The purpose of this research was to gain an understanding of the principal's strategies as a manager in overcoming problems that arouse during the implementation of online learning at SDIT al-Kahfi in Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. This study applied a qualitative approach, with data gathered through observation of learning activities via Whastapp groups and interviews with informants such as school principals, PAI teachers, students, and parents. Following the collection of data, an analysis was performed using Miles’ et al theory in order to find conclusive answers. The principal's strategies to solve the problems of online learning at SDIT al-Kahfi Lebong fell into the following: sending teachers to attend seminars or getting engaged into the training of information technology and learning with peers, providing guidance or training for children in groups or individually, providing counseling and conducting counseling meetings with students’ parents about the importance of android in the learning process, and giving an understanding of the importance of parental cooperation in supervising their children's learning from home.

<p class="05Abstrak">Abstract</p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">The purpose of this study is to find out about the efforts or strategies for implementing teacher professionalism during the pandemic because learning activities are no longer carried out face-to-face but are completely digital / online. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that tries to explore the meaning of teacher professionalism as a step to develop the quality of educational institutions while still adjusting educational goals. The results of this study indicate that the majority of MI Hikmatun Najah teachers can implement their professionalism through online learning properly and right. They still carry out their duties and obligations in a professional manner even though the learning process is online / online. This research also shows that teachers can put their professionalism in accordance with the place and conditions.</p><p class="061AbstrakIndonesia">Abstrak</p><p class="05Abstrak">Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang upaya-upaya atau strategi implementasi profesionalisme guru pada masa pandemi dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran tidak lagi dilakukan dengan tatap muka melainkan dengan serba digital/online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang mencoba mengeksplorasi makna profesionalisme guru sebagai langkah mengembangkan mutu lembaga pendidikan dengan tetap menyesuaikan tujuan pendidikan.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mayoritas guru MI Hikmatun Najah dapat mengimplementasikan sikap profesionalisme mereka melalui pembelajaran online dengan baik dan tepat. Mereka tetap melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban mereka secara profesional walaupun proses pembelajaran melalui online/daring. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa para guru dapat menempatkan sikap profesionalisme mereka sesuai dengan tempat dan kondisi.</p>

<p><em>The implementation of online learning is a learning model carried out during the pandemic. The application of online learning certainly requires the readiness of various parties, both from the school, office holders, and the students. There are things that must be considered in online learning, including the quality of teacher resources, both in terms of content and methodology as well as in terms of the use of information technology. In addition, students are also less active in participating in this online learning, either due to an unstable internet network or in terms of providing limited internet quota. The purpose of writing this article is to learn and understand the problems in learning activities during the pandemic, namely distance learning through online media so that students can follow it actively and interestingly. Distance learning (PJJ) through online media during the COVID-19 pandemic has led to various responses and changes to the learning system that can affect the learning process and the level of development of students in responding to material.</em></p>

The purpose of this study is to describe how the Microsoft Teams application is used in online learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The data technique is done by collecting information, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were then described descriptively. From this method, the research results show that the use of Microsoft Teams in online learning activities is said to be quite effective and efficient. With various features in one application that makes it easier for teachers and students to access, because teachers can deliver materials using various facilities or features provided by the Team, not only in text but also in text. video form. In addition, teachers can also assess the activeness of their students with the chat feature, and can efficiently assign assignments as evaluation materials to see the level of student understanding. In addition, Teams can also be used for video reservations for face-to-face learning via online. Abstract. The ability to use information technology is an important ability in 21st century learning. This Community Service Activities (PKM) aims to conduct training and describing the pedagogical competency profile of teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Sota in utilizing information technology to support teaching and learning activities. The method used was training, mentoring, and evaluating the results of activities. The instrument used to obtain data after the training was a Likert scale questionnaire consisting of 3 aspects and distributed into 30 statements. The three aspects measured are the ability to use various information technology applications, the ability to utilize online learning media, and the ability to use search engines and data collectors. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively and the results were categorized based on ideal standard deviations. The results obtained in this activity were the ability of teachers in SMK 1 Sota in utilizing information technology to support the learning process is still low.Keywords: online learning media, pedagogical ability, google classroom, google formAbtrak. Kemampuan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi (TI) dalam pembelajaran merupakan kemampuan yang penting dalam pembelajaran abad 21. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan mendeskripsikan profil kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMK Negeri 1 Sota dalam memanfaatkan TI untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam  kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan, pendampingan, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data setelah dilakukan pelatihan adalah angket dengan skala likert yang terdiri dari 3 aspek dan dijabarkan menjadi 30 pernyataan. Ketiga aspek yang diukur adalah kemampuan menggunakan berbagai aplikasi TI kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran online, dan kemampuan dalam menggunakan mesin pencari dan pengumpul data. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan hasilnya dikategorikan berdasarkan simpangan baku ideal. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini adalah kemampuan guru-guru di SMK Negeri 1 Sota dalam menfaatkan TI untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran masih kurang. This research was conducted to answer the problem, first, how is the level of parental attention to learning outcomes. second, how are the student learning outcomes in Islamic Education subjects, research uses descriptive quantitative, namely the method used to research on certain populations and samples, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative / statistical, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The results of the analysis on parental attention to learning outcomes, it can be concluded that parental attention has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, amounting to 0.507. And learning outcomes are perceived as Good (B) with an average value of 4.02. The most dominant indicator of learning outcomes is (Report) with an average value of 4.14, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between parents' attention to learning outcomes. Based on these findings, it is suggested that schools pay more attention to parents by always paying attention to their parents. socializing to urge parents to be able to continue and increase their attention to children's learning activities, both in terms of providing guidance, advice, encouragement, supervision, and equipment for children's learning facilities, as well as fostering a harmonious relationship with their children, so that children will be motivated and able to improve learning outcomes

This study aims to analyze as well to investigate the phenomenon of teaching English online during the re-emerging pandemic situation forcing the teaching learning process to be re-implemented online. In this case, every layer of educational level can’t fail to be affected by the cataclysmic event, which is highlighted in this study. This turnout of event made the course of learning to be challenging not only for students who undergone the process, but also teachers who maintain the conduciveness of the classroom. Perspective from educators are considered required elements since the on-going process of knowledge transfer is at stake. The subjects were 10 cross-level English teachers situated in Java and Sumatera. Qualitative approach utilizing semi-structured interview method in obtaining the necessitated data was chosen as the best method and approach in the study. The participants mainly agreed with the online learning system, though they faced challenges like limited subsidiary quotas, students’ poor condition, students’ misbehavior and lack of better equipments. Besides various approaches and solution in facing the challenges, it was also known that writing was considered the most challenging to teach among the four basic skills.

oaching techniques can be done by the principal to conduct mentoring, mentoring and training on teachers and tendik whose performance is still not in accordance with the standards set. Especially online learning (online) or online learning during the covid-19 pandemic, has a variety of ineffective opportunities. In addition, the problem of utilization of technology and learning media used in the implementation of learning is not maximal. The media used does not support the implementation of the teacher-selected learning model. Improving the competence and skills of teachers in using the media during the pandemic also needs to get the attention of the principal. In the Project to Improve the competence of prospective principals, the author conducts activities to improve the competence of teachers in the implementation of the learning process, especially the use of media through coaching techniques. Based on the results of the study obtained can be concluded that the use of android-based media, one of which is Smart Aplication Creator (SAC), is able to increase the activities of students in following learning from home, which is implemented during the covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen in five aspects, namely based on observation of the implementation of learning, the effectiveness of media use, the results of activities, student achievements and student wellbeing. In the observation aspect of learning implementation there was an increase from 76.50 to 90.39; from the effectiveness aspect of media use increased from 68.33 to 86.11; from the aspect of the evaluation of activities there was an increase from 74.17 to 90.00; from the student achievement aspect increased from 71.94 to 88.89 and from the student wellbeing aspect increased from 81.84 to 85.59.

[The Use of the Online "Testmoz" Test Integrated with Google Classroom as an Alternative Online Learning Tool]. This study aimed to explore students’ acceptance level of the online-based assessment tool “Testmoz” integrated with Google classroom on chemistry courses. The subjects were 51 students of the fifth semester at Jurusan Tadris Kimia IAIN Tulungagung selected by purposive sampling. The method used in this study was a one-shot case study design. Data obtained from students’ questionnaires and interviews before the Covid-19 pandemic start to begin. The result shows 93,30% accepting the level of Testmoz integrated with Google classroom. These findings were supported by students’ interview data as a user that overall result was positive and shows support. The additional result shows the high interest of rural students through learning innovation using the help of information technology. These results may support the learning process on pandemic conditions that use digital platforms such as the Learning Management System (LMS) as supporting tools of learning in this era.
