This study aims to produce a Green Open Space (RTH) information system of the Pagar Alam City Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) using the Web Engineering method. Based on observations at PUPR Office Pagar Alam City, it is found that the delivery of information that is currently running is still manual by using brochures, pamphlets, banners, inefficient counseling, and not many people can receive information. Causing many domestic and foreign tourists who do not know the places of Green City Pagar Alam. This research uses the method of developing a Web Engineering system with the following steps: Costumers Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Depeloyment. As well as using Google Maps as a search place. Based on the results of testing that the functionality of the information system can be run well without any obstacles from the process, testing is done using the Black Box method. With this information system, it useful to provide users with easy information about Green Pagar Alam City.

The purpose of this study is to assist MTS Al-Hidayah in school academic management which is focused on school info, lesson schedules, school activities, facilitating data search, and producing accurate reports. In the academic information system at the school there are still many shortcomings when validating the data to be entered, so that it can cause the data stored in the database to be incompatible with the expected data. So it is proposed testing using the Black Box method based on Equivalence Partitioning as a whole regarding the use, benefits, and results obtained from the useof the software. Equivalence Partitioning Technique that discusses testing in the aspect of validation enter seen from a valid class. The results of this study can be concluded that the results of testing the accuracy of the school information system software at MTS Al-Hidayah will provide the best solution for the school for the future.The purpose of this study is to assist MTS Al-Hidayah in school academic management which is focused on school info, lesson schedules, school activities, facilitating data search, and producing accurate reports. Roads are one of the factors that support the development of the region as a whole. Management of reporting of damaged roads at Bandar Lampung Public Works Agency still uses paper documents and the dissemination of road information to the community is not good enough. Therefore, in this study a geographic information system (GIS) will be developed as an innovation to simplify the process of reporting damaged roads to be more efficient and to better disseminate information to the public. GIS is a system designed to work with data that is spatially referenced or geographic coordinates. The design of this system uses Use Case, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and Class Diagram. The system implementation uses Google Maps API and is developed using PHP and Javascript programming languages and MySQL database. Based on the results of the analysis of system testing, the average value of the overall test obtained was 3,78. Which is looked Based on interval table of the Likert scale, the final value of test shows that GIS was successful. The results of the black box test also show that each function in each menu on the system has been running according to the procedure.

[Bahasa]: Pandemi Covid-19 bukan halangan untuk melakukan kegiatan wisata. Wisata di dalam kota merupakan pilihan yang tepat di masa pendemi seperti ini. Pemerintah Kota Jambi telah banyak membangun ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) dengan fasilitas rekreasi dan olahraga yang lengkap, namun RTH ini belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh masyarakat. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya promosi yang menyebabkan masih banyak masyarakat belum mengetahui keberadaan dan fasilitas yang disediakan RTH. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PPM) ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Geografis Ruang Terbuka Hijau berbasis web yang dilengkapi dengan virtual tour yang menampilkan simulasi panorama dari lokasi RTH. Pembangunan sistem ini menggunakan metode prototyping. Metode ini sangat cocok digunakan untuk sistem skala kecil dan bersifat customize yang diciptakan berdasarkan permintaan dan kebutuhan tertentu. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework Laravel, dan Database Management System (DBMS) MySQL. Beberapa fitur yang berhasil dikembangkan antara lain pencarian taman, pencarian event, virtual tour, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan PPM ini adalah pihak Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) dapat dengan mudah menyebarkan informasi-informasi terkait RTH dan memudahkan pengunjung dalam mencari lokasi RTH dan petunjuk arah yang terintegrasi dengan google maps. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode black box. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi yang dibangun telah berhasil berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Travelling in the city is a right choice during this time of pandemic. Jambi local government has provided manynew green open spaces with complete recreational and sports facilities. Unfortunately, the use of the public facilities is still not optimal due to lack of promotion. This community service program aims to develop a web-based geographical information system equipped with a virtual tour that displays a panoramic simulation of the green open space locations. The development of this system used a prototyping method. This method is very suitable for small-scale and customized systems based on certain requests and needs. The system development utilized PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL Database Management System (DBMS). Some of the features that have been successfully developed including park search, event search, virtual tours, and community participation. The result of this program is that local environment agency can easily disseminate information related to green open spaces and facilitate visitors in finding locations and directions integrated with google maps. A test of the system was carried out using the black box method. The results show that the developed information system has run successfully and properly. Handling complaints is a reciprocal service for the public provided by the government. People who want to make a complaint can make it by dialing the phone number, web, emails and suggestion box provided by the government. Problems encountered in making this complaint include an error in entering/writing the targeted agency, the distance to the suggestion box is far and not real time. The author designed a mobile-based information system for handling public complaints using the android operating system. This public complaint handling application has a feature where the user can choose the agency in accordance with the complaint, the complaint can include pictures, location tags, can see the lates developments of complaint handling in the status of complaints, as well as chat feature that can be used to communicate directly with the Government and the Admin Agencies. Based on the result of test conducted, namely testing using black box method and stress testing, it can be concluded that this application has functioned properly. The Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah of Manokwari Regency has four departments from Al-Quran Education School which are required to report the attendance and achievements of students each month in their respective departments. This report will be presented to the parents and to the Head of the school for evaluation. Both of these assessments are still carried out manually so it is inefficient because the data will be easily lost or scattered. With these problems, the author did some researches to carry out the Design and Development of Information System for Assessment of Material Achievement and Student Attendance at Al-Quran Education School - Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah in Manokwari Regency. This research was conducted by creating an assessment input information system and responsive web-based data recap, using the Laravel framework, MySQL database and the research method used was the Prototype Method. At the final stage of this research is testing the system with the Black Box Method. The final result of this research is the formation of the Information System for Assessment of Material Achievement and Student Attendance for the Al-Quran Education School - Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah in Manokwari Regency. The test results show that the Prototype Method can be used in building the information system in question.

Pengelolaan keuangan di sekolah merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang sangat penting, karena setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan disekolah pasti membutuhkan manajemen keuangan. Sistem informasi mengenai pencatatan dan pengolahan data administrasi keuangan komite di sekolah seperti pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran dana yang berasal dari pembayaran Iuran Komite Siswa kedalam suatu database untuk otomatisasi pembuatan laporan-laporan yang di butuhkan, Sehingga bagian keuangan tidak akan mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari data siswa yang belum membayar iuran komite sekolah, juga memudahkan dalam pembuatan laporan-laporan mengenai administrasi keuangan iuran komite  di sekolah tersebut. Tahapan-tahapan dalam web engineering yaitu Customer communication, Planning, Modelling, Construction dalam aplikasi sistem pengelolaan keuangan komite sekolah. Hasil pengujian sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan komite sekolah menggunakan metode web engineering pada SMK Negeri 1 Gedong Tataan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web yang dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework CodeIgniter dan database MySql untuk pengujian fungsionalitas sistem menggunakan black box testing mendapatkan nilai 100% sesuai dengan fungsionalitas sistem, serta hasil pengujian Web Quality 4.0 mendapatkan nilai 87,6% memiliki kriteria Sangat Baik dari pengujian usability

The use of SMS-Gateway technology as an academic information system media in a school still has shortcomings in terms of the fees charged to schools. This makes the burden itself for a school that does not cooperate with the service provider of the SMS service. To overcome this, academic information systems based on mobile phones need to be developed. This study aims to build an academic information system based on the Android operating system on smartphones. Smartphone technology is the best solution now in making it easy to spread information. This study uses the Rapid Application Development method to build an Android-based academic information system called SisAkOne, by testing the software using the black box method. The results showed the use of RAD methods can be used to build information systems properly and in accordance with the functional requirements of the system.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a good enough potential to overcome poverty, because they have an absorption contribution of 99.45 percent. MSMEs can be developed by utilizing e-marketplaces, but the existing marketplaces have not been able to solve the problems faced by MSMEs. One of the problems faced by MSME actors is difficulty in accessing capital. In general, MSME capital is obtained from the bank, but MSME actors are burdened by the need for collateral to apply for loans. Based on these problems, a marketplace information system for MSME products was built with peer-to-peer lending features that can help MSMEs do product marketing as well as apply for loans on easy terms and without any collateral. Testing the system with the black box method shows that all features are functioning properly and in accordance with the expected functionality.Testing with the acceptance testing method for MSME actors obtained an average score of 89.25%, so it can be concluded that the system is acceptable and in accordance with the needs of MSME players in Gianyar Regency.
