The purpose of this study are: 1) Describe the differences of self-knowledge with Learning together with self-learning in the seventh semester of Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto. 2) Describe the difference of self-knowledge of high motivated and low motivated students in the seventh semester of Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto 3) Describe the interaction between learning together with self-learning and self-knowledge motivation in semester VII Tarbiyah High School Tarriyah Raden Wijaya Mojokerto . The type of this research is survey type research with quantitative approach. Population as object of research is student of semester VII of Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto, This research is included in research of comparative explanation. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis test using t test and F test. From the analysis result can be concluded as follows: 1) There is difference of self-knowledge with Learning together with self-learning. 2) There is no difference in self-knowledge that is highly motivated and students with low motivation. 3) There is an interaction between Learning along with self-learning as well as motivation to self-knowledge.

This research aims to determine whether the culture and perceptions of non-Muslim communities influence the decision to become a customer at Bank Syariah Mandiri Bengkalis Sub-Branch Office partially and simultaneously. Data analysis techniques used in this study used the test of validity, reliability, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression analysis and determinant coefficient analysis. The results obtained in this study that partially cultural variables and community perceptions significantly influence the decision making to become a customer of Bank Syariah Mandiri Bengkalis Sub-Branch Office. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between culture and perceptions of non-Muslim communities on the decision to become a customer at Bank Syariah Mandiri Bengkalis Sub-Branch Office with an influence of 60.1%.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan dapat menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth terhadap Keputusan pembelian di Kafe Potret Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 700 orang ditentukan dari jumlah pengunjung Kafe Potret Medan dalam kurun waktu satu minggu, dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 88 pengunjung. Sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dan pengujiannya yaitu uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji R2. Hipotesis penelitian dimensi Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian diterima jika t hitung > t tabel dengan tingkat signifikan 0.05.Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,662. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 1,990 t hitung  > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima, nilai t hitung variabel X2 sebesar 2,628 t hitung > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima. Dari 2 variabel, variabel Word Of Mouth yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian  sebesar 2,628. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Word Of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThe purpose of this study is to identify and able to explain the influence of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth to Purchasing Decisions of Kafe Potret Medan. The population in this study were 700 people from visitors Kafe Potret Medan in one week, and the samples used were 88 visitors. While the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire and use the test of quality data and classical assumption. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, R square and t test. The study hypothesis was partially of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth dimension to  Purchasing Decisions is acceptable if t hitung > t tabel with a significant level 0.05. The t tabel value in this study 1.662. The t hitung X1 is 1.990 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted, t hitung X2 is 2.628 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted. This study aims to determine the effect of investigative audit techniques, auditor experience and auditor professionalism on the disclosure of fraud with spiritual intelligence as a moderating variable. The data used in this study are primary data with a questionnaire as an instrument. The number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out using the statistical test t. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis and moderation regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) data processing software version 17.0 for windowS. The results of this study indicate that investigative audit techniques have a significant effect on disclosure of fraud. While the auditor's experience and auditor professionalism have no effect on disclosure of fraud. Moderate regression analysis shows that spiritual intelligence can moderate investigative audit techniques, auditor experience and auditor professionalism on disclosure of fraud

This study aims to analyze The cost of sales and sales of net income in retail trading companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. The population and sample in this study are the financial statements of 12 retail trading companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia for the period 2016-2018. This research technique uses classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test. The collection technique uses the documentation and literature review methods. And after the data was collected, the test analysis in this study was carried out with the help of IBM SPSS 26 for Windows. Based on the results of the F test that The cost of sales and sold together has a simultaneous effect on net income in 12 retail trading sub-sector trading companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, debt, and company size on the value of food and beverage companies. This research was conducted in all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 13 sample companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to empirically test whether the auditor’s expertise and auditor independence affect audit judgment. The selected sample is fifty respondents with technical purposive sampling. We use a quantitative method, where data is obtained from auditors who work in public accounting firms in Jakarta. We use multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS program. We find that partially, either expertise of auditors and auditor independence has a positive and significant effect on audit judgment. F test has shown that simultaneously auditor expertise and auditor independence have a  positive and significant effect on audit judgment.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this. In general this research is intended to build knowledge about the extent to which the attention of parents, emotional intelligence, motivation to learn effect student learning outcomes. Therefore, the authors make the title of research is "The Effect of Parents Attention, Emotional Intelligence and Learning Motivation of Learning Outcomes Learners Educate High School 4 Sampit at 2016/2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of parents' attention, emotional intelligence and motivation to learn the outcomes of learners in SMA Negeri 4 Sampit at 2016/2017. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with 76 samples. The results showed that the attention of parents, emotional intelligence, and motivation to learn partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes of learners.
