Pengujian Black Box pada Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Akademik Menggunakan Teknik Equivalence Partitioning

The purpose of this study is to assist MTS Al-Hidayah in school academic management which is focused on school info, lesson schedules, school activities, facilitating data search, and producing accurate reports. In the academic information system at the school there are still many shortcomings when validating the data to be entered, so that it can cause the data stored in the database to be incompatible with the expected data. So it is proposed testing using the Black Box method based on Equivalence Partitioning as a whole regarding the use, benefits, and results obtained from the useof the software. Equivalence Partitioning Technique that discusses testing in the aspect of validation enter seen from a valid class. The results of this study can be concluded that the results of testing the accuracy of the school information system software at MTS Al-Hidayah will provide the best solution for the school for the future.The purpose of this study is to assist MTS Al-Hidayah in school academic management which is focused on school info, lesson schedules, school activities, facilitating data search, and producing accurate reports. The use of SMS-Gateway technology as an academic information system media in a school still has shortcomings in terms of the fees charged to schools. This makes the burden itself for a school that does not cooperate with the service provider of the SMS service. To overcome this, academic information systems based on mobile phones need to be developed. This study aims to build an academic information system based on the Android operating system on smartphones. Smartphone technology is the best solution now in making it easy to spread information. This study uses the Rapid Application Development method to build an Android-based academic information system called SisAkOne, by testing the software using the black box method. The results showed the use of RAD methods can be used to build information systems properly and in accordance with the functional requirements of the system.

Handling complaints is a reciprocal service for the public provided by the government. People who want to make a complaint can make it by dialing the phone number, web, emails and suggestion box provided by the government. Problems encountered in making this complaint include an error in entering/writing the targeted agency, the distance to the suggestion box is far and not real time. The author designed a mobile-based information system for handling public complaints using the android operating system. This public complaint handling application has a feature where the user can choose the agency in accordance with the complaint, the complaint can include pictures, location tags, can see the lates developments of complaint handling in the status of complaints, as well as chat feature that can be used to communicate directly with the Government and the Admin Agencies. Based on the result of test conducted, namely testing using black box method and stress testing, it can be concluded that this application has functioned properly. The purpose of this article is to develop a computer-based Academic management information system for AMIK LAKSI 31 ASM by using Internet technology which functions to integrate internal processes with the academic learning process. The method of this research includes analysis of campus internal administration process of teaching and learning and development of a computer-based application that supports the process. In analyzing the campus administrative processes, several activities are carried out in order to get both information required and design of application built in accordance with needs. The result obtained is an academic information system model to be used in ASM AMIK LAKSI 31 based on web that can help the institution to improve efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes and learning process.

The Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah of Manokwari Regency has four departments from Al-Quran Education School which are required to report the attendance and achievements of students each month in their respective departments. This report will be presented to the parents and to the Head of the school for evaluation. Both of these assessments are still carried out manually so it is inefficient because the data will be easily lost or scattered. With these problems, the author did some researches to carry out the Design and Development of Information System for Assessment of Material Achievement and Student Attendance at Al-Quran Education School - Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah in Manokwari Regency. This research was conducted by creating an assessment input information system and responsive web-based data recap, using the Laravel framework, MySQL database and the research method used was the Prototype Method. At the final stage of this research is testing the system with the Black Box Method. The final result of this research is the formation of the Information System for Assessment of Material Achievement and Student Attendance for the Al-Quran Education School - Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah in Manokwari Regency. The test results show that the Prototype Method can be used in building the information system in question.

SMA Negeri 9 Padang is one of the institutions engaged in the field of education, which requires the design of software to manage and run all school activities, one of which is the Academic Information System (SIA). SIA currently in SMA 9 Padang yet well integrated, so it still has many shortcomings in meeting the needs of the school or institution, in particular to deal with academic problems. Therefore, it needs to be implemented Academic Information System that can overcome the various shortcomings earlier. Implementation of this application starts with a preliminary study. Activities, the introduction of the school as a whole with interviews and observations, identify business processes academically at school is running and then make the proposed system as terkomputerisasinya, which is described by using the tools of Business Process Model Notation (BPMN), as well as the depiction of a working model of the system to be applied using use case diagram. The next stage is to study the literature of various books and journals to find the theoretical basis and related research. Then selecting software for SIA School, after the configuration and customization of the software modules, and the latter carry out the implementation and testing. These results indicate that the software SIA Schools that have been selected and applied that JIBAS applications, which can solve the problems on SMA Negeri 9 Padang

The process of administering detainees and evidence managed by the Directorate of Detention and Evidence in the Jambi Regional Police which is currently underway is considered to be less effective and efficient because there are still some shortcomings that could have an impact in the future. These deficiencies can interfere with the administrative process of detainees and evidence that should run optimally in the future. Therefore this research was conducted to provide solutions to these problems by developing a new information system that can overcome and deal with the various shortcomings that occur today. The information system development method used in this study is design and creation using the prototype method. The prototype method consists of 5 stages: communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, contruction of prototype and deployment, delivery and feedback. In addition, the system that has been built will be functionally tested using black box testing. This test is conducted as a trial method that focuses on finding input conditions errors in the system. The results of the study using black box testing using 55 points of the test scenario show that this system is functionally running optimally

This study aims to produce a Green Open Space (RTH) information system of the Pagar Alam City Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) using the Web Engineering method. Based on observations at PUPR Office Pagar Alam City, it is found that the delivery of information that is currently running is still manual by using brochures, pamphlets, banners, inefficient counseling, and not many people can receive information. Causing many domestic and foreign tourists who do not know the places of Green City Pagar Alam. This research uses the method of developing a Web Engineering system with the following steps: Costumers Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Depeloyment. As well as using Google Maps as a search place. Based on the results of testing that the functionality of the information system can be run well without any obstacles from the process, testing is done using the Black Box method. With this information system, it useful to provide users with easy information about Green Pagar Alam City.

The ineffective technological development at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung makes students and teachers still using the manual system in academic activities, such as inputting grades, in providing information on school activities and so on. This research explains the benefits of data analysis by visualizing Big data in performing optimization in the academic management environment. The data used is academic information system database that related with student status. In this study the authors use Tableau tools to perform data analysis based on the number of students worksheet, student status, student name table and generate student dashboard data. The results of the analysis obtained by using visualization in bemtuk management graph is very fast and optimize data processing so mengatahui the development of academic database situation.

Informatics Engineering Department (PSTI) is one of the study program in University of Mataram which was established in 2012. PSTI has Academic Information System (AIS) which is used for supporting academic operational activities. However, AIS has not been able to provide any information or special report for chairman and secretary of PSTI. According to the interview with the chairman of PSTI, PSTI’s information needs are not only consisted of accreditation information but also non accreditation information. The needs for accreditation information that is apllied referring to the 3,4, and 5 standard in National Accreditation Board for Higher Education Book VI. The aim of this system is to help PSTI in providing such information so that the chairman and the secretary can identify the problem of PSTI fastly and accurately. The system is built with Laravel Framework as PHP and JavaScript as its language, and it uses Application Programing Interface (API) in order to integrate it with SIA. Moreover, it uses also data warehouse as an integrated storage. This system was developed using waterfall development method. When the system was tasted using black box method, all the function ran well, and the accuration testing showed that this system has resulted an output that corespond with the calculations performed manually. Therefore, it can be concluded that this system is ready to be used.
