Faculty of Islamic Attahiriyah Islamic University (UNIAT) Jakarta is one of the private universities under the auspices of the Region I Jakarta Coordinator of Islamic Religion (KOPERTAIS), In the process of evaluating the performance of lecturers in the Islamic Faculty of Islamic University of Attahiri, every year. Lecturers who are selected as lecturers by having excellent performance appraisals will later get an award from the Faculty leadership (Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Religion). From this process, it takes a long time to process the calculation of who the lecturer is by assessing his excellent performance and also documents stored in the form of files stored on the archive shelf. One problem solving to find a solution from the system that runs above is by designing a decision support system application for lecturer performance assessment using a web-based Weighted Product (WP) method so that the lecturer performance appraisal can be done in real time and efficiently. Software The application of lecturer performance appraisal decision support can be applied directly as a problem solving solution, carry out maintenance on the application regularly every month so that something or damage occurs so that if a problem occurs it can restore the database again.

<p>The performance of teachers in educational institutions needs to have an appreciation and assessment that has a basis. Teacher performance assessment is one of the bases for decision making related to the career of the teacher. To improve the quality and accuracy of performance appraisal, this study designs a web-based teacher performance assessment decision support system. The Decision Support System method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and information system design uses the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method. Respondents in this study were deputy principals, teacher representatives, and committee representatives. The results of the calculation of the respondent questionnaire were carried out with a paired comparison matrix. The results of the combined calculation showed that the first level criteria which were the highest weighted were Social with a weight of 33.4% and the alternative teacher with the best performance was Vera Asmara with a value of 22.9%.</p><p> </p>

PT Manggala Usaha Manunggal is a company engaged in mining and focusing on coal minerals, which is supported by many employees who work professionally in their respective fields. In a company, an employee performance appraisal process is usually carried out to determine the best employees. In the current performance appraisal process, the company still uses a manual system, so it is still less effective and efficient in managing data. The problem faced is how to calculate the best employee performance appraisal, with a decision support system in calculating employee performance appraisal, one of which is by applying the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Porcess) method which is expected to produce the best employee rankings. The system that will be created will be web-based using MYSQL.

PT. Sawito Indah Berkah is a medium scale company engaged in the LPG Non-Public Service Obligation (NPSO). The company has not applied standard standards in performance assessment. This study aims to determine the performance appraisal model currently used and to design a performance appraisal model using the Total Performance Scorecard. This study uses a survey method with a qualitative approach and the type of research is descriptive modeling. The data collection technique used triangulation. The results showed that the company only applies a financial perspective in measuring performance. This research can provide useful information about the importance of designing corporate performance appraisals. Also, it is expected to be able to assist the company in evaluating its financial function, marketing function, operational function, and human resource function properly.

PT. Surya Toto Indonesia is a large company in Banten Province. This company is located on Jl. MH. Thamrin km. 7, Tangerang Banten. Until now, the number of employees is around 1.200 employees. With a large number of employees, a proper performance appraisal decision support system is needed so that the work results of employees can be clearly and well defined. Until now, the process for performance appraisal is still using paper or also called manual which causes the process to take a bit longer and reports cannot be enjoyed in real time. From the existing problems, a web-based decision support system is needed which will be able to facilitate all parties related to the performance appraisal process. The method used begins with communication with the parties involved. Furthermore, planning, the process of data collection, analysis, planning, and finally reporting is carried out. The conclusion from this suggests that using the existing criteria provides two more criteria. By giving weights and calculations performed on three employees, the score obtained for employee C got the highest score (0.92) followed by employee B, and the lowest score (0.84) was employee A.

One effort to measure the level of quality in schools is by measuring the performance aspects of teachers as professional educators who teach at the school. The teacher performance aspect is measured as one of the promotion requirements for a higher position or as a recommendation condition in order to take part in teacher certification activities. In order for teacher performance appraisal to be carried out objectively, a method is needed to assist in the teacher performance appraisal process. AHP method can be used to assist in decision making. This is because the AHP method is a model for structured and comprehensive decision making. From the calculation using the AHP method, it was found that the first priority was obtained by Indra with a weight of 0, 7317 or 73.17%, the second priority was obtained by Reni with a weight value of 0.2279 or 22.79% and the lowest priority was obtained by Supriyatna with a weight value 0.0604 or 6.04%.

This background of this research is motivated by the fast moving technology development of the education world which implicates the development standard development of performance assessment in assessing student's competence in SMK Hotel Accommodation, so the result of performance assessment could be well documented for a long time. The purpose of this research is to develop a Web-Based VE.Rubric to the Making Bed Performance Assessment Application in SMK Hotel Accommodation. This research is using descriptive method with the planning, production, and evaluation phase. Data collecting technique was used by utilizing interview and validation test through Expert Judgement to IT Expert, Assessor, Teacher, and Hotel Practitioner as Housekeeping's Expert. The result of the shows that VE.Rubric to the Making Bed Performance Assessment is considered worthy to be implemented to the performance test in SMK Hotel Accommodation and the in the Hotel Industry to the Job Performance Housekeeping Department.Keywords: VE.Rubric, Web based application, Performance assessment, Making bed, SMK Hotel Accommodation

Periodic Performance Assessment can be a clear parameter for employees. Some things that must be considered in the assessment process include: Objectivity assessment is preferred, not on the personality traits or character of a person but on how employees carry out their work. Employees generally argue that performance appraisals will not affect the compensation they earn. This is because based on the consideration that during this salary increase tends to be made equal and mass so there is no difference between outstanding employees and employees not achievers. Management has socialized the Company Rules, Standart Operation Procedure and each employee has known their job description, and this helps to clarify what activities should be done to the employee to achieve the job objectives. Performance appraisal results have not been followed up with guidance or training required by employees. Yet by looking at the results of these assessments it can be seen the strengths and weaknesses of each employee, and can make planning for training to improve the performance. AMIK Mahaputra is one of the private computer colleges in the city of Pekanbaru. In increasing its resources, this university conducts performance appraisals of lecturers and employees. This performance assessment will form the basis of promotion. At present, the system in assessing its performance still has weaknesses, namely by improper lecturers or employees who occupy certain positions and positions. The purpose of this study is to later be able to make it easier to give a decision on the performance evaluation of lecturers and employees each year as part of the process of career development and promotion. The data obtained include the assessment of lecturers by students, the discipline of lecturers on giving lectures, the allocation of time by each lecturer and the method used is TOPSIS where this method is considered suitable for this research. and AMIK employees Mahaputra pekanbaru. Decision support system for evaluating the performance of lecturers and employees in promotion. Although the decision taken has been 74% but it has been recommended to assist the management of AMIK Mahaputra in making decisions.

This research aims to describe the performance appraisal of Yogyakarta government employees as well as enabling and inhibiting factors in the assessment of employee performance in Yogyakarta government. This qualitative descriptive research shows there are two performance appraisals in the government of Yogyakarta namely Employee Performance Assessment and Job Performance Assessment government employee. Employee Performance Assessment carried out 2 times a year, in June and December and the performance appraisal only once a year. Assessment methods used in employee performance assessment is a method 360 degrees. Constraints in the evaluation of employee performance assessment is at fault understanding of the guidelines for the implementation of performance appraisal, lack of clear job description in job analysis make it difficult for employees to put it in the assessment and the absence of stylists executive staffing in evaluation of employee performance and timing issues assessment by the employer because constrained by other activity.Key Words: Performance Appraisal, Assessment Indicators, Government Employees of Yogyakarta.

Tarung Derajat is a martial art that has existed for a long time in Indonesia. Someone who wants to be an Tarung Derajat athlete must participate in the athlete selection. So far there is no system that facilitates the selection of Tarung Derajat athletes so that the selection process is more time-consuming, prone to error and nepotism. To prevent this, in this study built a decision support system using PROMETHEE method to assist the Tarung Derajat athletes selection process. This decision support system is built with web-based programming using PHP programming language and MySQL database. With success rate up to 90,66% in usability test, can be concluded that Decision Support System of Tarung Derajat Athletes Selection can support the athletes selection process.
