Abstract. Everyone is born with different conditions. On such condition is that individuals are born with ASD conditions. Even with the different conditions, but individuals still have the potential that can be developed. One of these potentials is related to creativity. With the self-acceptance and perceived social support by parents, parents are expected to be able to practice parenting that is suitable for individuals with ASD to develop their potential. The study involved 34 students with autistic and parents in three districts and one municipality in the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. There instruments used were the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking-Figural, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, and Scale of Self-acceptance. Findings from this study indicate that self-acceptance in parents can not predict of individuals with ASD. Then, the social support felt by parents can predict the creativity of individuals with ASD. In addition, social support for parents does not act as a moderator in the relationship between self-acceptance in parents and the creativity of individuals with ASD. This is not in line with previous findings.

The study's purpose is to know the effects of the 'ubrug' sociodrama technique 'on a student's self-efficacy and the effectiveness or failure of a given technique. This type of research is a pre-experimental study using one group pre-post test design. The population taken as many as 112 students with the characteristics of class IX students (a, b, and c), aged 14-16 years, have low self-efficacy with a lack of self-confidence and slightly more closed behavior, are willing to take the time to fill out the questionnaire given, and students must be committed to the "Ubrug" sociodrama treatment. Obtained a sample of 15 students with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a self-efficacy questionnaire consisting of 34 statement items with a reliability value (count) of 0.896. The results of giving a post-test prove that there is an increase in the results obtained by students significantly. It can be concluded that the Sociodrama Technique "Ubrug" can increase the self-efficacy of IX grade students at SMPN 5 Kota Serang.

For 55 students (13 men, 42 women) there was a significant inverse correlation for scores on the Self-acceptance Scale and scores on the Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale, thereby giving credence to the construct validity of both scales, that is, the more one accepts oneself, the less negative evaluation there is of oneself.

A sample of 720 college students from 10 different universities at the Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center are investigated using the Social Support Scale, the Prosocial Behavior Scale, and the Interpersonal Trust Scale. Data are analyzed using SPSS20.0 and Amos7.0. Results show that the subjective support and support utilization of college students directly influences prosocial behavior, and indirectly affects prosocial behavior through the influence of emotional trust and quality trust. Additionally, interpersonal trust plays an intermediary role in the influence of social support on pro-social behavior.

Network analysis represents a valuable and flexible framework to understand the structure of individual interactions at the population level in animal societies. The versatility of network representations is moreover suited to different types of datasets describing these interactions. However, depending on the data collection method, different pictures of the social bonds between individuals could a priori emerge. Understanding how the data collection method influences the description of the social structure of a group is thus essential to assess the reliability of social studies based on different types of data. This is however rarely feasible, especially for animal groups, where data collection is often challenging. Here, we address this issue by comparing datasets of interactions between primates collected through two different methods: behavioural observations and wearable proximity sensors. We show that, although many directly observed interactions are not detected by the sensors, the global pictures obtained when aggregating the data to build interaction networks turn out to be remarkably similar. Moreover, sensor data yield a reliable social network over short time scales and can be used for long-term studies, showing their important potential for detailed studies of the evolution of animal social groups.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the strength of the relationship between a retrospective evaluation of the experienced social support given by grandparents and the material status of the family with the quality of life of the grown-up grandchildren in families of different structures. The formulated expectations have been verified with the Social Support Scale (SSS), Student’s Life Satisfaction Scale (SLSS) and an individual personal survey. The obtained results show that in families of single mothers, the emotional and informative support offered by grandparents was a significant factor improving the quality of the life of the grandchildren. In a complete family, however, the significant forms of support from grandparents were esteem support and its other forms, except for informative support. Moreover, the material wealth of the original family was shown to be an important predictor of the evaluation of the quality of life of the grandchildren; it was judged more negatively by adolescent children of single mothers.
