The purpose of this study is to describe how the Microsoft Teams application is used in online learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The data technique is done by collecting information, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were then described descriptively. From this method, the research results show that the use of Microsoft Teams in online learning activities is said to be quite effective and efficient. With various features in one application that makes it easier for teachers and students to access, because teachers can deliver materials using various facilities or features provided by the Team, not only in text but also in text. video form. In addition, teachers can also assess the activeness of their students with the chat feature, and can efficiently assign assignments as evaluation materials to see the level of student understanding. In addition, Teams can also be used for video reservations for face-to-face learning via online. The purpose of this study is to describe how Microsoft Office 365 applications are used in online learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The data collection technique is done by collecting information and pictures. The data obtained were then described descriptively. From this method, the research results show that the use of Microsoft Office 365 in online learning activities is said to be quite effective and efficient. With various features in one application, it makes it easier for teachers to use them, because teachers can deliver teaching materials using various facilities or features provided by the office, not only in text but also in text. video form. In addition, teachers can also monitor the activeness of their students with the chat feature, and can efficiently assign assignments as evaluation materials to determine the level of student understanding. In addition, Office 365 can also be used for video conferencing for face-to-face learning via online. The Covid-19 pandemic has led to policies that make teachers and students have to adapt the face-to-face learning model to online learning. The teacher of SD N 2 Cakranegara admits that there are limitations to the variety of audio-visual learning media used. The teachers also don't know and have never tried to develop game games with learning content, even though Android-based games are very possible to be developed and accessed portable on smartphones, the majority of which are already owned by teachers and students. The provision of workshops and assistance in making Android-based educational games for SD N 2 Cakranegara teachers aims to improve skills in creating and developing learning media in the form of educational games and maximizing the use of smartphones. The targeted output in this service activity is the existence of educational games that are ready to be used for the online learning process through appsgeyser.com and quickappninja.com.

<p class="05Abstrak">Abstract</p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">The purpose of this study is to find out about the efforts or strategies for implementing teacher professionalism during the pandemic because learning activities are no longer carried out face-to-face but are completely digital / online. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that tries to explore the meaning of teacher professionalism as a step to develop the quality of educational institutions while still adjusting educational goals. The results of this study indicate that the majority of MI Hikmatun Najah teachers can implement their professionalism through online learning properly and right. They still carry out their duties and obligations in a professional manner even though the learning process is online / online. This research also shows that teachers can put their professionalism in accordance with the place and conditions.</p><p class="061AbstrakIndonesia">Abstrak</p><p class="05Abstrak">Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang upaya-upaya atau strategi implementasi profesionalisme guru pada masa pandemi dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran tidak lagi dilakukan dengan tatap muka melainkan dengan serba digital/online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang mencoba mengeksplorasi makna profesionalisme guru sebagai langkah mengembangkan mutu lembaga pendidikan dengan tetap menyesuaikan tujuan pendidikan.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mayoritas guru MI Hikmatun Najah dapat mengimplementasikan sikap profesionalisme mereka melalui pembelajaran online dengan baik dan tepat. Mereka tetap melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban mereka secara profesional walaupun proses pembelajaran melalui online/daring. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa para guru dapat menempatkan sikap profesionalisme mereka sesuai dengan tempat dan kondisi.</p>

The sophisticated information and technology (IT) development can be the answer for various problems post the covid-19 pandemic, particularly the teaching and learning challenges. The role of IT that is booming nowadays is online learning. Online learning is obviously different from regular learning. In this mode of learning, the students are required to have the ability to receive and process information. It serves as media that connect teachers and students who are being remote from one another at any time and anyplace. There are various media utilized to perform online learning such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, Google Classroom, and other e-learning platforms. Among all these media, though, WhatsApp apparently appointed as the simplest and easiest media to access in all levels of education. Online learning at current is the effective medium to carry on the teaching and learning process in all levels of education. For the effectiveness of online teaching and learning process during the covid-19 pandemic, there have been a number of learning models suggested by the expert such as remote learning, face to face learning, e-learning, project-based learning, and Blended Learning.

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya adaptasi dalam hal mengelola proses pembelajaran tatap muka ke pembelajaran online yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa guna tetap dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Adapun kegiatan ini akan dilakukan melalui zoom meeting dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru di lingkungan SMKN 1 Karawang. Luaran pengabdian akan dipublikasikan di jurnal buana pengabdian UBP Karawang. Kata Kunci : pengelolaan pembelajaran online, pandemic. Abstract This dedication is motivated by the need for adaptation in terms of managing the face-to-face learning process to online learning carried out by teachers and students in order to keep abreast of the times and improve the quality of learning in the classroom. This activity will be carried out through a zoom meeting using the socialization method. The targets in this activity are teachers in the SMKN 1 Karawang environment. This study aims to determine the communication accommodation strategy in the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic which occurred in teaching and learning activities in English at the elementary, junior high, senior high school and vocational school levels in Jakarta and also to determine the obstacles in communication accommodation strategies in the learning process. This study uses an exploratory method with Communication Accommodation Theory as a reference for data analysis used to discuss the possibility of a new phenomenon that has not been found in previous research and to examine phenomena in the context of real life. The results showed that the convergence strategy in communication accommodation in the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic was mostly carried out by English teachers at the SD, SMP, SMA, and SMK levels. This is to show that the teaching and learning delivery process is easier for students to understand and accept during online learning. In addition, based on the results of the interview, the researcher found that there were obstacles and impacts that were felt in the teaching and learning process taking place. Students tend to be passive compared to face-to-face learning.

The purpose of this research was to gain an understanding of the principal's strategies as a manager in overcoming problems that arouse during the implementation of online learning at SDIT al-Kahfi in Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. This study applied a qualitative approach, with data gathered through observation of learning activities via Whastapp groups and interviews with informants such as school principals, PAI teachers, students, and parents. Following the collection of data, an analysis was performed using Miles’ et al theory in order to find conclusive answers. The principal's strategies to solve the problems of online learning at SDIT al-Kahfi Lebong fell into the following: sending teachers to attend seminars or getting engaged into the training of information technology and learning with peers, providing guidance or training for children in groups or individually, providing counseling and conducting counseling meetings with students’ parents about the importance of android in the learning process, and giving an understanding of the importance of parental cooperation in supervising their children's learning from home.

Learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic has undergone a fundamental change from a face-to-face learning process to online-based learning to minimize the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. Online learning is basically a learning model with internet technology media, so that the learning process can be carried out even though it is in different places. The research method in this research is qualitative research by describing the online learning management process that is carried out at SMP LAB UKSW. The instruments in this research include observation sheets, student opinion questionnaires, and interview guides. The results showed that the online learning process applies management principles which include planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. The results of student and teacher opinions show that online learning has a positive perception of 83%. The results of the interview showed that the students felt that they were well facilitated by the online learning process that was conducted at SMP LAB UKSW.

Online learning is a learning via internet without meeting face-to-face between teachers and students. This online learning system is relatively new, therefore teachers and students should adapt quickly. This study aims to determine the online Arabic learning system during the COVID-19 pandemic at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 1 Surakarta. Researcher used a qualitative approach and observation, interview, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results described that e-learning madrasah was used as the main media for online Arabic learning at MTsN 1 Surakarta during the covid-19 pandemic, then assisted by Whatsapp and Youtube channel. The subject matter was presented in video, powerpoint, and pdf. The learning stages were divided into three: preparation, implementation (pre-activities, whilst-activities and post-activities), and evaluation stage. This online learning helps teachers to coordinate with and supervise students easily, on the other hand, it is difficult for them to monitor the students’ understanding and bad internet network make some students could not follow the learning process in time.

Abstract As the effects of Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesia’s education experienced numerous changes. The previously face-to-face learning activities have been replaced by the online learning that relies on Internet access. Meanwhile, during a learning process, teachers use media to facilitate students learning. Therefore, the implementation of online learning rises the need for learning media in online learning. Mobile learning is invented as a learning media that can be implemented in this situation. It is developed using a number of programing applications, such as Sublime Text, to generate user friendly media. This study developed a Sublime Text based mobile learning application that can be accessed through android smartphones. This media has been confirmed to help teachers deliver learning materials, learning videos, and exercises accessible at anytime and anywhere. This Sublime Text based mobile learning application is called Study Fill. The learning media has been tried out to the students in tenth grade of State Vocational High School 2 Kediri, while the result suggest that the learning media is feasible and valid. Abstrak Pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini mengalami perubahan karena dampak dari pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan belajar mengajar yang sebelumnya dapat dilakukan secara tatap muka di sekolah, saat ini ditiadakan dan diganti dengan kegiatan pembelajaran secara jarak jauh. Pembelajaran jarak jauh mengandalkan akses internet sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Pada kegiatan belajar mengajar, guru biasanya memanfaatkan media yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang tepat sehingga dapat membantu guru dalam pembelajaran daring. Mobile learning merupakan salah satu media yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Mobile learning dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan beberapa aplikasi pemrograman, seperti Sublime Text, sehingga dapat menghasilkan aplikasi yang bersifat user friendly. Hasil penelitian ini berupa Mobile Learning Application berbasis Sublime Text yang dapat diakses melalui smartphone android. berupa Mobile Learning Application berbasis Sublime Text terbukti mempermudah guru membagikan materi, video pembelajaran maupun soal-soal dan peserta didik dapat mengaksesnya dimanapun dan kapanpun. Mobile Learning Application berbasis Sublime Text yang diberi nama StudyFill ini layak digunakan untuk siswa kelas X OTKP SMK Negeri 2 Kediri karena memperoleh hasil validasi sangat valid.
