ABSTRACT This research is entitled the teaching of public speaking for MICE student. It is improvement teaching for MICE student in order to make them able to deliver the speech and also to be able to make presentation, able to make negotiation and able to deliver the speech as master of ceremony. It is very important, because we can not adapt the sillabus from business admiinistration departement, but we must provide the sillabus for the MICE studi program. The research activity is done during the teaching and learning process on the classroom.it is happened on sixt semester. The program is done by teaching and practicing them the principle of speech. Making presentation, negotiating, speech delivery, being a master of ceremony, and being moderator. This field research is done directly to the MICE student on the sixth semester and the this research is aimed to up grade thir capability to speak english in many variant situation. It could be reach by presenting and making certain sillabus of english for public speaking tefor MICE study program, on sixth semester. It does not imitate Business Administration silabus anymore like used to be on the last 5 years. This research finally is able to produce and create public speaking for MICE study program containing material that support their student achievement on the classroom. Key word : MICE study program, sillabus, achievement, presentation, delivery speech, negotiation and master of ceremony.

ABSTRAK The research is aimed to apply the teaching and learning method by using studi case method. On MICE study program, one of the subjects given is the basic knowledge how to organizing convention. On the subject the students learn how to organize the convention professionally. The learning process make the students will be creative to organize one convention. The teaching and learning process use the Students Team Achievement Division (STAD) by distributing and deviding the classs or students in to small group 4-5 student in one group. It is the good method to apply on the class, because the result of research said that finally the application of case based method are able to increase the student’s performance and achievement on the class. The most important thing, the lecture need to give serious attention to support the students and to give explanation what they have to do in solving the case Key word: teaching and learning process, method, organize convention, the stydent’s activity and the students team achievement division.

ABSTRACT This research is entitled the competency and communication of public relation officer local distric government of Jakarta in order to to create various competency or ability to do public speaking activies like: delivery speech, making presentation, do negotiation and being as master of ceremony on official event as well as ceremony. This research is aimed to make the staff og public realtion officer not only able to the public to see their capability to speak english and how their ability to write article in english. It is very important as the government officer that give the service excellent to the public. This field research is done directly in the office of government. The result show that the public relation officer are able to speak english and write english article published on printed media. The are able ti do it because they are helped by the professional consultant to arrange, to compose the draft and the concept of writing article. We can see the sample of the article written by public relation officer on printed media like we put on enclosure. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the administration process of students in order to achieve the objectives of education, the technique used is the study of literature that is collecting some material from journals, books, and others.Administration of students (students) is the entire process of activities planned and planned deliberately and continuous guidance for all students in the relevant educational institutions in order to be able to follow the teaching and learning process (PBM) effectively and efficiently, to achieve educational goals has been established.The purpose of the administration of students in education is generally to regulate all activities related to students so that the teaching and learning process runs effectively and efficiently so that the educational goals can be maximally achieved.In administrative students there is a process or activity carried out by the administrator, namely 1) the activities of the beginning of the school year which include planning, 2) during the school year, 3) the end of the school year.Instruments in student administration are master books, book clusters, student condition lists, student attendance books, school discipline records, student achievement notebooks, and mutation books.

The teaching and learning process (learning) is an activity to carry out the core of education and curriculum at an educational institution. Teaching and learning activities contain various concepts related to the educational mission, educational foundation, and educational goals. In addition, learning is focused on what the lecturer must do as the one who provides learning. The learning process at this time is constrained by the Covid 19 pandemic faced by Indonesia, thus affecting all activities, one of which is Bungo Regency residents, especially in the academic field. Therefore, all learning activities carried out on campus are not allowed and must be done at home or online. One of them is the learning process for the Pancasila Course in the English Education Study Program (PBI), Semester II Year 2020/2021. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods in the form of photos and questionnaires via google forms which are distributed to students through whatsapp groups using 26 PBI second semester students. The results of this study indicate that students have internet signal problems, which are 81%. So the importance of the internet network is to make it easier for students to carry out the learning process effectively, due to the lack of a network. The collaboration of technology and media can have positive effects on teaching and learning. In modern teaching traditions, teachers must include technology into their teaching and must be able to select a suitable media so they can deliver lessons in the classroom effectively and can achieve the learning goal. This study is going to explore and elaborate the effectiveness of incorporating technology in learning process by using a media to get more engaging learning situation and to know its impacts to the students’ learning achievements, especially to their fluency and public speaking skill. To be specific, this study is trying to implement Video Blog (Vlog) as learning media in English speaking subject. The results of the observation show that, training students’ fluency and public speaking by implementing Vlog as learning media give positive impacts to the students. Vlog increases students’ encouragement in speaking. Vlog can provide fun and enjoyable learning process and it can build confidence.

One of factors in the decline of student ability is due to the lack of teacher creativity in the teaching and learning process, especially in Bahasa Indonesia subjects that contain text material so it tends to be boring if it only delivered through lectures. The method (field research) with a descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study, because the researcher went directly to the research location. Researchers use interviews, observations, etc. in data collection. This research shows that when the teacher uses the language game technique to complete the story of the students, the teacher is finally able to improve the ability of the second grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Islam Uranggantung, even by using the language game technique to complete the story, students are able to win the poetry reading contest at the district level.

<p><em>The current study was conducted to increase of our understanding of factors that influence </em><em>distinctiveness of the curriculum as</em><em> efforts to maintain and improve the quality of education in study program graduate of Business Administration.</em><em> An extensive review of the existing literature was used to identify 32 factors that Affect </em><em>quality of education</em><em> and Alumni satisfaction. </em><em>Data or a questionnaire distributed to 133 graduates study program graduate of Business Administration Department of Business Administration Polytechnic State Semarang. Of the 133 questionnaires distributed were returned as many as 124, and 9 questionnaires are not returned by the target date. The analysis of 124 questionnaires there are 13 questionnaires that occurred outlier. So the data or questionnaires that can be used for the study were as many as 111 questionnaires</em><em>. Results from both the qualitative and quantitative phases of the current study demonstrated that 32 factors that Affect </em><em>quality of education</em><em> and Alumni satisfaction can be clustered into three basic process. </em><em>First,</em><em> based on the results of data analysis showed that the acquisition of specialized expertise is the key or most dominant variable</em><em>,</em><em> Second, </em><em>results demonstrate mastery of tools and technology are the two variables that affect the realization of graduate satisfaction. Third, the results of data analysis showed that the formation of character and behavior of the third element in increasing the satisfaction of graduates through the value of the learning process</em><em> The sectors in which the alumni </em><em>study program graduate of</em><em> </em><em>Business Administration </em><em>were not completely representative of reviews their year of graduation and geographical region.  The findings suggest that, in order to increase of satisfaction </em><em>study program graduate of Business Administration</em><em>, Then focus on </em><em>mastery of special skills is the most dominant variable that can affect the value of the learning process</em><em>, </em><em>This is a strength </em><em>study program graduate of Business Administration</em><em>, then the advice and recommendation is to maintain and emphasize the element of learning output is -unsur formed on the entire course, which relate directly and indirectly to the mastery of special skills in administration.</em><em> </em><em>This study contributes to the body of knowledge on the</em><em> value of the learning process.</em><em></em></p>

Classroom-based assessment (CBA) has been implemented globally at many levels of educational system such as in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Singapore, as well as in Africa. In Indonesia, CBA might effectively be implemented in all stages of education since this way of assessment offers improvement in the teaching and learning process. This essay explores the design and implementation of CBA, which focuses on academic EFL essay writing for teacher trainees in Indonesia. Based on my reflection on taking English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Academic Essay Writing class, I found that applying a classroom-based assessment could give two benefits. The first is for the improvement of the teaching and learning process in order to reach the study objectives. The second is to facilitate the study program for creating qualified and competent English language teachers in the area of producing competent academic essay writings.

The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the effect of teacher teaching style on student achievement at SMK Sasmita Jaya, South Tangerang. The time of the research takes place from December 2020 to April 2021. In improving education, of course, it is influenced by teaching and learning interactions during the learning process. The intended interaction is a reciprocal relationship between teachers and students in the teaching and learning process. This research method is an associative research using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 75 students of class XI majoring in Marketing at SMK Sasmita Jaya, South Tangerang. While the sample used was 75 respondents using the saturated sample technique. Collecting data using interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. While the data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination and Significance Test. The results in this study indicate that the value of Y=16.948+0.550x. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient indicate that there are not examined in this study. From the results of the significant test calculation, it is known (4.282 > 1.993) then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus it is evident that there is a significant influence between teacher teaching styles on student achievement at SMK Sasmita Jaya, South Tangerang.

Building nation character should be always done specially by the teacher in the school bacause nation character is one of fundamental elements in preventing this nation from the attack of foreign or western cultures which are not suitable with our cultures. This study aimed at decribing how the character values inserted in teaching grammar using jigsaw and what values were inserted. The study used descriptive qualitative field research. The data obtained through observation, and interview. After analyzing the data, it was found that character values were inserted through jigsaw activity. The character values found were tolerance, democratic, curiousity, communicative, responsible. This reseach is expected to contribute to build nation character through teaching and learning process.
