Technological developments are so rapid to bring impact and influence to all areas of life without exception e-commerce. Recent advances in web-based technologies and applications lead to the emergence of new developments that affect electronic trading. Trade of e-commerce encourages consumers to actively participate in the purchase and sale of products and services in the market and online community. However, the effect on the factors that influence and make the consumer are interested of trading the e-commerce marketplace/ platform has not yet achieved the right formula and is not well understood, causing policy-making are less effective in increasing consumer purchase decisions can thus have a negative impact on online purchase behavior of consumers. In this study proposed several variables that are considered influential in the purchase decision of the consumer (such as convenience, quality of service, price, trust, information quality and brand image) that will be modeled in the form of a hypothesis and the next will be in to do testing to prove the hypothesis on the independent variables proposed. The results of the study shows that the ease and brand image have a positive significant impact on purchase decisions online in the marketplace Shopee. While the quality of service, price, trust and information quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions online in the marketplace Shopee. Shopee can maintain and evaluate the level of convenience and a brand image that is already good and improve the quality of service, price, trust and information quality as an effort to improve the purchase decision of the consumers.

<p>The existence of onlineshop has many advantages, one of them is to facilitate the effective purchase and selling for the community. Shopee is an online shop platform that has many users. It can not be separated from the trust built by the marketplace. Trust, ease, and quality of information become important aspects for marketplaces to attract customer interest. Halal products are special requirements given to customers who are Muslim, in order to avoid things that are prohibited by syara 'against purchase decisions in the marketplace. To see the effect, a research was conducted on students as the biggest onlineshop actors with variables of trust, ease, quality of information and halal products as independent variables on purchase decisions as dependent variable. The results showed that the variables of trust, ease, quality of information and halal products had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions in shopee marketplace.</p>

This study aims to determine the influence of trust, convenience, security, and quality of service to online purchasing decisions on consumers in the area of South Tangerang. The population is all consumers who buy products online in South Tangerang region. The type of data used is the primary data using the questionnaire method. The sampling technique is using non probability sampling with sample of 200 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) Trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. (2) Convinience has a positive and significant impact on online purchasing decisions. (3) Security has a negative and insignificant effect on online purchasing decisions. (4) Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on online purchasing decisions.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the “Effect of Service Quality and Store Image Purchase Decision And Implications On Repurchase Intention (A Survey On Consumer Motorcycles JG Motor Group in Bandung Region)”. In addition, this study wanted to know how the quality of service, store image, and Yamaha Motorcycles purchasing decisions are the implications on repurchase intention JG Motor Group in Bandung region. The method used was a survey method with a descriptive and explanatory approach. Data collection using questionnaires to a sample of 200 customers. Analysis of data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that the quality of service, store image was rated by the majority of consumers are already good, so is the customer purchase decision and repurchase intention. Service quality and store image influences purchase decisions either simultaneously or partially, as well as influencing purchase decisions of consumers repurchase intention JG Motor Group in Bandung region.

This study aims to determine how trust and information quality influence online purchasing decisions for Shopee application users. This research is a quantitative study with trust, information quality, and purchase decisions as variables. The population of this research was employees of PT SRI Bogor, who had at least used the Shopee application once. The sample used in this study consisted of 90 respondents who were taken using the accidental sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, in which each respondent was given 25 statements. The data were then analyzed using regression analysis techniques, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Trust has a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 28%; (2) Quality of information has a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 37.4%; (3) Trust and quality of information simultaneously influence purchasing decisions with a value of 43.4%, while the remaining 56.6% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Based on the t test results, the quality of service has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.008 smaller than 0.05 (0.008 < 0.05), meaning the quality of service has a significant influence on the purchase decision. The price significantly affects the purchase decision with a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), which means that the price has a significant influence on the purchase decision. Promotion significantly affects the purchase decision with a significance value of 0.047 smaller than 0.05 (0.047 < 0.05), meaning the promotion has a significant effect on the purchase decision. Transaction security significantly affects purchase decisions with a significance value of 0.017 less than 0.05 (0.017 < 0.05), meaning transaction security has a significant effect on the purchase decision. Company loyalty significantly affects the purchase decision with a significance value of 0.037 smaller than 0.05 (0.037 < 0.05), meaning company loyalty has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract—Women place a high value on their appearance. We can see in everyday life that most women are unable to live without cosmetics. Cosmetics have become a necessity for women to support their appearance while going about their daily activities in order to make them more attractive and confident. Women's lipstick is one of the most popular cosmetics. Consumers consider brand image and product quality when purchasing cosmetics, particularly lipsticks. The goal of this study is to see if the image of Beauty Vloggers and the quality of their products have an impact on purchase decisions. The sample size for this study was 100 people. Explanatory research methods are used. Multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 was used to analyze the data. The findings of this study show that in Indonesia, Beauty Vlogger Brand Image has no significant impact on Emina Cosmetics Lipstick Product Purchase Decisions, while Product Quality has a significant impact on Emina Cosmetics Lipstick Product Purchase Decisions. Kita dapat melihat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari bahwa kebanyakan wanita tidak dapat hidup tanpa kosmetik. Kosmetik sudah menjadi kebutuhan bagi wanita untuk menunjang penampilan saat menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari agar lebih menarik dan percaya diri. Lipstik wanita adalah salah satu kosmetik paling populer. Konsumen mempertimbangkan citra merek dan kualitas produk saat membeli kosmetik, khususnya lipstik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah citra Beauty Vlogger dan kualitas produknya berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Besar sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah 100 orang. Metode penelitian eksplanatori digunakan. Analisis regresi linier berganda dengan IBM SPSS Statistics 25 digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di Indonesia, Brand Image Beauty Vlogger tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Lipstik Emina Cosmetics, sedangkan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Lipstik Emina Cosmetics. This writing is done to determine the effect of information quality and service quality on attitudes in the use of application systems with the ease of use of the system as an intervining variable in online transportation services (gojek) in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is customers who use online motorcycle transportation services in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires through the Goegle form and distributed with social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram on a 1-4 scale to measure 4 indicators. The results of this study show 1) the quality of information affects the ease of use, 2) the quality of service affects the ease of use, 3) the quality of information influences attitudes in use, 4) the quality of services does not affect attitudes in use, and 5) ease of use attitude in use.

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the effect of variable brand image, price, quality of product to decision of purchasing a car LCGC (Low Cost Green Car), either partial or jointly and to find among variables brand image, price, and quality of products which are larger role in influencing purchasing decisions LCGC car. Data collection techniques researchers did by observation and questionnaires directly by visiting the object of the research is to consumers who have made a purchase decision, especially type Agya LCGC car, AYLA, and Karimun Wagon R in Surakarta which would then be sampled. The data have been collected and tabulated and analyzed using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that the variables that significantly affect purchasing decisions is price and quality of products. While the variable Brand Image does not affect significantly. Teknik pengumpulan data peneliti lakukan dengan cara observasi dan penyebaran kuisioner secara langsung dengan cara mendatangi obyek penelitian yaitu kepada konsumen yang telah melakukan keputusan pembelian mobil LCGC terutama type AGYA,AYLA, dan Karimun Wagon R di wilayah Surakarta yang selanjutnya akan dijadikan sampel. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian ditabulasi dan diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang mempengaruhi secara signifikan keputusan pembelian adalah harga dan kualitas produk. Sedangkan variabel Brand Image tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan. Website Portal Alumni Amikom Yogyakarta yang dapat diakses pada alamat domain alumni.amikom.ac.id merupakan bagian dari Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta yang berfungsi sebagai sarana berbagi informasi sekaligus bertindak sebagai penghubung antara perusahaan pencari tenaga kerja dan para pencari kerja khususnya alumni Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta. Selama ini website alumni sudah berjalan belum dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kualitas layanan website yang didasarkan pada persepsi pengguna akhir sebagai umpan balik kepada pengelola website sehingga pengelola dapat mengetahui sejauh mana kepuasan pengguna dan kualitas layanan yang sudah diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan website alumni menggunakan tiga dimensi yang ada pada metode Webqual 4.0. Tiga dimensi itu sendiri terdiri dari Kegunaan, Kualitas Informasi, dan Kualitas Interaksi Layanan. Pendistribusian kuisioner dilakukan terhadap 200 sampel responden. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh ketiga dimensi Webqual 4.0 terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh yaitu Kualitas Informasi dan Kualitas Interaksi Layanan. Hal ini berarti peningkatan dapat dilakukan pada indicator yang memiliki nilai rata-rata terendah. Peningkatan pada dimensi Kualitas Informasi dapat dilakukan perbaruan secara berkala sehingga informasi yang disajikan menjadi lebih relevan. Sedangkan untuk dimensi Kualitas Interaksi Layanan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap keluhan seputar website alumni.Kata Kunci — Kualitas Layanan, Website Alumni, Webqual 4.0The Alumni Amikom Yogyakarta Website which can be accessed at the domain address alumni.amikom.ac.id is part of the Amikom University of Yogyakarta which serves as a means of sharing information while acting as a liaison between the company and job seekers, especially alumni of Yogyakarta Amikom University. So far, the alumni website has been running, yet an evaluation of the quality of website services has been carried out based on the perception of the end user as feedback to the website manager so that the manager can find out how far the user satisfaction is and the quality of the service provided. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of the alumni website service using three dimensions that exist in the method of Webqual 4.0, there are Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. The conclusion of this study is the influence of the three dimensions of Webqual 4.0 on user satisfaction. The most influential dimensions are Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality.
