The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the effect of teacher teaching style on student achievement at SMK Sasmita Jaya, South Tangerang. The time of the research takes place from December 2020 to April 2021. In improving education, of course, it is influenced by teaching and learning interactions during the learning process. The intended interaction is a reciprocal relationship between teachers and students in the teaching and learning process. This research method is an associative research using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 75 students of class XI majoring in Marketing at SMK Sasmita Jaya, South Tangerang. While the sample used was 75 respondents using the saturated sample technique. Collecting data using interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. While the data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination and Significance Test. The results in this study indicate that the value of Y=16.948+0.550x. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient indicate that there are not examined in this study. From the results of the significant test calculation, it is known (4.282 > 1.993) then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus it is evident that there is a significant influence between teacher teaching styles on student achievement at SMK Sasmita Jaya, South Tangerang.

How to teach teachers more or less will motivate students to absorb knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning motivation and teaching style on student achievement in the MA  Muhammadiyah. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a sample of 76 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Learning Motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement by 42.7%. hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.428> 1.993), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on student learning achievement at the MA Muhammadiyah Office. Teacher teaching style has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement by 36.0%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.454> 1.993) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the teacher's teaching style on student learning achievement on. A simultaneous test of teacher motivation and teaching style has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement with an influence contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 52.0% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (39.505> 2.730), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between learning motivation and teacher teaching style on student achievement in the MA Muhammadiyah

Teaching and learning can be defined as a process that contains a series of actions between educators and learners on the basis of reciprocal relationships that take place in an educational situation in order to achieve certain goals. Interaction or reciprocal relationship between educators and learners is a key condition for the continuity of the learning process. The process of interaction can be said to work well if the students can actively participate in the learning process. Active participation by students is expected in the learning process to determine the level of understanding of the material presented. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between the activity of students to learn the final results were analyzed using correlation analysis. The case studies in this research were students PTIK half of 1 course of Calculus Elementary School  Year 2015/2016. Based on the analysis of correlation obtained by the correlation coefficient of 0.857 which indicates that there is a high positive correlation between the activity of the student (X) and the value of the final learning outcomes (Y). Besides the correlation coefficient of 0.857 can also mean that increasing the value of the activity of the student (X) then the value of the final learning outcomes (Y) will also increase. For the hypothesis testing results of the correlation coefficient can be concluded that with a confidence level of 95% is sufficient evidence to suggest that there is a statistically significant relationship between the activity of the student (X) and the final learning outcomes (Y).

The purpose of this study was to determine factor that influence employee performance toward employee discipline in Food Security Office of Sumedang. The method employed is descriptive analysis. By using saturated sampling, this research population includes 30 respondents. Data were collected by literature study, questionnaires, observations and interviews. This research employs data analysis techniques such as correlation coefficient test, significance test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the level of employee discipline in Food Security Office of Sumedang reached 78.76 percent and the rate of employee performance reached 80.86 percent. While the relationship between discipline and employee performance in District Food Security Office of Sumedang shows correlation coefficient of 0.73 which is in the strong category. The influence on employee performance discipline in Food Security Office of Sumedang reached 53.29 percent, the remaining 46.71 percent is influenced by other factors not examined

Abstrak- In general, this research aims to find out and analyze what is administration in various specialized service fields. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Special service administration, namely providing special services or a business that is not directly related to the teaching and learning process in the classroom. But specifically given by schools to students so that they are more optimal in implementing the learning process. The types of special services are libraries, labor, UKS, cafes, religious facilities and dormitories. There are several roles of a teacher in the administration of special services, namely: Teacher involvement in library administration for example introducing books to students, knowing the types and mastering general criteria that determine the merits of a library of books, and promoting the library both for use and for guidance.

The increasing growth of retail products in Indonesia has led to the increasing level of competition in the retail business faced by domestic products. The usefulness of this research is to detect the influence of price levels, service quality and design innovation on purchase loyalty that exists in the Minorfighters brand. The researcher took a sample of 87 respondents using the purposive sampling method. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Data is processed using validity test, reliability test, cross tabulation analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis, and significance test. The results showed that the existence of price factors, service quality and design innovations that positively influence purchase loyalty. Design innovation variables have a greater influence on purchase loyalty. This result is the initial hypothesis of the authors examined in this paper.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the administration process of students in order to achieve the objectives of education, the technique used is the study of literature that is collecting some material from journals, books, and others.Administration of students (students) is the entire process of activities planned and planned deliberately and continuous guidance for all students in the relevant educational institutions in order to be able to follow the teaching and learning process (PBM) effectively and efficiently, to achieve educational goals has been established.The purpose of the administration of students in education is generally to regulate all activities related to students so that the teaching and learning process runs effectively and efficiently so that the educational goals can be maximally achieved.In administrative students there is a process or activity carried out by the administrator, namely 1) the activities of the beginning of the school year which include planning, 2) during the school year, 3) the end of the school year.Instruments in student administration are master books, book clusters, student condition lists, student attendance books, school discipline records, student achievement notebooks, and mutation books.

This study aims to determine and describe the influence of principal leadership and teacher performance on student achievement in SMA NegeriLubuk Raja OganKomeringUlu (OKU) District. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The results of the study can be concluded that the test results show that the higher the effective leadership of the principal, the higher the student achievement squared the correlation coefficient between the two variables is 0.588. The square of the correlation coefficient between the two variables (r2y2) of 0.5069 can be interpreted that if other variables are not controlled, then 50.69% of the proportion of student achievement variance can be explained by the level of teacher performance. and the multiple correlation coefficient between the two independent variables with the dependent variable Ry.12 of 0.684. From the correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.684 means that 68.40% of the proportion of student achievement variants can be explained jointly by the principal's leadership and teacher performance.

The aims of this study is to measure the effects of structural assurance and perceived reputation to purchase intention through trust. The population of this research is consumers of Tokopedia in Faculty of Social and Political Science of Diponegoro University, while the sample is 100 consumers of Tokopedia with some certain prerequirements.The data was analyzed using two-step analysis with SPSS 17.0 for windows where previously tested the validity test, reliability test, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, and test of significance (t-test and f-test). The result of this study is showing that structural assurance and perceived reputation has positive impact toward trust, the biggest impact is own by perceived reputation. Based on the result of two step analysis, trust is an intervening variable toward purchase intention in this study. Some recommendations are added based on those results. It is recommended that Tokopedia should improve the ability to solve hacking, provide guaranteed data information so that visitors' responses to structural assurance are safe, besides that it needs to focus on customer satisfaction, provide high service and increase credibility so consumers arise trust and increase purchase intention to Tokopedia. Tujuan dilakukanya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara structural assurance dan perceived reputation terhadap purchase intention melalui trust. Populasinya adalah seluruh konsumen Tokopedia di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik di Universitas Diponegoro, sedangkan sampelnya adalah 100 konsumen Tokopedia dengan kriteria tertentu. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis dua tahap menggunakan software SPSS for Windows, di mana sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda, dan uji signifikansi (uji t dan uji F). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa structural assurance dan perceived reputation berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap trust, dimana ketika bersama-sama perceived reputation memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap trust. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dua tahap trust merupakan variabel intervening terhadap purchase intention dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka disarankan supaya Tokopedia dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam memecahkan masalah hackers, menyediakan jaminan informasi data sehingga tanggapan pengunjung mengenai structural assurance aman, selain itu perlu memfokuskan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, memberikan pelayanan yang tinggi dan meningkatkan kredibilitas yang dimiliki sehingga konsumen timbul trust dan berminat untuk membeli di Tokopedia.

Learning activity was a student’s activeness in learning process to achieve outcome and aim of learning which had been determined. This research aimed to describe the degree of student’s learning activity, its outcome and the correlation between them. Collecting data used purposive sampling technique which used 36 students of class XB as a sample. The data of student’s learning activity was analyzed by using observation checklist. The observation result showed that the mean of student’s learning activity was 51,76 % with the category of active enough. The result of second term examination 2016/2017 showed that the mean of student’s score was 40,42 as less good category. The correlation between students’ learning activity and its outcome was analyzed by the correlation of product moment formula. The result of analyzing data showed that there was positive correlation between students’ learning activity and outcome in chemistry X class at SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak with correlation coefficient 0,67 as high category. The contribution of students’ learning activity and outcome was obtained coefficient of determination (r2) equal to 0,451. Thus, it could be concluded that there was a influence and positive relationship with the strong category between student learning activities and learning outcomes in chemistry class X at SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak.Keywords : Students’ learning activity, Students’ learning outcome, Chemistry

Increasing the effectiveness of learning is a way to achieve the success of educational development. One way to achieve learning effectiveness is to use learning media to simplify and make the learning process effective. This research aims to reveal as many empirical studies on effectiveness as possible through articles published in international journals to explain to educators the impact of implementing Moodle as a learning media. This research used a literature study method. The results of this study provide an explanation that Moodle can improve student achievement, motivation, communication, interest, discipline and increase self-confidence.
