Handling complaints is a reciprocal service for the public provided by the government. People who want to make a complaint can make it by dialing the phone number, web, emails and suggestion box provided by the government. Problems encountered in making this complaint include an error in entering/writing the targeted agency, the distance to the suggestion box is far and not real time. The author designed a mobile-based information system for handling public complaints using the android operating system. This public complaint handling application has a feature where the user can choose the agency in accordance with the complaint, the complaint can include pictures, location tags, can see the lates developments of complaint handling in the status of complaints, as well as chat feature that can be used to communicate directly with the Government and the Admin Agencies. Based on the result of test conducted, namely testing using black box method and stress testing, it can be concluded that this application has functioned properly. High dengue fever cases strongly influenced by the behavior of the public them self. Almost most of the territory in urban and rural areas can be considered as potentially endemic. In the development of the Center of Desease Control give serious action against the locations of the potential for development of the Aedes Aegypti. One way that can be done in order to prevent the environment to being free of dengue wiggler is through some sort of surveys. This monitoring system is designed using Waterfall methodology using the programming language such as Javascript, PHP, CodeIgniter framework, AngularJS, and Ionic also using MySQL database. A needs analysis conducted by interviewing one of the members of Center of Desease Control’s member and the Village Head of Muktiharjo so that the design could be done, appropriate and well targeted. The results of the final project is mobile and desktop applications that can change the performance of the JUMANTIK (Mosquito Eradication Officers) with more modern, neat, and systematic application so that the data obtained can meet the desired needs. The system that has been designed has been tested using black-box method and the results of these tests indicate that all the functions contained in this system has worked well.

Abstract Introduction With the aging, the orofacial structures may suffer changes related to disorganization of the stomatognathic system, with a reduction in the strength and resistance of the tongue reflecting delays in the handling of the boluses in the mouth and the elevation of the hyolaryngeal complex; it may result in changes in swallowing (presbifagia or dysphagia). Changes in swallowing may be adjuvants for the illness of the elderly with great socioeconomic impact due to the high costs that bring to the public health with prolonged hospitalizations. Objectives Before it an app was created with a board game for android operating system with the possibility of training in the functions of chewing and swallowing in elderly using biofeedback. Methodology A hardware was built capable of capturing, conditioning and transmitting the electrical signal of the masseter and supra-hyoid muscles, with surface electrodes, using an interface system scan with four channels for a mobile device with Android operating system via Bluetooth. The electrical signal is received by software through a biogame, which originally held the calibration of the data, being the value range of the strength of the bite ranging from zero to 255 µV. The participant will receive the information to chew and swallow through the simulation of a “virtual farm” with the displacement of a tractor irrigating the earth which will create a plantation. The chewing cycle was standardized in 10 insect chewing’s, five for each side, ending with the swallowing. Results At the end of the game a report stating: date of the examination, consistency of the food chosen, testing time, masticatory cycles completed and incomplete, maximum and average power of bite and muscle activity of the swallowing of each side. Conclusion The application with game developed is a promising resource for training of the masticatory muscles and the swallowing of the elderly.

Abstract   Through the mass media news is often found about how a family or community handles family members who have mental disorders by mounting, isolating, and even throwing them away. This shows that one of the things that causes the family to handle the problem inappropriately is the lack of information about diagnoses of mental disorders so that they take actions that could make the sufferer worse. The expert system designed by the writer here aims to produce an expert system that can be used by the general public. The system is made in such a way that it can be used easily to provide knowledge to the public about mental disorders and how to deal with it. With this expert system, families and even the surrounding community can take appropriate action if there are people with mental disorders in the vicinity. This expert system uses a method that is quite popular, namely Forward Chaining which is implemented in the form of a web-based application program. Application is made using the PHP programming language then testing based on the Black Box method   Keywords: Expert system, Mental disorder, Forward Chaining.   Abstrak   Melalui media massa sering dijumpai berita tentang bagaimana sebuah keluarga atau masyarakat menangani anggota keluarganya yang mengalami gangguan jiwa dengan cara memasung, mengucilkan, bahkan membuangnya. Ini menunjukkan bahwa salah satu hal yang menyebabkan keluarga kurang tepat dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut adalah kurangnya informasi tentang diagnosa gangguan jiwa sehingga mereka melakukan tindakan yang bisa jadi membuat penderita semakin parah. Sistem pakar yang dirancang penulis di sini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem pakar yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat secara umum. Sistem yang dibuat sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat digunakan secara mudah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang gangguan jiwa dan cara menanganinya. Dengan adanya sistem pakar ini, keluarga bahkan masyarakat di sekitarnya dapat melakukan tindakan yang tepat jika ada penderita gangguan jiwa di sekitarnya. Sistem pakar juru pemantau jiwa ini menggunakan metode yang cukup populer yaitu forward Chaining yang diimplementasikan ke dalam bentuk program aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP kemudian dilakukan pengujian berdasarkan dengan metode Black Box.   Kata Kunci: Sistem pakar, gangguan jiwa, Forward Chaining.

A public complaint is a reciprocal of the population against the government to convey opinions or problems encountered in certain areas. The complaint process using a suggestion box or counter complaint is less effective and efficient so that the complaint handling process is slow. The geographic information system of public complaints is an information system built as an intermediary for the public to make complaints against the government. This public complaint geographic information system is built by utilizing location-based services. Geographic information systems of public complaints that have been built require a test to ensure all functions contained on the system can run properly. This study discusses the testing of the geographic information system of public complaints that have been built by blackbox testing and test by involving respondents from the general public. The results of testing system usage by the user based on aspect of system interface display and conformity aspects of processes and features involving respondents from the general public. Tests conducted to get the average results of respondents gave very good value 28%, good 59.8, enough 10.2% and less by 2%. Comparison of systems conducted on two similar systems taken through a literature study showed that a mobile web-based public complaint geographic information system (Public Complaint) has more features in tracking the location of complaints.

The purpose of this study is to assist MTS Al-Hidayah in school academic management which is focused on school info, lesson schedules, school activities, facilitating data search, and producing accurate reports. In the academic information system at the school there are still many shortcomings when validating the data to be entered, so that it can cause the data stored in the database to be incompatible with the expected data. So it is proposed testing using the Black Box method based on Equivalence Partitioning as a whole regarding the use, benefits, and results obtained from the useof the software. Equivalence Partitioning Technique that discusses testing in the aspect of validation enter seen from a valid class. Recent immigration to Italy features certain traits, one of which is the high rate of educational attainment by immigrants. According to various evaluations (ISPES, 1990), 59 percent of the immigrant population obtained a high school diploma, while 13.5 percent possessed a university degree. For approximately five years, the CE.R.FE. (Research and Documentation Center) has conducted research on the social, cultural and material conditions of immigrant university students, highlighting the ambiguity of their condition (in addition to their perceptions of themselves) oscillating continuously between the status of student and immigrant. In particular, sample research was conducted 2 on non-EC university students present in Milan, Perugia, Rome, and Bari. The study was able to compare data collected at different times to information in a first study conducted in 1986, 3 and a second completed in 1990. It is interesting to note that these different research periods coincided with intensive legislative action by the government promulgated two laws regulating non-EC immigration, Law No. 943/86 and Law No. 39/90. Increased interest on the part of the government as well as of the public and press toward the immigration problem influenced – even though marginally – the development of the students’ non-EC immigrant perceptions of themselves and their roles.

The aim of this work was to design and implement the application of visual acuity evaluation for the eye center information system. The application was designed for Android Operating System (OS) and was programmed in Android Studio. This work also deals with the implementation of the application, from the design of the user interface, through the creation and configuration of the project in Android Studio to the functionality of individual screens and connection with the back-end.

ABSTRACTPrivatization is an idea that is popular among political elites throughout the advanced industrial world. In Britain, it has been the centrepiece of Margaret Thatcher's three Conservative governments, reflected in the sale of publicly-owned industries to the private sector and in the sale of council houses to their tenants. Using survey data, this article tests two models to account for privatization policy. The median voter model argues that it was a policy demanded and initiated by voters, while the elite interests model argues that it stemmed from the government and that little popular demand existed for it. The evidence confirms the elite interests model and shows that public opinion has generally accepted the status quo on the public ownership of industry. In addition, the Conservatives have made modest electoral gains from privatization. However, voters are not consistent in their views about privatizating particular industries, implying the Conservatives may lose votes with future privatization.

There is no topic of present interest, involving as it does the status of men, women and children of various countries, and even of birth in the same country, as that of nationality. It bristles with difficulties! To begin with, various terms are used, apparently meant to mean one and the same thing, although unless they are carefully defined, they may refer to different aspects of the subject. For example, “ national” is used as a synonym for “ subject” or “ citizen,” yet one may be a national of a country, and subject to its jurisdiction, without, however, being a citizen—as in the case of the Filipinos, who are, indeed, subject to the Government of the United States and entitled to its protection abroad, although they are not citizens either in the sense of international, or of national law. Then there is a difference of opinion as to the branch of law to which the matter belongs—the Englishspeaking peoples regarding it as forming part of the public law of nations, whereas others consider it as more properly falling within the domain of private international law, to which, in turn, the English world gives the not inappropriate designation of conflict of laws.
