Introduction. The current socio-economic situation is characterized by complexity, inconsistency, instability, which negatively affects the psycho-emotional state of citizens, reduces their level of satisfaction with life. To solve the problem of maintaining the internal balance of the individual, more and more psychological scientists are paying close attention to the study of well-being and identifying factors for its optimization. Scientists have found numerous proofs of the relationship between well-being and psychological qualities of the individual, while the question of the relationship with intellectual characteristics belongs to the category of little-studied. This topic is particularly relevant for the student audience, which is the professional potential of modern society. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between emotional and personal well-being and intelligence of students. Methods. The methodology of self-assessment of emotional and personal well-being (SEPWB) and the cultural-free intelligence test of R. Kettell (CFIT) were used as research tools. Results of the study. The study allowed us to identify 4 typological groups with a pronounced positive, weak positive, weak negative and pronounced negative self-assessment of emotional and personal well-being. The results of the distribution of the sample of students into the selected groups showed that 62.5% of students positively assess their emotional and personal well-being. At the same time, students with intermediate types (weak positive and weak negative) have the highest values on the intelligence test. Correlation analysis of the parameters of the SEPWB method and the CFIT method showed the specificity of correlation structures in groups with different types of emotional and personal well-being, which is proof of the ambiguity, non-linearity of the relationship between emotional and personal well-being and intelligence. Conclusion. The novelty of the study is to establish the relationship between the expression of intelligence and the level of emotional and personal well-being. The results obtained can be used by university teachers, as well as psychologists of enterprises involved in the organization of students ' industrial practice.

The article explores the peculiarities of the relationship of motivational and demand sphere with the field of perception of the concept of “coronavirus”, “quarantine”, “self-isolation” in modern society. Their interrelations influence both the formation of a holistic personality and the formation of public opinion. The study is based on the notion that life values are a set of different inherently social attitudes, which under the influence of external social forms of interaction and intrapersonal characteristics are subject to constant modification, which is reflected in the system of perception, as the world as a whole, and in particular at the conceptual, sense-making level. Thus, studying the peculiarities of the relationship of personal value orientations with the field of perception of a particular concept, we can build a dynamic scheme of mutually influential vectors of values, orientations, life priorities, taking into account the specific conceptual perception of the concept under study. The study revealed that the respondents are more characterized by the prevalence of focus on the material situation, spiritual satisfaction, as well as achievement and self-development. These values are manifested in the spheres of professional life, education and family relations. In the field of perception of the highlighted concepts there is a number of significant differences, so the concept of “coronavirus” has a negative value assessment while high subjective importance in the individual personal plan for the person. The concepts of “self-isolation” and “quarantine” are perceived positively in terms of value, while in the subjective, personal plan they carry a negative dynamic for the individual. Thus, the study confirmed that depending on the structure of basic needs, value priorities, which the person holds, we can assume what attitude he will have to the studied concepts, what meaning he will fill them.

Self-esteem is central to personal education. The social environment directly affects the formation of self-esteem. While functioning, it affects human behavior, self-regulation and is influenced by the values of the individual. Self-esteem is a complex education that includes both intellectual and emotional components. Many experts believe that self-esteem is not only a person's assessment of himself, but also his place among the people around him. Accordingly, it affects the relationship of a person with others, the effectiveness of his activities and the further development of the personality.

The study presents the results of the analysis of the relationship of self-esteem of physical development of adolescent athletes with the parameters of well-being, adaptation and self-relationship. The results suggest that the higher the indicators of self-description of physical development are, the higher the socio-psychological adaptation, subjective well-being, self-relationship and lower individual scales of self-relationship are, for instance internal conflict and self-blame in girls and internal conflict in boys. The gender specificity of self-assessment of physical development is discussed. Sportive girls in comparison with athletic boys have more differentiated self-assessment of physical qualities. Boys consider that appearance is less connected with indicators of self-relation.

Few studies have looked at the relationship of job characteristics and worker well-being among Norwegian academics. The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between job demands, job resources, burnout, and engagement among Norwegian university staff. In total, 236 staff from one university in Norway answered the questionnaire. Hierarchical multiple regression analyses identified job demands as the most important predictors for burnout. Autonomy was the most important job resource in the prediction of engagement and burnout. What constitutes a job resource or a job demand varies from occupation to occupation. The present study adds to the existing literature by examining factors that may protect or harm the individual workers’ health and well-being in a Norwegian university context.

The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that the significance of constitutional values in the context of socioeconomic constitutionalism during the economic crisis is indicated, a correlation is established between the effective development of a socially-oriented economy and the implementation of constitutional norms that enshrine the principles and guarantees of socio-economic rights as basic guidelines, not fully implemented. The scientific result of the study was the proposal of the need to develop and implement a state standard of social well-being. In connection with the use of such a standard, law enforcement practice may in the future contribute to positive shifts in Russian socio-economic constitutionalism in the context of the formation of answers to the challenges of globalization.
