Health Sciences Faculty of Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya (UM Surabaya) is a faculty in UM Surabaya. It has a mission to develop academic, general, and student administration services based on quality management systems and the application of Information Technology. To achieve the mission, it is necessary to design and implement Information Technology in assisting administrative service business processes including a letter management system, the attendance system of staff and lecturer, and a financial submission system for the activity plan of the Implementing Unit, Head of Study Program, and Quality Control Group at the Faculty of Health Sciences UM Surabaya. Therefore, this research aimed to build an Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) using Zachman Framework method. This research resulted a structured integrated information system Blueprint design along with application prototypes at the Faculty of Health Sciences UM Surabaya. With the Information System Blueprint design, it made it easier for Developers to develop information systems and documented every system transaction process.

Ria Kencana Ungu requires  management in the development  of information technology. One problem faced by RKU Computer is the application of business process design, most of which have not used the system and are still manually recording to copy transaction process data as well as reporting  data  services  so  that  the  data  processing  is  not  yet  used.  effective  and  not  sustainable.  The implementation of enterprise architecture planning with the zachman framework results achieved in the implementation of enterprise architecture planning to produce a blueprint that can serve as a guideline that can illustrate designing architecture in Cv. Ria Kencana Ungu is proven to be very important for an enterprise. With the proposed application candidates can improve information systems based on current business processes so that the need for information technology that supports business needs can be a reference in long-term technology investment in Cv. Ria Kencana Ungu. Pentingnya sebuah data yang terintegrasi didalam perusahaan disebut enterprise adanya data yang tesusun baik dalam satu sumber data yang dikelola merupakan tujuan pengembangan perusahaan untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut diperlukan strategi dan perencanaan. Diketahui bahwa Cv. Ria Kencana Ungu memerlukan pengelolaan dalam pengembangan teknologi informasi satu masalah  yang dihadapi pada RKU Computer yaitu penerapan perancangan proses bisnis sebagian besar di setiap bagian belum menggunakan sistem dan masih melakukan pencatatan secara manual untuk menyalin data proses transaksi juga pelaporan data service sehingga menjadikan proses pengolahan data belum efektif dan tidak berkesinambungan. Penerapan rancangan enterprise architecture planning dengan  zachman framework hasil yang dicapai dalam pelaksanaan  enterprise architecture planning menghasilkan  sebuah  cetak biru yang dapat dijadikan  sebagai pedoman  yang dapat menggambarkan  dengan merancang architecture di Cv.Ria Kencana Ungu terbukti menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi sebuah enterprise. Dengan kandidat aplikasi yang di usulkan dapat memperbaiki sistem informasi berdasarkan proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan saat ini sehingga kebutuhan teknologi informasi yang mendukung kebutuhan bisnis yang bisa menjadi acuan dalam investasi teknologi jangka panjang di Cv. Ria Kencana Ungu

Enterprise Architecture (EA) has gained importance in recent years, mainly for its concept of “alignment” between the strategic and operational levels of organizations. Such alignment occurs when Information Technology (IT) is applied correctly and timely, working in synergy and harmony with strategy and the operation to achieve mutually their own goals and satisfy the organizational needs.Both the strategic and operational levels have standards that help model elements necessary to obtain desired results. In this sense, BMM and BPMN were selected because both have the support of OMG and they are fairly well known for modelling the strategic level and operational level, respectively. In addition, i* modeling goal can be used for reducing the gap between these two standards. This proposal may help both the high-level design of the information system and to the appropriate identification of the business processes that will support it.This paper presents a methodology for aligning strategy and the operation based on standards and heuristics. We have made a classification for elements of the models and, for some specific cases, an extension of the heuristics associated between them. This allows us to propose methodology, which uses above-mentioned standards and combines mappings, transformations and actions to be considered in the alignment process.

CV. Jaya Abadi is a company engaged in the sale of building materials. This company in its business activities has not implemented information technology as a whole. One of the problems that need to be considered in the company's business processes is the inventory system. The inventory system is carried out using paper files which have a less effective and efficient impact and hinder company performance. Often there are errors in recording inventory. A reliable information system is needed so that the transaction process runs optimally and reduces errors made by employees. This research was conducted to solve the problem of inventory management at CV. Jaya Abadi. Based on these problems, the main objective of this study is how to improve inventory management in CV. Jaya Abadi.

PT Vitapharm is a leading cosmetic company in Indonesia that produces cosmeticproducts. In its operational activities, PT Vitapharm still has several obstacles in its business processes, one of the main problems is that some processes still use manual systems and have not yet integrated one process with another because there is no adequate information technology support. Thus, the business processes within the company have not been able to support the company to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, PT Vitapharm requires an Enterprise Architecture design so that the company's business goals can be achieved with the help of information technology. To solve the problems faced by PT Vitapharm can be completed by designing an Enterprise Architecture with the TOGAF framework. TOGAF framework was chosen because it can design and solve problems faced by PT Vitapharm. The stages of designing an Enterprise Architecture with the TOGAF framework start from the preliminary phase, requirements management, architecture vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, and migration planning. This study does not use the implementation governance and architecture change management stages. Research using the TOGAF framework produces an enterprise architecture design that can answer the needs of PT Vitapharm in order to adapt to the Information System/Information Technology strategic planning. The results of this study are designs that can be used by PT Vitapharm and become PT Vitapharm's reference in compiling business process improvements so that they can improve the company's internal business processes and can improve operational activities, and can achieve company goals.

The higher education program in Indonesia is developing and growing very rapidly and which is followed by the increasing business needs of the organization. Increasing the data and information in business functions which is conducting by college became the use of information systems the college. The lack of planning in appropriate developing information system process will obstruct on completing university’s strategies. In this study, the method of collecting data and information is observing and interviewing system users and collecting documents related to business processes. The design of enterprise architecture uses the Zachman Framework with the perspective of the planner (scope), owner (business model), and designer (system model). The objective of this study is to identify the role of information technology in companies. The use of IT should create a synergy between business strategies, business processes and technologies to achieve the vision, mission and objectives of the company, and to offer excellence in the future. For this reason, the study uses the EA framework, where there are artifacts that are stored digitally in the repository. This study uses the EA implementation method when the main points of the EA development steps are implemented. The results achieved are the integration of new applications that are expected to be properly implemented so that companies can read their strategies to deal with competitors. The conclusion is that the proposed application can help the company achieve its vision, mission and objectives. And all business processes can be managed effectively and efficiently so that the company can compete with its competitors today and in the future.

Abstract. Information technology architecture planning for Baubau Village using TOGAF ADM. Babau Village is a village located in Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Currently, Babau Village has implemented information technology as a centre for information and administrative services. To improve the quality of service to the community, existing information technology needs to be further developed because the amount of information in the system will continue to increase along with population growth. The problem faced if information technology is not developed is a system performance problem. For further development to be more focused, research on an information technology architecture design for Babau Village. The design using TOGAF ADM is a blueprint and a roadmap for the development of advanced information technology services. Demi meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat, teknologi informasi yang ada perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut karena jumlah informasi yang ada dalam sistem akan terus meningkat seiring pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk. Masalah yang dihadapi apabila teknologi informasi tidak dikembangkan ialah masalah kinerja sistem. Agar pengembangan tahap lanjut lebih terarah, penelitian mengenai sebuah perancangan arsitektur teknologi informasi untuk Kelurahan Babau. Perancangan yang menggunakan TOGAF ADM tersebut merupakan blueprint dan juga roadmap untuk pengembangan pelayanan teknologi informasi tahap lanjut. Sebagai perusahaan, PDAM bertanggung jawab memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggan. Proses pelayanan pelanggan mencakup registrasi pelanggan, pencatatan angka meter, pengaduan pelanggan, pengajuan perubahan pelanggan, pembayaran rekening, monitoring jaringan pipa, pemeliharaan meter air sampai monitoring penerimaan dan tunggakan. Karena pertukaran data melibatkan bagian-bagian yang ada, maka perlu dibangun suatu integrator services yang mengintegrasikan semua aplikasi dan data. Untuk realisasi pengembangan Customer Services Information System dalam skala enterprise, maka terlebih dahulu harus dirancang Enterprise Architecture berdasarkan proses bisnis yang dimiliki PDAM terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja Zachman sebagai acuan perancangan karena memiliki berbagai perspektif, yaitu: planner, owner, designer, builder, implementer dan worker.
