In general, business incubators are created to provide space and facilities, especially for new entrepreneurs pioneering or running a business. Its existence was first initiated by universities so that it is expected to be able to build a sustainable and beneficial business ecosystem for end-users as business stakeholders. During this time the practice of incubators business is carried out in the form of programs or projects for a certain period from the beginning of the registration selection until participants reach the level of business creation, namely by students. While this research was conducted to explore how the implementation of business incubator programs that occur in high schools, even though the type of business incubator is a micro-level business incubator or can be called a business incubator simulation practice. The study was conducted at one of the Private High Schools in Indonesia. By using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach through data collection and interviews with teachers and students, especially for those who are involved in extra activities outside school hours "Entrepreneurship Passion". The results of the study illustrate that the implementation of micro-business incubator practices in schools still shows suboptimal results, which are only able to increase student entrepreneurial interest and have not been able to print a sustainable entrepreneur, so it requires the development of certain curricula that are capable of printing millennial entrepreneurs. The research findings indicate a weakness in the method of implementing the "Entrepreneurship Passion" activity as a means to foster student entrepreneurship seeds at school.

Research on the implementation of physical education learning at State Junior High Schools during the Covid 19 pandemic in Lubuklinggau City. The subjects of this study involved physical education teachers and students in state junior high schools in Lubuklinggau City. The data analysis technique used a qualitative descriptive analysis. Collecting data using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Based on the results of the research data analysis above, it can be seen from the implementation of Physical Education learning at State Junior High Schools during the Covid 19 pandemic in Lubuklinggau City, which has a percentage of (50.20%) for Physical Education teachers with moderate criteria and for students (67.03%) with criteria good. The results obtained through observation, questionnaires and interviews.

The problem behind this research was the lack of inculcation of character values among students. This research aims to analyze the implementation of character education in the learning process of Hindu religious education. This type of research was qualitative using a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this research were elementary school teachers and students. Data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used was in the form of qualitative descriptive analysis, namely the process of systematically searching and compiling data obtained from interviews, field notes, and documentation, by organizing data into categories, breaking down into units, synthesizing, compiling into patterns, choosing which ones are important, and which will be studied, and making conclusions so that they are easily understood by themselves and others. Based on the result of this research and discussion described, it can be concluded that the implementation of character education was only able to find 14 characters. The character values achieved consist of 18 character values in the development of cultural and national character education by the Ministry of Education and Culture so that it can be concluded that the inculcation of values has been carried out well even though it was still maximal.

This study aims to analysis and reconstruct student practical worksheets that do not comply with standards. The standard used is the Vee diagram component according to Novak and Gowin (1984). The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis with stages analysis and try it. The sample used was 4 LKP samples from several textbooks used by various Senior High Schools in the city of Padang. The results of the analysis show that the LKP used still has weaknesses, especially in the protist material. The percentage of Vee diagram components that are still lacking is the theory / principle / concept component of 37.5%. Therefore, it is still necessary to develop and perfect practicum worksheets for students to gain concrete knowledge.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify the management of the use of space, identify infrastructure and planning, and determine the maintenance of assets in the Al Irsyad College Foundation in Surabaya. The research used qualitative descriptive method with case study approach. The object of research in this study is the Al Irsyad College Foundation in Surabaya. The informant of this research was the deputy chairman of takmir, the infrastructure section at all levels of the school, and the board of the Surabaya Al Irsyad College Foundation. The process of collecting data used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis to describe and to classify the facts or characteristics factually and accurately for providing a clear or accurate picture of the phenomenon were being investigated. Research findings show that the process of spatial use is in accordance with needs. Procurement of infrastructure is adjusted to the needs of each level. Maintenance of infrastructure assets has been carried out when there is damage or complaints from the school.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manajemen pemanfaatan ruangan, mengidentifikasi sarana prasarana dan perencanaannya, dan mengetahui perawatan aset di kompleks Yayasan Perguruan Al-Irsyad Surabaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini ialah Yayasan Perguruan Al-Irsyad Surabaya. Informan penelitian ini merupakan wakil ketua takmir, bagian sarana prasarana di semua jenjang sekolah, dan pengurus yayasan. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang berusaha mendeskripsikan fenomena dengan melukiskan dan mengklasifikasi fakta atau karakteristik tersebut secara faktual dan cermat untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas atau akurat tentang fenomena. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pemanfaatan ruang sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pengadaan sarana prasarana disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing jenjang. Pemeliharaan pada aset sarana prasarana telah di lakukan ketika ada kerusakan atau keluhan dari pihak sekolah.

The aims of the research are to (1) identify character education in various Javanese traditional dance, (2) to analyze the needs, output, problems, and learning objectives of child-friendly schools (CFS) in implementing character education based on regional dance, and (3) to identify types of Javanese traditional dance values. The methods of collecting the data used literary studies, interviews, surveys, observations, and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researchers employed Research & Development model. Model of regional cultural development based on character education is supported through a psychological, educative, and socio-cultural approach, with qualitative descriptive analysis implemented in 2020. The research findings show that (1) identification character education in various Javanese traditional dance, (2) the needs, output, problems, and learning objectives of child-friendly schools (CFS) in implementing character education based on regional dance, and (3) types of Javanese traditional dance values. The implication of the research is the implementation of character education for elementary school students.

The purpose of this study is to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. This type of research is descriptive, aiming to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. Respondents in this study were pre-prosperous families in Beran Village, Ngawi Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency, amounting to 57 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The research findings show that: (1) The level of welfare in the empowerment of women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (2) The level of access to women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (3) The level of connectivity in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (4) The level of participation in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (5) The level of equality of power in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good; and (6) Empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good. Keywords—: women's empowerment; family income.

This study aims to describe how is the performance of speech acts and discourse makers in the classroom of senior high schools of Purworejo, central Java. The study used qualitative descriptive. The sample of this study is the three English teachers and their students from three senior high schools. Data taken by recording teachers and students in the classrooms. The findings show that transaction of agreement is highly developed by teachers. For example: ok, ya. Questions and Follow up exchange performed by teachers. Further, negotiate outcome, argumentation, and describing adjacency pair created by teachers. Elicitation acts and information acts are performed by teachers and students. Directive acts is mostly developed by teachers. Students performed directive acts when they are in group discussion.

Purpose of the study: This study aims to reconstruct the concept of a sociology laboratory in learning sociology in high school, as a first step to developing a sociology laboratory that is integrated with sociology learning. Methodology: This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data sources derived from informants, sociology class observations, and lesson plan analysis. While data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and document analysis. Data analysis uses a content analysis approach that seeks to combine research findings with relevant theory analysis. Main findings: The results of the study indicate that the sociology laboratory in learning is an experimental attempt to apply sociological knowledge by involving students so that students have the sensitivity and concern to be critical and be able to solve social problems that occur in society. So far, the concept of developing a sociology laboratory in learning has not been developed on an ongoing basis so that the spirit of scientific sociology has not been fully understood by high school students. Applications of this study: This research is useful for sociology teachers who are interested in developing sociology learning through laboratories to support the achievement of sociology learning objectives, namely students have a critical attitude and are sensitive to various social problems that occur in society. Novelty/Originality of this study: The existence of a sociology laboratory in learning has not been maximally developed in high schools so this study can be used as a theoretical study of the importance of sociology laboratories in sociology learning in high schools.

This study aimed to analyze grade 11thteachers’ and student’ perception and the implementation of ERT , and analyzed problems are experienced by teachers and students during the teaching and learning process. This research used mix – method design, the quantitative method is conducted to identify the EFL teachers and students’ perception , while qualitative method is conducted to identify the implementation of ERT. The questionnaire was carried out by 110 grade 11thstudents in SMKN 2 Bangli and 30 English teacher, the data from the interview were analyzed with guidance of analyzing qualitative data, and in analyzing the checklist, the researcher used descriptive analysis. The research findings showteachers have a positive perception of ERT implementation.Teachers have tools that can support ERT implementation, and in its implementation, the teacher has tried to provide authentic and various learning material. There are differences in perceptions between teachers and students.Students have negative perceptions of the implementation of ERT.They are hampered by lack of access to the internet so that they are not able to fully participate in ERT.The difference in perception can also be seen from the learning material.Students feel that the material provided by the teacher are difficult to understand.The challenges faced by teachers and students in general are technical challenges, teaching and learning instructions, and pedagogical challenges.However, ERT has not been maximally implemented due to several factors.

1. The purpose of this research is to know: 1) Product of teaching material (module) of Basic Pedosphere geography in SMA Negeri 5 Ternate by using education based on local advantage 2). To know the feasibility of product of teaching materials (module) of geography at SMA Negeri 5 Kota Teranate. Data collection using intrument in the form of questionnaire,, questionnaire that used consist of two part that is part I in the form of assessment questionnaire and part II in the form of suggestion sheet and comment from validator. Data were analyzed by using qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of the research shows that (1) The compilation of geography-based teaching materials based on local advantage in the form of module to facilitate teaching and learning activities for teachers and students in SMA and MA Class X especially in SMA Negeri 5 Ternate. (2) used in high school and MA Class X especially in SMA Negeri 5 Ternate City..
