The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical provisions of the peculiarities of the production of cultural and artistic products in the modern art space. The research methodology is based on the principles of a logical approach. Comparative and interdisciplinary approaches are applied. The scientific novelty lies in identifying the main factors that determine the effectiveness of production activities, actualize and stimulate scientific discourse regarding methods of managing the cultural sphere, reveal the features and ways of optimizing the creation, proposal, and production of precisely those projects that demonstrate significant advantages of the producer over competitors, stimulate the creation in Ukraine, a reduced market for cultural services. Conclusion. Deep and comprehensive modernization of the art sphere requires the search for new approaches to optimizing content production. The optimization of production activities is focused on structuring the costs of the cultural and artistic project by deepening, expanding, and updating the professional knowledge, skills, and practical experience of the producer. It is determined that production activity is a multicomponent process in which financial, technical, legal, and labor resources are involved. All these components, one way or another, are related to creativity. In order for a cultural and artistic project to be competitive, it is necessary to take into account the following factors: digitalization of the consumer audience; tastes of the consumer audience; content criticism. Keywords: producer, production activity, production project, art management, art industry, art dealer, art businessman, optimization of production activities.

The English conquest of Ireland during the sixteenth century was accompanied by extreme violence. Historians remain divided on the motivations behind this violence. This article argues that the English violence in Ireland may be attributed to four main factors: the fear of foreign Catholic intervention through Ireland; the methods by which Irish rebels chose to fight; decisions made by English officials in London to not fund English forces in Ireland at a reasonable level while demanding that English officials in Ireland keep Ireland under control; and the creation of a system by which many of those who made the plans never had to see the suffering they inflicted. The troops who carried out the plans had to choose between their own survival and moral behaviors that placed their survival at risk.

The practical experience of solving scientific tasks using artificial intelligence technologies is presented. The authors offered their understanding of the term "artificial intelligence". Describes the development of the dept. №265 of Mathematical Problems of Applied Informatics V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the NAS of Ukraine in the creation of technical systems with elements of AI mainly to work in extreme environments. The purpose of the authors is to provide useful information to develop a strategy for the development of AI in the Ukraine. Some of these studies: monitoring the territory and management of land use technologies using remote sensing technologies from aircraft, spacecraft, unmanned aerial vehicles; monitoring the technical equipment of the underwater environment (technical means of searching for a sunken object of the submarine type for emergency operations are being developed); mine safety control (risk research during mining, creating robotic systems with elements of artificial intelligence for studying the conditions of work in the mine, warning accidents and emergency rescue work). The next direction is the diagnosis and treatment of addictive patients using the principles of therapeutic methods BiofeedBack. Attention is paid to the development of robotic technical systems with AI for servicing cosmic long missions. For this, theoretical studies have been conducted on the creation of a live brain mathematical model for its use in the development of the "artificial brain" of robots. The authors gave a list of tasks that can solve AI in programs for long-term space flights, technologies and systems that should develop in the first place to implement these tasks

The article discusses increasing the competitiveness of the national economy based on the creation of an innovation system. One of the main factors in increasing competitiveness is the innovative development of economic entities. The lag in innovative development prevents the emergence of technological industries within the country and restrains the socio-economic development of the national economic system.

This chapter details events in Roland Penrose's life from 1946 to 1953. Before the war, there had been a great deal of discussion about the establishment of a museum of modern art in London. Herbert Read had attempted to start one in co-operation with Peggy Guggenheim. Roland and Mesens had made counter-moves. However, nothing had happened, largely because of the approaching war. By 22 January 1946, the differences between Read and Mesens had been sufficiently mended for them — together with Roland — to send a letter inviting ‘interested parties’ to attend a meeting on the creation in London of a centre from which a Museum of Modern Art could ultimately be planned.

Art historian Meyer Schapiro was born in Šiauliai [Shavley], Lithuania, on September 23, 1904, but soon immigrated to the United States with his family in 1907. Schapiro grew up in the working-class, left wing, Jewish immigrant neighborhood of Brownsville, Brooklyn. He graduated from Columbia University with a Ph.D. in fine arts and archaeology in 1935 (having completed his dissertation in 1929). He spent his career at Columbia, though he also taught regularly at the New School for Social Research from 1936 until 1952. While trained as a medievalist, Schapiro was an early proponent of modern art, and over the course of his career he taught courses, lectured, and published on both fields. Through his lectures and publications, Schapiro’s ideas shaped several generations of artists and art historians. Though he published several books including those on Post-Impressionist artists Paul Cézanne (1950) and Vincent van Gogh (1952), his most respected ideas on both medieval and modern topics were published in articles. Schapiro is known for his innovative and interdisciplinary approaches to art history; he explored new art historical methodologies through the use of Marxism, psychoanalysis, and semiotics. He is also known for his essay "Style" (1953), a systematic consideration of past and current theories of style.

PurposeThe evolving digital transformations of organizational processes involve vast complexities. Factors such as labor resources at the individual and team levels that integrate and utilize information resources and evolving technologies to achieve collective intelligence are essential to this process. In order to better understand evolving demands of labor resources, existing research regarding worker/technology interactions for firm performance must be implemented and adapted to the changing market. This paper provides a conceptual research model enabling organizations to better understand the integration of worker/team attributes with collaboration modes, information resources and augmented technologies that yield effective collective intelligence for decision-making.Design/methodology/approachThis manuscript includes a literature review on worker/team attributes interfacing with various technology platforms and the creation of collective intelligence. It then reviews complementary research including leadership elements for organizational outcomes and introduces more current work involving a digital transformation. The literature review provides the underpinnings for a conceptual model that incorporates essential elements for the creation of collective intelligence for decision-making and adds factors that are relevant for digital transformations. These elements include augmented technologies including cognitive technologies, collaborative platforms and worker attributes (skills, social sensitivity, leadership) all of which illustrate components of intellectual capital.FindingsThe paper summarizes key findings of existing research in worker/team interactions with technology platforms on organizational performance and provides an applied, conceptual research model incorporating these findings, along with new elements in the digital era for better identifying new worker requirements.Originality/valueThe value of this work is the introduction of an applied conceptual model based on established literature findings that includes new technologies (e.g. cognitive technologies), collaboration modes and worker/team attributes to address the requirements of the evolving knowledge worker in the digital era. It provides a framework to better understand more optimal resource allocations for the creation of collective intelligence and integrates the model components within an intellectual capital framework.

In the context of post-industrial society, an informational-semiotic approach becomes important for researchers, allowing to perceive, for example, art culture (art sphere)/art industry / art business as a unique world / Text / system, and the text of a work as a text itself, context and hypertext, forming info text. The appearance of certain documents / artifacts / information resources is associated with the activities of both the artist and representatives of other professions in the existing communicative space of art culture. In a market economy / creative economy / entertainment economy, a significant figure for “rotation” of communications in this area is the business assistant /organizer of the artist’s business activity, that is, an art manager (agent, art dealer, entrepreneur, impresario, curator, promoter, producer, etc.). As a producer, using various technologies of art management (artistic, creative, organizational and managerial, including psychological, financial, economic, regulatory, marketing) in project activities, he creates demand and forms a proposal for the art market, generates, “Playing with beads” (G. Hesse) of ideas / meanings / contexts, the information world of art culture.
