The process of forming of certain economic strength security provides the proof functioning of business, its integration in control system by a region and state. Therefore, there is a permanent necessity for realization the monitoring of economic security of enterprise as a key element of steady development of national economy. A research aim is sent to forming of conceptual positions in realization of monitoring the systems of economic security of business. modern normatively-legal and legislative aspects became Methodological basis of research became modern normatively-legal and legislative aspects of strengthening of economic security and eliminate of existent threats in the process of realization the monitoring of economic security of different business structures. In the conducted researches used methods of dialectics, methods and principles of scientific cognition, instruments of economic analysis for the sake of forming the conceptual positions in relation to creation of monitoring the systems of economic security of business. The basic hypothesis of research became supposition about possibility of creation the universal conceptual bases of realization the monitoring of economic security of businessmen with the aim of providing of stable development of business activity in the different spheres of national economy. Exposition of basic material. In the article are investigated the basic requirements of creation the monitoring of the systems of economic security, that is pulled out on the modern stage of business development to marked the aim, tasks, principles, functions, and stages of realization the monitoring. It is brought indicators over of economic security and its threshold values on the different levels of management business activity, to underline, that for each separate business structure the indexes of economic security can be certain depending on the type of business. Originality and practical meaningfulness of research are confirmed by the offered conceptual bases to creation and realization of monitoring the systems of economic security of businessmen, which takes into attention the specific of activity the separate businessman, and allows to be integrated in the general system of the state economic security. Conclusions and prospects of further researches. It is well-proven that conceptual positions are offered the monitoring of the systems of economic security of business allow to recognize and identify threats, forecast its consequences, determine the methods of localization and give information for the management of business structure activity, to accept operative decisions on the removal of threats, to correct strategic aims of businessmen development, taking into attention the state of economic security of external and internal environment of functioning. Further researches will be sent to convergence of purposeful cooperations in the process of realization the monitoring in the system of economic security of enterprise

Economic security embraces all spheres of activity, and brings neglect over by it’s to the negative (catastrophic) consequences, decline of different aspects of development the industries of economy, separate types of enterprise. Therefore there is a requirement in forming a paradigm of mechanism the strengthening economic security of entrepreneurial activity in obedience to the doctrines of economy development of Ukraine. A research aim is directed on forming of effective mechanism of strengthening economic security according to terms of business development, dynamics of moving the national economy, level of innovative diffusions and existent internal and external calls. Methodological basis of research became modern normative, legal, legislative aspects of strengthening economic security and eliminated of existent threats in the process of business developments. In the researches was using methods of dialectics, principles of scientific cognition, instruments of economic analysis for the sake of forming the effective mechanism of strengthening economic security of enterprise. The basic hypothesis of research became supposition about possibility of creation of universal mechanism of strengthening economic security that can provide stable development of entrepreneurial activity in the different spheres of national economy. Exposition of basic material. in the article are investigated the threats that influence on economic security of enterprise. Underline, that each of  threats can have the mechanisms strengthening of economic security, that consist with facilities, instruments, methods and forms composition, that it can be enough unique, depending on the type of enterprise. Originality and practical meaningfulness of research are confirmed by the offered composition of facilities, methods, forms and instruments of mechanism the strengthening of economic security that it is universal from one hand, and from other is allowing to tune the specific of activity the separate type of enterprise. Conclusions and prospects of further researches. It is well-proven that the mechanism of strengthening the economic security of enterprise must provide possibilities of the effective functioning of business and be the element of mechanism the economic security of the system of higher level. For every businessman there are the absolutely individual approaches to forming of mechanism the strengthening of economic security that depends from material and technical and financial resources, quality and structure of management entrepreneurial activity; state and regional support, legislative and legal base of functioning. Further researches will be directed on adaptation of the offered mechanism of strengthening the economic security, its monitoring and correcting, going out the requirements of internal and external environment of business and dynamics of global economic changes

The article argues for the growing role of economic security factors in the situation of post-crisis development. The paper is focused on the problem of investment security of the national economy. In the current conditions of instability of the national economy and tense geopolitical situation, one of the key factors contributing to the realization of national interests and priorities of Ukraine is economic security. Which characterizes a state of the economy in which the economic interests of the enterprise, region, state and society are reliably protected from internal and external threats. The development of integration processes in the world community contributes to the economic growth of the state, however, like any development process, it faces a number of negative factors and risks that pose a threat to economic security. Given the complexity of the processes in domestic and foreign policy, the majority of the population is unsure of their future. The global crisis has revealed serious shortcomings in the mechanism for managing the economic security of the state and domestic economic entities, which has been reflected in declining economic growth, gross domestic product, rising unemployment and other indicators. As a result, there is a growing focus on security and risk management tools at the macroeconomic level, as well as their effectiveness in the national context. The article examines the mechanisms of ensuring the economic security of the state in the insurance process, which are crucial factors for sustainable growth and functioning of the national economy as a whole. Various areas are considered: ensuring the safety of policyholders, private insurance companies, national institutions (government agencies, organizations). The relevance of the article. Economic developments of the society is the top state priority in economy and guarantee of economic potential strengthening. The economic crisis caused by Covid-19 has revealed a number of social problems in Ukrainian society that prevent economic and social transformation and Ukraine integration into the international financial space. Purpose setting is in the studying deformations in the social sphere and assessment of the state of system threats to economic security of the country. Presentation of the main material. Threatening character of deformations in the Ukraine social sphere requires introduction of social indicators monitoring which have influence on the state of economic security. It is proved that social and demographic component of economic security characterizes the possibility of the state to guarantee adequate and qualitative standard of living for population, favorable conditions of human capital development and level of labor resources provision that provide its sustainable growing. It is found out that among social problems in the society, and then the threat to economic security is worsening population health level, reduction in life expectancy, availability of high-quality treatment, high death rate, and decrease of employable population. It is defined that the poverty is caused by deficient labor legislature and social vulnerability, and labor migration threats social security. According to different resources from three to five million Ukrainian citizens live outside the country. Assessing of a statistic reveals that population employment doesn’t protect families from poverty, and 93,5% of poor people are individual homes with a single employable person and this shows low wages. It was established that there is a great difference in payments for work in Ukraine and European countries for the current year. Conclusions. Economic growing and reforming of national economy is necessary for Ukraine for encouraging people to stay in the country and invest in their future in Ukraine. With implementation of comprehensive economic reforms Ukraine has the chance to create favorable conditions for economic strengthening and social development which can improve people expectations for their living in Ukraine in comparison with potential countries for employment. To analyze the problems of economic growth in Russia, the factors of demand that affect economic growth are chosen: the volumes and dynamics of consumer spending, tax instruments and debt indicators in Russia and in recent years. Changes in the population’s expenses for the purchase of goods and services, the purchase of investment goods-real estate, as well as the use of credit sources to replenish the current and investment costs of citizens are analyzed. The main indicators are given in current prices and are recounted by the authors, for greater reliability of the findings, in prices at the beginning of 2015. The reasons for the formation of external and internal debt are revealed. It is noted thatthe external debt in recent years has grown through borrowing in external financial markets through the placement of government securities, as well as an increase in the volume of state guarantees. The thesis was confirmed that in macroeconomics only in the long run the influence of the change in the state debt on consumption is traced. It is especiallyemphasized that the state external debt burdens the national economy of the country, reduces aggregate demand, slows economic growth and, ultimately, leads to a decline in GDP. The state, having placed its stake on domestic debt, has increased the share of state guarantees by 4 times over the past 8 years and brought domestic debt to the limit, which has affected not only the fiscal and fiscal policies of the state, but it can negatively affect Russia’s economic security. In general, amid the downturn in business activity in Russia in recent years, the increase in public debt has led to a reduction in the consumption of durable goods and investment goods. Thus, based on the analysis of the dynamics of consumer spending of Russians, debt and tax policy, it was concluded that the pace of business activity and the need for government intervention in regulating the processes covered in the article, especially in the context of the crisis, were reduced.

The Impact

The article is devoted to the actual issues of determining the role of national interests in ensuring the economic security of the state. Established in the field of economic security, the priority national interest is the development of the national economy and the growth of the welfare of citizens. The researchers' views on the definition of the concept of «national interests» are researched and generalized that national interests are a systemic, synergetic concept that reflects the vital values of the Ukrainian people as the bearer of sovereignty and the sole source of power in Ukraine, the defining needs of society and the state, the realization of which guarantees state sovereignty of Ukraine and its progressive development. It is noted that national interests are realized through state interests, where the population of the country acts as the subject of interests, and the state through the state institutions implements and protects these interests. The main components of national interests include the provision of military-political sovereignty, economic well-being and cultural needs of the population. The military-political, socio-economic situation in Ukraine and the impact of globalization processes have made it possible to formulate a number of national interests, including: protection of state sovereignty; ensuring economic stability through self-sufficiency, stability and competitiveness of the national economy; polyvectorality of the country's foreign policy and the establishment of Ukraine as a reliable international partner; creation of conditions for the development of the spirituality of the population, improvement of the physical health of the nation; preservation of intellectual and scientific potential of the country, regulation of the issue of youth mobility. It has been proved that democratization processes require the involvement of citizens and civil society institutions in this process in order to form national interests through the maximum coverage of all spheres of society's life for the protection of human rights and citizen and acceleration of socio-economic development and modernization of the national economy. The most acute threats to national interests in the field of national and economic security are formulated. It is summarized that in the field of economic security, national interests reflect the vector of economic development of the state, its aspirations for economic independence and the effective use of economic benefits.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the activity of the revenue bodies and fees for combating tax offenses in terms of ensuring the economic security of Ukraine. The author investigates the work of tax police units in the context of dynamic legislative changes, the results of these innovations are evaluated in terms of the ability of the designated entity to perform its own tasks and functions in full. The urgent need for effective systematic provision of the state’s economic security system is emphasized. Attention is drawn to the probable occurrence of a number of destructive consequences for the national economy as a result of committing tax offenses. It is pointed out that there is a real need for systematic effective counteraction to these criminal acts, especially before the start of the work of a new government body authorized to investigate all these offenses. The current legal position of tax police units is analyzed. The significance is substantiated by the activity of tax police units as a subject of providing the economic security system of Ukraine especially in the current context of active multi-vector legislative changes and the frequent emergence of new challenges for the national economy. The tasks, functions, and competence of tax police units are investigated as a subject of providing the state’s economic security system. The issue of interaction of this law enforcement agency is considered with state and local self-government bodies, subjects of international law, authorized foreign bodies, the public, and others on issues of ensuring the economic security of Ukraine. Found that the key areas of work to ensure the state’s economic security system remains investigations into criminal activities in the area of taxation and the budgetary sphere, the conduct of operational-search measures, as well as the consideration of individual cases of administrative offenses. The important role and other directions of work units of tax police is indicated and proved to facilitate the successful accomplishment of this task. In the article the tendencies of development of the industrial branch are revealed. The dynamics of gross domestic product created by industrial enterprises is studied to establish their position in the structure of the national economy. It is proved that industry has a significant impact on the state’s economy, as this industry creates a large number of jobs, promotes the development of small and medium-sized businesses. The factors that determine the main trend of dynamics (increase or decrease of levels) are revealed. As well as factors that deviate levels from the trend. We observe that industrial enterprises are going through a difficult period due to difficult economic conditions, increasing competition in industries, the financial crisis, as well as the lack of real support from the state. Based on the logic of safe economic activity, the tendencies of changes in the financial result of industrial enterprises, in particular processing, are investigated and the degree of their safe functioning and development is revealed. When studying the trends in gross domestic product, their great importance in the structure of the national economy was found. The dynamics of expectations of industrial enterprises regarding the prospects of development of their business activity is characterized. It is established that the tendency to increase production actualizes the problem of improving management, first of all, financial results and in their composition – the profitability of operating activities. The trend of profitability of operating activity of industrial enterprises on the basis of phase-frequency Wallis-Moore criterion is estimated. Multidimensional, detailed analysis of the activities of industrial enterprises is a necessary element of the information system through which management and professionals have the opportunity to make adequate management decisions. The dynamics of expectations of the prospects for the development of their business activity shows that industries are experiencing a difficult period due to difficult economic conditions, increasing competition in industries, the financial crisis. It is expected that the proposals set out in the article will contribute to a partial solution to the problems of information security management of industrial enterprises.
