CV Biring Ndu Cahaya Panglong is a company that sells various types of building materials and equipment, located in Tanah Merah village, Dusun II Pendukuan, Galang District. Currently CV. Biring Ndu Cahaya Panglong does not have an information system that is able to assist in managing employee data. The employee data includes all data related to employee control activities. The AHP method is one of the methods in decision support systems that is unique compared to the others. There are 10 alternative names and 5 criteria in determining layoffs, namely negligence in work (C1), absenteeism (C2), theft of goods (C3), not neat (C4), spreading company disgrace (C5). The results obtained from this study with the highest score is Arya Sinaga with a value of 0.272 which indicates that the alternative with the highest ranking will be dismissed from work.

Intisari— Decision Support Systems dapat mendukung dalam mengambil keputusan untuk memecahkan kasus-kasus tidak terstruktur dan kompleks. Dalam tiap pengambilan sebuah keputusan akan selalu menghasilkan suatu pilihan akhir. Pada penerapan Sistem pendukung keputusan sering menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP dapat memecahkan kasus kompleks dimana kriteria yang diambil cukup banyak. Selain penerapan DSS, penulis juga menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Decision Support Systems pada suatu lembaga menggunakan Simple linear regression. Simple linear regression digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Dari beberapa review penelitian yang ada di Indonesia telah banyak yang menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk membantu dalam proses pendukung keputusan. Lembaga/ organisasi tersebut bergerak, dibidang Akademik, Swasta, Rumah Sakit, Pariwisata, dan Pemerintah. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil evaluasi pengembangan sistem AHP berbasis dekstop menjadi paling dominan dengan angka 58% dimana pada project pemerintahan menjadi yang terbanyak 48 %. Set-valued information system is an important formal framework for the development of decision support systems. We focus on the decision rules acquisition for the inconsistent disjunctive set-valued ordered decision information system in this paper. In order to derive optimal decision rules for an inconsistent disjunctive set-valued ordered decision information system, we define the concept of reduct of an object. By constructing the dominance discernibility function for an object, we compute reducts of the object via utilizing Boolean reasoning techniques, and then the corresponding optimal decision rules are induced. Finally, we discuss the certain reduct of the inconsistent disjunctive set-valued ordered decision information system, which can be used to simplify all certain decision rules as much as possible.

In  organization,  especially  in  a  company,  it  is  necessary  to  implement a  monitoring  and  an  appraisal  toward  the  activities of  the employees. Performance Appraisal is the  activity  of  an  organization  in  appraising  the  task  that has been done by the employees / organization member. Strategic Models is  one of the models in the Decision Support Systems (DSS) that can be used as an  alternative way in doing the Performance Appraisal. Strategic Models is used by  the top management to help in determining the organization’s objective, the  resources that are needed to achieve the objective, the policy to determine the  result, the usage, the assignment, and the management of the resources. In calculating formulas, Assignment Model and Sociometry Model which are used  as the implementation of  Strategic Models can give a useful result to the  management in getting the best employee.

AUSTRALIA IS ONE OF MANY countries around the world wanting to take advantage of clinical decision support systems to reduce misadventure, improve quality of care and enhance health outcomes. Policy and infrastructure developments that could remove many of the barriers to the implementation of these systems are being considered by the Australian Health Ministers? Advisory Council (AHMAC) over the next few months. These initiatives include processes for national identification of health care recipients; common approaches to consent to information sharing and access control in the electronic health care environment; secure messaging infrastructure; a national medicines directory and agreement on national terminology.1 These considerations are taking place in a context of jurisdictional cost sharing, with mutual benefits being sought. Detailed business cases have been developed, and supporting policy and practical pathways forward are actively sought. This joint policy and infrastructure development approach will seek to build consistent, shared formats and risk management, as well as shared financial responsibility. This approach is seen as more likely to lead to system change and implementation, where previously almost every advancement has succeeded in identifying more obstacles. The kind of objectives outlined above are a major underpinning of HealthConnect and state-based health information system initiatives across the country. These initiatives are extremely expensive, require significant infrastructure investment to achieve the benefits they promise, and none can be successfully implemented solely by information technology or information system professionals. It is vital that health care managers at all levels and domains of health care appreciate the success factors when making decisions about the introduction and management of these systems. The information world itself is changing for us all. These changes don?t just affect the information managers or the information technology (IT) enthusiasts found in many clinical areas of our health care organisations. As in other areas of our lives, IT has invasive effects on the clinical workplace, administration and government offices. Managers in health care are often frustrated by what is seen as a failure of IT to deliver on its promise of better decision support systems, sharing of clinical information between organisations and faster access to patient information and clinical knowledge. Nevertheless, these systems are already changing the method of collecting and using clinical information in the workplace, and are having an impact on the skills needed by all health professionals, including the health administrator.

The study emphasizes the importance of Decision support systems (DSS) for corporate performance. Prior studies have been reviewed to validate theories that explain how Decision support systems (DSS) affect corporate performance. Decision support systems (DSS) provides information that is valuable to take decisions and reflects current economic, and financial state of the company: efficiency, output rates, information on the effect of different events, that relate to the impact that the employees’ decision has on the performance of other departments. Furthermore, greater management information system capability leads to a higher degree of strategic performance. These and many other factors are suggested to be critical features of DSS that have a direct influence on the financial and strategic performance of companies. This paper uses resource based view in order to explain the importance of DSS capabilities and their direct influence on firm performance. In other words, the main idea behind the paper involves the analysis of company performance based on how information system capabilities are used. For this purpose, this paper formulates conceptual framework which explains the link of DSS capabilities to absorptive capacity through the interaction of market access competency, integrated related competency, functionality related competency. Finally, the influence of DSS capabilities is described in terms of their influence on companies market based and operation performance.

Abstract: At Maadrasah Ibtidaiyah Jamiatul Gulami Tangerang, he often selects outstanding students as a form of spurring the potential to be competitively healthy. But often the process carried out by the Madrasah experiences a calculation error. For this reason, the authors provide a solution, namely the SPK process to determine outstanding students at madrasah ibtidaiyah jamiatul gulami Tangerang. In decision support systems, there are several methods, including those used in this study, namely WP and VIKOR. The Weight Product (WP) method is a method that uses the multiplication of values, attributes to connect ratings, by first ranking each attribute. Meanwhile, the Vise Criterion method, Jumske Optimizakija I Kompromineso Resenje (VIKOR) ranks alternatives and determines solutions that are close to ideal. In the research, data collection techniques were carried out by observing the location of the research and conducting interviews with a teacher named Muhamad Syakir S.Ag at the Madrasah. The results obtained from the research that has been done, namely the WP method are shown to A1 on behalf of Amelia Putri with a value of 0.104, while in the VIKOR method it is shown to A5 on behalf of Eka Yulia with a value of 1.00. Tetapi seringkali proses dilakukan oleh Madrasah tersebut mengalami kekeliruan perhitungan. Untuk itu penulis memberikan solusi yaitu dengan proses SPK untuk menentukan siswa berprestasi pada madrasah ibtidaiyah jamiatul gulami Tangerang. Pada sistem penunjang keputusan terdapat beberapa metode diantaranya yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu WP dan VIKOR. Metode Weight Product (WP) adalah metode yang menggunakan cara perkalian nilai, atribut untuk menghubungkan rating, dengan dilakukan dipangkatkan terlebih dahulu rating pada setiap atribut. Sedangkan Metode Vise Kriteriajumske Optimizakija I Kompromineso Resenje (VIKOR) melakukan perangkingan terhadap alternatif dan menentukan solusi yang mendekati ideal. Pada penelitian dilakukan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi ketempat lokasi yang menjadi penelitian dan melakukan wawancara kepada seorang guru bernama Muhamad Syakir S.Ag di Madrasah Tersebut. Pada hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu dengan Metode WP ditunjukan kepada A1 atas Nama Amelia Putri dengan nilai 0.104.Sedangkan pada metode VIKOR ditunjukan kepada A5 atas nama Eka Yulia dengan nilai 1.00.Kata kunci: SPK Siswa Berprestasi WP, Vikor

INTISARISistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) merupakan suatu sistem yang mendukung suatu instansi dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk suatu permasalahan dengan tujuan sebagai alat bantu untuk memperluas kapabilitas dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pendukung keputusan pada dasarnya merupakan suatu hasil dari beberapa alternatif terbaik yang terpilih sesuai dengan berbagai macam kriteria. Salah satu metode sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu metode Analyitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang merupakan metode untuk melakukan pengambilan keputusan secara ilmiah dan rasional untuk memberikan solusi terhadap masalah kriteria yang kompleks dalam berbagai alternative dengan melakukan perhitungan dari perbandingan permasing – masing kriteria.
