Animais Peçonhentos da Bahia” (1987–2012). Based on the literature, each taxon was characterized with respect to habitat use, substrate, activity patterns and food habits. Nine species, belonging to the families Boidae (Boa constrictor) and Colubridae (Helicops leopardinus, Liophis almadensis, L. miliaris, L. taeniogaster, Oxyrhopus trigeminus, Philodryas olfersii, Sibynomorphus neuwiedi and Tantilla melanocephala), were registered. A comparative analysis of data from habitat and activity patterns of the species studied suggests that the coexistence of nine taxa in such fragment may be related to different combinations of substrate use and diet. Liophis almadensis (jararaquinha-false) and B. constrictor (python) showed higher relative abundance and were the only species recorded from 2010–2012, suggesting that part of the herpetofauna reported over the last 14 years may be locally extinct. This observation is even more critical because this period coincides with the suppression of almost all remaining fragments of Atlantic forest in the study area for university modernization and expansion.Additional key words: Bahia, conservation, local extinction, snakes, UFBA.

Objective evidences of geographical-political unbalance in Ukraine, which is clearly manifested in the electoral and political activity of the population and is the result primarily of historical and geographical differences and ethno-geographical regions of the state, are characterized. Twelve political and geographic areas with the characteristics of the party-political preferences and geopolitical consciousness are allocated on the basis of a comparative analysis of presidential elections in Ukraine. It is concluded that the regional mental-political differentiation does not have the character of intercivilizational contrasts. Objective historical and cultural base integrity are defined. Complications of regional-political situation in Ukraine at the beginning of the XXI century was not immanent conditioned and caused by subjective factors such as a lack of effective internal geopolitics during the 90s and targeted large-scale geopolitical pressure from Russia at the beginning of the XXI century. Politics, they said is a dirty game. One tends to disagree with this assertion because man is a political being and everything man does is all about politics. It depends on the intention, and how each plays his or her own. Ozo title is one of the political institutions in Igbo land. It will be worthy to mention that the Ozo title meant in this paper is the primordial or original Ozo title in Igbo land and not the adulterated Ozo title today. It is one of the institutions that helps in governance, controls different sectors of the Igbo man’s life and equally checkmates the excesses in the land. This work tries to look at the politics in the Nigerian setting and that of the Igbo land as being championed by Ozo title men. It x-rays their day-to-day activities and compares them. The work equally will be able to evaluate the two. During the evaluation, it was discovered that politics is not dirty, it was also discovered that since the Ozo title men play this politics and play it very well, it now boils down on the makeup of the individual and the intentions of the people in it. It however suggests that the Nigerian leaders or politicians should look at the Ozo title institution and what it is for the Igbo man and borrow a leaf from them. The paper uses socio-cultural approach in the work. The paper finally warns that the Ozo title as used in this study is the primodial one and not the adulterated one. Thus, if the politicians in Nigerian today borrow from the Ozo title men in Igbo land, politics in Nigeria will be a better and an interesting one.
