Sexuality began to be seen as a positive scope of human action, in this context, it began to value sexual education, raising discussions about its importance. The aim of this article was to analyze knowledge about forms of contagion and prevention of STIs. This study was conducted in 03 state schools of elementary and secondary level. The sample consisted of 287 students regularly enrolled in these schools covering the 8th grade/ 7th grade of elementary school until the 3rd year of high school. Data on gender, age, marital status, education and others were collected in this study. Most participants have already had contact with the term STI; however, it still has beliefs about its forms of transmission. There is a need to approach sexuality with a more natural and positive aspect of human life, providing the free discussion of norms and patterns of behavior and the debate of attitudes.

O presente estudo tem como finalidade, a investigação do conteúdo das geotecnologias no ensino médio em algumas escolas estaduais de Montes Claros-MG, com virtude na otimização e valorização desta área do conhecimento que compete ao ensino escolar, tendo em vista o avanço e acessibilidade dos meios tecnológicos aos estudantes, mas não há familiarização dos mesmos com esses meios no ambiente escolar. Aos professores, cabe considerar neste trabalho, a maneira como eles congregam o assunto proposto ao seu sistema de trabalho, analisando as possíveis dificuldades encontradas. Inicia-se o trabalho apresentando um breve histórico das geotecnologias e o seu desdobramento nos tempos vigente fazendo menção aos meios pedagógicos e de softwares voltados para a prática cartográfica. Metodologicamente serão acatadas como objeto e critério da pesquisa, cinco escolas estaduais localizadas no perímetro urbano da cidade. Posteriormente foi aplicado um formulário aos professores das referidas escolas, em modo de amostra, com intuito de acurar os entraves no processo de ensino-aprendizagem acerca da disciplina. Após a obtenção dos resultados verificou-se a capacidade de apreensão do conteúdo das geotecnologias e as arestas a serem aparadas no que tange o ensino. Palavras-chave: Geotecnologias; cartografia; ensino-aprendizagem; limitações.   GEOGRAPHIC TECHNOLOGIES IN HIGH SCHOOL: a case study in public schools of Montes Claros / MG Abstract The present study has as its purpose, the investigation of the content of geotechnology in high school in some state schools in Montes Claros, MG, with virtue in optimization and enhancement of this area of knowledge that it is the responsibility of the schools, with a view to the advancement and accessibility of technological resources for students, but there are familiarization themselves with these means in the school environment. For teachers, it is considered in this work, the way they associate the subject proposed to its system of work, analyzing the potential difficulties encountered. It begins the work by presenting a brief history of geotechnology and its deployment in times legislation making mention to the training resources and software designed for the practice mapping. Methodologically speaking will be taken as an object and search criterion, five state schools located within the city limits of the city. It was later applied a form to teachers of these schools, in order to sample, with a view to enhance obstacles in the teaching-learning process about the discipline. After obtaining the results it was found that the ability to apprehend the contents of geotechnology and the edges to be trimmed edges in the teaching. Para los profesores, es considerado en este trabajo, la manera de asociar el tema propuesto para su sistema de trabajo, analizando las posibles dificultades encontradas. Comienza el trabajo presentando una breve historia de geotechnologies y su despliegue en tiempos legislación haciendo mención a los recursos de formación y software diseñado para la práctica ha cambiado. Metodológicamente hablando será tomado como un objeto y criterios de búsqueda, cinco escuelas estatales situadas dentro de los límites de la ciudad. Posteriormente se aplicó un formulario para los maestros de estas escuelas, a fin de muestra, con miras a acurar obstáculos en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje acerca de la disciplina. Tras la obtención de los resultados se encontró que la capacidad de aprehender el contenido de geotechnologies y los bordes que va a recortar los bordes de la enseñanza. David Keilin was born on 21 March 1887, in Moscow, where his parents were residing temporarily at that time. Soon afterwards however he returned with his parents to Poland where his father, a successful businessman, had his office and owned some land. He was the fourth child of a family of seven, and the youngest of three sons. School days in Warsaw Although afflicted early in his childhood by asthma, an ailment which continued to trouble him in later life, he retained very happy memories of the school days spent in Warsaw. As a delicate boy he was educated up to the age of 10 by a governess at home, and by his mother whose memory he treasured as that of a wise and kind and at the same time highly energetic woman. In 1897 he entered the Gόrski Gymnasium in Warsaw, a private Polish high-school (the state schools at that time were Russian). This establishment directed by Mr Gόrski, achieved distinction in Polish history of that period both for its high standards of education as well as on account of its patriotic spirit, which on more than one occasion brought its teaching staff and the pupils into conflict with the Tsarist government. Nothing unfortunately remains today of the records of that school which, with the rest of the city, was burned and razed to the ground by the Nazis after the Warsaw rising of 1944. In September 1904, three months after his graduation from the Gόrski Gymnasium, David Keilin left Warsaw to seek education abroad, first in Liège and later in Paris, planning eventually to become a doctor of medicine.

The ability to drive a vehicle is seen as an important segment of human life. Individuals who do not have the possibility to drive a vehicle – for any given number of reasons – are often considered in the scientific literature as transport disadvantaged persons. Transport disadvantage can impact on access to many opportunities. The objective of this paper is to examine the influence of transport disadvantage on the daily life of high school population in the City of Zagreb. The research was based on the use of subjective indicators of transport disadvantage and on a self-reported measure of transport issues, as well as through the work of focus groups. The data were obtained in a survey of 826 high school students in the City of Zagreb, and with the participation of eight focus groups. High school students assessed the influence of transport issues based on the aspects of importance of issues in their lives and the degree of difficulty needed to overcome these issues. The analysis indicates that there is a statistically significant difference between male and female students, which could suggest a more prominent transport disadvantage for girls compared to boys. The collected data were also supported by claims obtained by the focus group method.

We say that the future city will be an automatic system for human like a science fiction films which means the 'Ubiquitous City or Intelligent City'. Actually, so many science fiction movies contain the wish or demand of human life. Generally, they show the convenience things for human life, the ideal image of future city, the solution technology of human being, and so on. In this world, every built thing is the product of human desire. Meanwhile, the scientific scenes in the movies are also the product of human desire. The reason of the above, this study tries to analogize image of city future by analyzing scene in the science fiction films and human action desire to make the future image. Eventually, this study is going to make 'human life scenario' in the future city which consisted with mixed scientific scene in the science fiction films and sorted by human desire for forecasting the future city. This scenario may apply for forecasting the real future city.

This research analyzed the readability of reading texts taken from English textbooks for grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Kabanjahe of 2016/2017 entitled English in Focus published by Pusat Perbukuan Departemen Pendidikan Nasional. Being important a textbook as the most used in sources of a class, textbook should be readable and appropriate for the students especially for the reading texts inside it. The goal of this research was to find out how is the readability of those reading texts in the textbook.To describe and investigate the readability, this research used a readability formula measurement called SMOG Grading Formula which is found by G. Harry Mc. Laughlin. The source of the data were 20 reading texts taken randomly from English in Focus textbook.The major findings of the study showed that the readability of 20 reading texts were in the variety level for students within 5th elementary school to the 10th grade high school students level, and it found that 13 of 20 reading texts or about 65% of the data are appropriate for the 8th grade students who are the user of the book. Meanwhile, this research also found reading texts which are not appropriate for the students. There are 3 reading texts are too easy and 4 are too difficult for them. So, 35% reading texts in the data is not appropriate for 8th grade students.

The process of human development is inseparable from the influence of the environment, so the development of adolescents who sit in junior high school will be different from adolescents in high school, or in college, even though human life is definitely not going to be separated from the past and the future. Adolescence is one of the development periods experienced by humans in their lives. During the transition, adolescents are in an unstable condition. There is a feeling of insecurity, because they have to change or change the behavior patterns of adolescents from children to adults. From this transition period the potential for social conflict arises, because of the desire to meet human needs. Sociodrama is one of the techniques in group guidance that aims to solve social problems that arise in human relationships that can be implemented if most group members face similar social problems, or if they want to practice or change certain attitudes. Conflicts can have positive or negative effects, and they always exist in life. The problem is how the conflict can be managed in such a way that it does not cause social disintegration. Therefore, it needs a conflict management, so that the conflict can be controlled and directed

Background: Sedentary life style lead to obesity which related into deterioration of cardiac function, anddeconditioning on musculoskeletal system, particularly on walking function. Walking is an important activityin human life, that automatically repeated in daily activity. Doing exercise by walking activity is a simple andsafe exercise. However, in walking exercise prescription, we need to establish what is the objective to achieve.The ten thousand steps of Walking Program (10,000 SWP) is pedometer-based walking program begin in Japanfor adult and elderly, thus the effects in obesity adolescent remains unclear. The aimed of this study was to findthe effect of 10,000 SWP in Cardiorespiratory Endurance (CE) on obese adolescent.Methods:This study was pre and post randomly experimental design with control, in 24 high school obeseadolescent. Subjects divided into two groups, the intervention group that received 10,000 steps walking program5 days in a week for 6 weeks, and the control group that number of step walking recorded by a pedometerwithout daily target. The cardiorespiratory endurance (VO2 max) was evaluated by the six minute walking test(6MWT), that measured before and after intervention.Results: The Intervention and control groups each contain 12 obese high school students, that equal in age,body mass index, and the mean number of walking steps per day. There was no differences between VO2max1 (12.45 ml/Kg ) and VO2max 2 (12.38 ml/Kg ) (p=0.852) in control group, while there was the differencesbetween VO2max 1 (12.44 ml/kg) and VO2max 2 (17.06 ml/kg) (p=0.002) in treatment group.Conclusion: The 10,000 SWP has proven increasing the Cardiorespiratory Endurance of Obese Adolescent.Keywords: 10,000 Steps Walking Program, 6 Minute Walking Test, Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Obese Adolescent.

Befriended by Donatello, a young Italian with the classical grace of the ‘Marble Faun’, Miriam, Hilda, and Kenyon find their pursuit of art taking a sinister turn as Miriam's unhappy past precipitates the present into tragedy. Hawthorne's ‘International Novel’ dramatizes the confrontation of the Old World and the New and the uncertain relationship between the ‘authentic’ and the ‘fake’, in life as in art. The author's evocative descriptions of classic sites made The Marble Faun a favourite guidebook to Rome for Victorian tourists, but this richly ambiguous symbolic romance is also the story of a murder, and a parable of the Fall of Man. As the characters find their civilized existence disrupted by the awful consequences of impulse, Hawthorne leads his readers to question the value of Art and Culture and addresses the great evolutionary debate which was beginning to shake Victorian society.
