Meanwhile, the application of existing knowledge sharing between lecturers is only non-formal, the discussion is not yet structured, even though it has implemented the formation of a lecturer team for subject grouping, in reality it has not been carried out well. Based on these objectives, the formation of the course grouping team can be assembled properly so as to create an appropriate Knowladge Management System for every lecturer who teaches the course. This paper is about the design and implementation of a wiki-based knowledge management system for improving emergency response. Most organizations face difficult challenges in managing knowledge for emergency response, but it is crucial for response effectiveness that such challenges be overcome. Organizational members must share the knowledge needed to plan for emergencies. They also must be able during an emergency to access relevant plans and communicate about their responses to it. This study, which employed action research methods, suggests that wiki technology can be used to manage knowledge for emergency response. It also suggests that effective use of a knowledge management system for emergency response requires thorough training, a knowledge-sharing culture, and a good fit between emergency-response tasks and system capabilities.

With the growing determination to sustain in the competitive market, organizations are focusing more on developing their knowledge management system. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of knowledge sharing intentions (KSI) and affective trust (AT) on knowledge sharing (KS) behavior of employees. Additionally, the mediating influence of affective commitment (AC) of the employees in this relationship is also studied. This study uses data from a sample of 246 managers in Indian private sector firms and employs a structural equation modelling approach to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings of this study show that contrary to the results of prior research, KSI does not affect KS behavior directly. Rather, it acts indirectly through AC, which is necessary for increasing employees' loyalty and willingness to share their knowledge. Moreover, the results indicated that AT has an indirect influence on employees' KS behavior via KSI. Implications and limitations and future scope of the study have also been discussed.

The Knowledge in a study program or faculty at Higher Education is an asset that must be utilized by universities. Explicit knowledge can be in the form of meeting attendance, meeting schedules, minutes of meetings, teaching materials, documentation of the final session, letters (SK, ST, contract letters, etc.), certificates, reports, guidelines, manuals , memos, strategic plans, curriculum and so on. However, knowledge cannot be easily accessed by cross study programs or cross faculties at the college. Some study programs have done documentation so well that it has an impact on satisfying accreditation assessments. Study programs that have satisfactory accreditation can be an example for other study programs. A knowledge management system is needed to bridge the distance between study programs that have good governance and others. The results of the knowledge management system testing allow for the exchange of knowledge to become a means of improving the quality of governance both at the study program level and at the faculty level.
