Abstrac Pengaruh Locus Of Control Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pegawai  pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota  GorontaloTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Locus Of Control Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pegawai  Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 63 responden, kuesioner dijadikan sebagai alat pengumpul data utama dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan alat path analysisBerdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa bahwa Locus Of Control yang Internal Locus Of Control (X1) dan Eksternal Locus Of Control (X2), secara simultan  berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pegawai (Y)  sebesar 0,799 atau 70,8% dan sisanya  29,2% yang ditentukan oleh faktor - faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.Variabel Internal Locus Of Control (X1) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pegawai (Y) sebesar 0,532 dan varaibel Eksternal Locus Of Control (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pegawai (Y) sebesar 0,294

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment on Organi-zational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Internal Locus of Control as a mediation variable at PT. Mandala Multifinance. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The population in this study is 165 employees. Sampling using Slovin formula and obtained as many as 62 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and data analysis techniques used are Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results showed that Internal Locus of Control had no influence of mediation between emotional intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the result of analysis with p-values 0,29 did not significantly influence with level of significance 0,05. But the Internal Locus of Control mediates the effect of organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) based on an analysis with p-values 0.00 with a significancce of 0.05.

The relation of organizational citizenship behavior and locus of control was assessed in a sample of 286 college students (52% men; M age = 24 yr.) who worked an average of 26 hr. per week. Measures were Spector's Work Locus of Control Scale and Podsakoff, et al.'s Organization Citizenship Behavior scale. Hierarchical multiple regressions indicated positive association of scores on work locus of control with scores on each of the four tested dimensions of organizational citizenship, as well as total organizational citizenship behavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employees of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung. Population of this research is all employees at PT. Kilang Lima Gunung totaling 105 people. The sampling technique of this study is Cluster Random Sampling with a sample of 104 employees. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Data analysis in this study using Analysis of Moment Structure using IBM SPSS AMOS 22 program. The results showed that: (1) financial compensation did not positively and significantly affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the employees of PT. Gunung Lima refinery, (2) financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung, (4) financial compensation has significant effect to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT.Kilang Lima Gunung through job satisfactionKeywords: Financial compensation; job satisfaction; organization citizenship behavior

The chapter investigates the impact of leaders' behavior on the employees' job satisfaction and how job satisfaction mediates three work behaviors: organization citizenship behavior, employees' deviant behavior, and job performance. A sum of 304 employees from higher learning institutes answered an adopted questionnaire. This chapter reflects a clear picture with respect to leaders' behavior the advanced era. Employees' deviance behavior emerged as organizational attention. This chapter is an attempt to identify the effects of superior' behavior on employees' job satisfaction. Further, the behavioral outcomes of job satisfaction in the form of job performance, organizational citizenship behavior, and workplace deviant behavior.

The aim of the present study is to explore the linkages between personality and organization citizenship behavior (OCB) using a field sample. Big-Five personality model was used to explore the relationship between personality and OCB. The participants in the study were 187 doctors working in medical college in north India.  Four of the big five factors except Neuroticism were positively correlated with OCB. Hierarchical regression analysis on data after controlling for demographic variables indicated that, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism were valid predictors for OCB. However, Openness to experience showed no significant relationship with overall measure of OCB. Theoretical and practical implications of the study are discussed. Contemporary businesses usually pay considerable attention to improve their employee work abilities, by paying attention to aspects of human resources. This study analyzes the effect of organizational climate, organizational citizenship behavior and transformational leadership as aspects that are predicted to increase job satisfaction and work morale. Sampling was taken using a non-probability sampling method, and through a Likert Scale with the questionnaire being distributed to 96 employees. The results of regression analysis show that there are significant effects of job satisfaction on work morale (t=2.706 and p=0.008 ≤ 0.05), organizational climate on job satisfaction (t=6.701; p=0.000≤0.05), and organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction (t=3.295; p=0.001≤0.05). In examining the mediating effect, the findings showed that there were significant effects of organizational climate on work morale through job satisfaction (t=2.492; p=0.015≤0.05), organizational citizenship behavior on work morale with job satisfaction interventions (t=2.311; p=0.023≤0.05). However, the study found that there was neither any significant effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction nor transformational leadership on work morale with job satisfaction mediation. In theoretical term, the findings emphasize the importance of job satisfaction in forming company climate and employee morale. In practical side, this study found a basis for managerial level to pay more attention to job satisfaction in workplace as it also reflects an atmosphere that provides a combination of inside and outside work.

Kompleksitas tugas perawat saat bekerja di rumah sakit menuntut kestabilan emosi serta kejernihan pikiran dalam menjalaninya. Hal ini perlu dilakukan untuk meminimalisasi konflik psikologis dan tekanan kerja karena beratnya tugas yang harus dilakukan perawat saat bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosi dan organization citizenship behavior (OCB) pada perawat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 104 perawat. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Diketahui bahwa hipotesis diterima yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dan OCB pada perawat. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi maka semakin tinggi OCB, atau sebaliknya, semakin rendah kecerdasan emosi maka semakin rendah OCB.

The success and sustainability of an organization is largely determined by the willingness of employees to behave well not only when doing their main tasks, but also the extra behavior of wanting to be good employees. However, there are indications that teachers at MTs Negeri Jakarta Timur only perform basic tasks and do not show behaviors that support organizational effectiveness outside of this. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Self-Efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behavior either partially or collectively. The population in this study were MTSn teachers in the East Jakarta area with a sample of 243 respondents consisting of 18 MTSn in the East Jakarta area. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and data processing was carried out by simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant relationship with teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (2) Self-efficacy has a positive relationship with teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (3) Transformational Leadership and Self-Efficacy together have a positive and significant relationship with teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

This study examines how much influence the job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for employee performance. This study aims to know and analyze How the Influence of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, to Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees. Technique Determination of the sample is done through purposive (purposive sampling), using sampling rendom samples, by distributing questionnaires to technical service personnel of PT. Citayasa Perdana. This research is designed as an explanatory research model, that is to explain how the influence of job satisfaction, commitment, in improving Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees. Therefore, after considering the objectives and proposed hepotesis problem and the available data, in this research digunalan 2 kinds of analysis, namely: 1). Descriptive analysis, and 2). Path Analysis (pats analysis). The results of this study indicate that Job Satisfaction affects the commitment of oranisasi, the satisfaction of the influence of Organizational Behavior Organizational Behavior (OCB) and Organizational Commitment affect the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Job Satisfaction also affect the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Commitment Organization. ABSTRAK Organisasi umumnya percaya bahwa keunggulan harus tetap dipertahankan demi meningkatnya kinerja, karena kinerja pada dasarnya mempengaruhi kerja tim atau kerja kelompok dan pada akhirnya mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menguji seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) untuk kinerja pegawai. This study aims to determine how much influence the Tranformational Leader and Transaktional Leader throuch Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and its impact on the employee Organization Commitment of Sekretarit DPRK of Bireuen District.The data used in this reseach is primer data with 70 responden. Analisis methode using path analisys withStatistical Pacge for for Social Science (SPSS). The result showed Transformational Leader and Transactional Leader affect on Ornazational Commitment. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have significant positive effect on Ornizational Commitment.
