The author takes into account the warnings of ancient philosophers to deduce the necessary conditions (factors) of state self-preservation. But the most important goal of the state is not only its own preservation, but the preservation of its main resource - man. Since law is a regulator (by definition) and an indicator of events and trends taking place in the state (according to V. O. Klyuchevsky), the author considers one of the most disturbing symptoms of legislative (primarily constitutional) restructuring for the legal community - the issue of granting robots legal personality, which equates the status of a robot with the status of a person. In this connection, the following issues were considered: 1) the need for stability for the life of people, and therefore for the life of the state; 2) the law of human degeneration; 3) the finding of state laws within natural laws. The conclusions that need to be taken when developing a strategy for the Russian legal space are drawn. Knowledge and preservation of internal balance (natural harmony) is a necessity, without which humanity as a whole will not survive.

The review presents information on the somatovegetative interaction of blood circulation and respiration from the point of view of the views of Professor Yu.P. Pushkarev. Data are presented that speak of the complexity and complexity of the problem of homeostasis and adaptation, the unresolved many issues that are important for understanding the stability of the internal environment of the body and establishing the limits of the norm. It has been shown that within the neurohumoral system of the body, the interaction of various components of functional systems is constantly carried out, ensuring the conjugation of respiration and blood circulation with the formation of intersystem links. Some aspects of the formation of functions in animals and humans in postnatal ontogenesis are considered. It is emphasized that homeostasis is an internal balance of indicators in the body, but its values are constantly changing due to the center-peripheral integration of functions. It was emphasized that the process of achieving a beneficial adaptive result is characterized by the asymmetry of physiological indicators, and the intersystem interaction ensures the balancing of homeostasis constants in terms of adaptation to environmental conditions. It has been shown that over-threshold environmental influences and homeostasis parameters shift in the body, compensatory-adaptive reactions occur, aimed at maintaining a certain level of stationary state, eliminating or limiting the effect of the harmful factor and optimizing the interaction of the organism and the environment due to the formation of intersystem links. Analyzed the pathophysiological mechanisms of changes in function in certain diseases and stress effects. It is shown that the further study of the somatovegetative interaction in the context of the ideas of Yu.P. Pushkarev will allow revealing the true mechanisms of synchronization of functions in the organism of animals and humans in order to understand its existence as an independent self-regulating system.

Homeostasis is a fundamental property of biological systems consisting of the ability to maintain a dynamic balance of the environment of biochemical processes. The action of endogenous and exogenous factors can lead to internal balance disorder, which results in the activation of the immune system and the development of inflammatory response. Inflammation determines the disturbances in the structure of the vessel wall, connected with the change in their diameter. These disorders consist of accumulation in the space between the endothelium and the muscle cells of low-density lipoproteins (LDL), resulting in the formation of fatty streaks narrowing the lumen and restricting the blood flow in the area behind the structure. The effect of inflammation may also be pathological dilatation of the vessel wall associated with the development of aneurysms. Described disease entities strongly correlate with the increased migration of immune cells. Recent scientific research indicates the secretion of specific vesicular structures during migration activated by the inflammation. The review focuses on the link between endothelial dysfunction and the inflammatory response and the impact of these processes on the development of disease entities potentially related to the secretion of extracellular vesicles (EVs).

Gravity shapes liquids and plays a crucial role in their internal balance. Creating new equilibrium configurations irrespective of the presence of a gravitational field is challenging with applications on Earth as well as in zero-gravity environments. Vibrations are known to alter the shape of liquid interfaces and also to change internal dynamics and stability in depth. Here, we show that vibrations can also create an “artificial gravity” in any direction. We demonstrate that a liquid can maintain an inclined interface when shaken in an arbitrary direction. A necessary condition for the equilibrium to occur is the existence of a velocity gradient determined by dynamical boundary conditions. However, the no-slip boundary condition and incompressibility can perturb the required velocity profile, leading to a destabilization of the equilibrium. We show that liquid layers provide a solution, and liquid walls of several centimeters in height can thus be stabilized. We show that the buoyancy equilibrium is not affected by the forcing.

The psychological content of the phenomenon of hardiness, its main structural components, predictors and mechanisms of its formation are revealed. The main functions of hardiness are determined, its importance in the development of a teenage personality is analyzed. Hardiness is presented as an important factor of self-determination, adaptation and internal balance. It is emphasized that the main psychological feature of hardiness is that it helps to minimize the negative consequences of unfavorable external influences and turn them into new opportunities, to gain autonomy in their life. The problem of the need to transform the educational system, rethink the entire content of education and improve the educational process is raised. The emphasis is made on the fact that the implementation of new educational reforms should be based on taking into account the psychological component - the development of the hardiness of the individual.

The 33 countries that constitute Latin America and the Caribbean and the 11 countries of the former Soviet Union (not counting the Russian Federation and the three Baltic nations) conform 44 states which are, with a few exceptions, on the periphery of global geopolitical aff airs, with limited international infl uence or at the mercy of confl icts that have disrupted their internal balance and international image in the past decade. While the topic of how peripheral nations and regions interact with each other has been analyzed in academia, in-depth studies about relations between these specifi c regions are very limited and scarce. This paper seeks to fi ll in that gap by providing recent examples on issues like trade and high-profi le diplomatic visits between Latin American and Caribbean governments with their post-Soviet counterparts. Moreover, I will discuss the issue of the location (or lack thereof) of embassies, a topic not discussed in the consulted literature, as an example of how governments from peripheral states and limited budgets decide where to open an embassy. It is proposed here that the 44 states that make up Latin America, the Caribbean, and the post-Soviet world will remain cordial and friendly strangers for the foreseeable future. A lack of grand-strategy vision, with a few exceptions, is a major hindrance to stronger relations between these states. The most plausible scenario is bloc-to-bloc trade agreements; however, the COVID-19 pandemic and more pressing issues that these countries face mean that treaties with geographically distant states that are not trading partners or potential sources of fi nancial aid are not regarded as priorities.

Numerous deaths worldwide have been caused by the coronavirus pandemic and are currently progressing with successive mutations and a lack of appropriate and definitive treatment. One of the drug targets to control the replication of the virus and treat this disease is to block the ion channel of the virus. This will lead to its death by disturbing the internal balance of the virus. Natural compounds such as alkaloids are usually known as effective compounds due to their medicinal characteristics and easy access to their sources. To this end, more than 3,200 natural alkaloid structures interacted with pentameric ion channels. Alkaloid compounds established significant and stable interactions with the channel. More clearly and in more detail, six alkaloid compounds with the best pharmacokinetics and binding affinity of less than -10.52 kcal/mol were selected as hit and suitable compounds for virus control. The compound of psammaplysin U (NA-1) with a binding affinity of -13.52 kcal/mol and binding free energy of -82.21 kcal/mol established hydrogen interactions with the amino acid of Val 25 in the B chain of the ion channel, which placed the compound at the top of the selected compounds. The molecular dynamics simulation of the ligand-protein complex in the 100 ps trajectory showed that the principal interactions were hydrogen and halogen bonding with the amino acids of Val 25 and Thr 30 in the B chain and A chain, respectively, which could be a suitable inhibitor to combat the COVID-19.

The creation of Corbynist organization Momentum was the way in which the wave of socialist revival in the UK tried to take an organizational form and work toward the transformation of the Labour party. The first-past-the-post system meant that the only realistic option for socialists was working within the existing mainstream left party, while at the same time developing a parallel structure to mobilize youth supporters suspicious of bureaucratic structures. However, as I argue in this article, ultimately the stubbornness of the Labour party bureaucracy used as a defensive redoubt by party centrists managed to successfully fend off attempts for deep party reforms, and once Corbyn resigned it was easy for centrists to undo the change in the internal balance of forces. The failure of the Corbyn movement in overcoming these difficulties highlights how party organization constitutes a strategic bottleneck for all transformative movements, and that the only way to reclaim existing parties is to radically reshape them as a matter of priority.

The Research Purpose is typological predisposition and psychomotor indices studying directed on the table tennis playing style formation. The Methodology of the Research. 114 male tennis players: 5 Masters of Sports of International Class, 39 Masters of Sports, 38 Candidates for Masters, 32 athletes of the first category have been examined. Typological peculiarities, in particular, strength of nervous system relative to excitation; mobility-inertness of excitation and inhibition, external and internal balance have been studied. The Research Results. An offensive strategy is associated with the following typological features: the nervous system of high and average strength (amid the common to all tennis players’ weakness of the nervous system) as a reflection of their predominance of excitation in the external balance. Defensive strategy players are characterized by a high resistance to monotony, a greater expression of the nervous system weakness, and a predominance of inhibition according to internal balance. Mixed strategy players are distinguished by a relatively higher (than in defenders) strength of the nervous system, balance of excitation and inhibition processes, and greater mobility of excitation and inhibition processes. The offensive strategy players are characterized by higher motion pace and auto pace as compared to those of mixed and especially defensive strategy play. Defensive strategy players` time of simple and complex visual-motor reaction is significantly higher as compared to those who prefer the offensive strategy. Defensive and mixed strategy players have got the deferred reactions tend to dominate during the response to moving object, whereas offensive strategy players – premature responses are observed. In order to adequately perceive the current situation and have more time to decide on the proper response action, they have to move further way from the tennis table than the offensive strategy players. Conclusions: Study has conducted for examination of typological predispositions and psychomotor indices that condition directed formation of table tennis playing style. It is important direction of training.

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic nonspecific inflammation that mainly affects the mucosa and submucosa of the rectum and colon. Numerous studies have shown that endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS)-induced autophagy plays a vital role in the pathogenesis of UC. ERS is the imbalance of internal balance caused by misfolded or unfolded proteins accumulated in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER).Excessive ERS triggers the unfolded protein response (UPR), an increase in inositol-requiring enzyme 1, and a Ca2+ overload, which activates the autophagy pathway. Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved method of cellular self-degradation. Dysregulated autophagy causes inflammation, disruption of the intestinal barrier, and imbalance of intestinal homeostasis, therefore increasing the risk of colonic diseases. This review summarizes the pathogenesis of ERS, UPR, and ERS-related autophagy in UC, providing potential new targets and more effective treatment options for UC.
