The development of very advanced technology can help all aspects of life, one of which is in the world of education. The world of education certainly really needs the role of technology in managing activities by utilizing information technology. The problem that arises is the system for processing piles of data in order to know whether or not the student is able to follow the subjects at SDN 105351 Bakaran Batu. The process of implementing this data mining application only discusses predicting children's ability levels in following subjects. The data used were data from grade 5 elementary school students from the last 2 years (2018-2019) at SDN 105351 Bakaran Batu. One of the classification models is making a decision tree. By knowing the level of ability of children in following student subjects is expected to provide solutions for the future in processing student data with a computerized system, especially data regarding the level of children's ability in following subjects. The way the system works is built using the C4.5 method and data mining applications that will be designed with VB Net and Microsoft Access databases.

The article deals with the actual question of the role of teachers in the patriotic education and the formation of students' civic identity. The authors of the article presented the results of a study on the determination of teachers' readiness for the formation of civic identity and patriotic education of schoolchildren, which was carried out using the author’s questionnaire and as a result of which the authors came to a contradiction about the need to educate patriots at a higher, qualitatively new level in accordance with social order and lack the readiness of teachers of general educational organizations to patriotic education in new conditions. Emphasis is placed on the organization of systematic work on the training of teachers of general educational organizations for patriotic education and the formation of the civic identity of schoolchildren in the new conditions for the development of the world community.

Education is a powerful tool to change the world by changing the behavior of society to be better. In Islamic education, one most important thing is the education of faith or belief, because it all starts from it. Faith is the foundation of knowledge and value. Islam emphasizes how important it is to teach values to kids in primary school level and how important is the role of parents and teachers. This method is very essential to build strong values for kids so that those values which are taught from that age would last forever. This happens because kids have powerful memory to remember everything. This paper explaines the importance of teaching values to primary school students and the best methods to instill Islamic values related to “akidah” in age 7 – 13 years old by using axiology theory and trying to relate it to philosophy. Axiology is one of philosophy study which focuses on the theory of values. Its study contains about how to reach knowledge to get values in ethic, logic and aesthetic ways. The result of this paper explaines that there are some steps which can be used for teachers in primary school to educate students about values in general and about Islamic values which most of students have the foundation before from their parents. The problems raised in this research is how the role of Hindu religious teachers in the prevention of deviant behavior, and the forms of prevention by Hindu religious teachers in dealing with deviant behavior on the students of SMK Tourism PGRI Ubud Gianyar regency. Considering the growth of the world’s population and the need for educated individuals, the development of technology among the young generation, is now felt more than ever. This issue offers countless opportunities for education. So, many urban managers and city authorities try to consider all available options to achieve this goal. Nowadays, educating cities are the framework for development on local, civil and commercial levels all over the world. Tehran as the capital of Iran is a city where people with different cultures and expectations live. This means that the city authorities must perform various programs to satisfy people’s expectations, thus the role of urban management is extremely valuable, and MPOs must make intelligent decisions in this area. The goal of this paper is to examine the current state of Tehran and the projects related to its potential as an educating city in recent years, and also to evaluate the capability of Tehran to advance to the state of the educating city. The key question is: “How does Tehran fulfill the prerequisites of the principles for educating cities?” And “Which criteria need to be reconsidered for this purpose?” The results of the research show that Tehran has a lots of obstacles had yet to be overcome to meet Educating City goals and objectives.

Modernization is an event that cannot be avoided by all countries in the world, especially Indonesia as a developing country. Modernization can occur in the world of education. Modernization is able to provide influence and impact on students if it is not monitored optimally by educators. The phenomenon of modernization can make elementary school students have an active, innovative and visionary mindset. But the phenomenon of modernization can also result in changes in the behavior of elementary school students, so it is feared that it will eliminate the noble character they have. This article discusses the impact and effects of modernization on the behavior of elementary school students. Furthermore, it will be discussed about the role of the teacher to minimize the negative impact of modernization which can endanger the character formation of elementary school students.

Effective teaching can stem from practices and ideas such as attitude towards subject matter, as from being taught ways to understand and practice mindfulness in order to become aware and improve one's attitude. Mindfulness is the awareness that emerges through paying attention on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally to the unfolding of experience. Research has shown that mindfulness is an important predictor of wellbeing, more positive affect, less negative affect, greater life satisfaction, as well as higher levels of self-esteem and authenticity. People everywhere in the world are suffering from mental and emotional stress, physical pain, disease, obesity, and suffering seem to begin at younger ages. A human body's balance is based on the role of mindfulness in connecting together these three elements, mind-body-soul (MBS). This chapter presents and discusses MBS work with the Elementary School students in Physical Education classes.

Literacy movement is a very important activity in the world of education. This is a serious concern in education in Indonesia because based on the research conducted by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in 2006-2007 shows that Indonesia was in the second ranks lowest in the aspect of reading competency quality. These concerns trigger issues that need to be addressed, among others: (1) How to foster the participation of school residents in the school literacy movement ?, (2) How does the implementation of Batu Akik Model Klawing in growing literacy habits in students? The solution in order to grow the school community in the literacy movement is determined by the school community, namely committees, principals, teachers, administrative staff, parents / guardians of students, and students according to their respective capacities. The implementation is paying attention to reading habits, reading habits of high school students, the relevance of reading and writing habits, and aspects of reading habits. Batu Akik Model Klawing is an acronym for words (Read and Write, Active, Creative, Innovative, and Cooperative). Klawing is an acronym for words (Group, Exercise, Observe, Time, Instructions, Values, and Games). The role of the school community is very much needed in developing the school literacy movement and these activities especially reading and writing can be developed through the strategy of applying Batu Akik Model Klawing.

Rapid technological developments have changed the patterns and systems that existed before. One of them is a Gim that has collaborated with the world of Education, the Gim is called an educational Gim. There are advantages in building an educational Gim that is visualization of real problems and increasing interest in learning. Mathematics is one of the subjects that is considered difficult for students. This is due to a lack of understanding of students in mastering the material given. In grade 5 elementary school students, desperately need rapid understanding because the class students receive more material and lessons from the previous class. The Finite State Machine method that was applied to the Gim "The Story of Rino’s Life" with additional multimedia and storyline, the Gim became more interesting and fun to play. The results of this study indicate that this Gim has fulfilled the needs of players, namely as a learning medium that makes it easier for students in grade 5 to understand mathematical material and also provides motivation to always learn mathematics.
