This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline partially, and the effect of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin.This research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population of this research is the employees of Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin, amounting to 102 people. Sampling uses probability sampling. The technique of data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 51 respondents from Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin employees who were obtained using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on performance in Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 21.00 for windows.The results of the study concluded that the leadership and work discipline variables partially affect the performance of employees at the Banjarmasin City Education Office. The results of the study concluded that the variables of leadership and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of employees at Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin.

ABSTRAKKepatuhan WP merupakan salah satu keadaan dimana WP yang manan akan secara langsung dapat memenuhi seluruh kewajiban perpajkaan serta dapat membuat atas hal perpajakan. Adapun masalah yang berkesenambungan terhadap kepatuhan WP antara lain pengetahuan, pendapatan serta kesadaran WP. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kepatuhan WP yang akan dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, pendapatan terhadap kpeatuhan WP pada Kelurahan Polowijen. Dalam riset ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 44 orang yang akan dijadikan sebagai responden, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam riset ini ialah interview, observasi serta kuesioner. Data yang digunakan ialah data sekunder serta primer. Sedangkan teknik analisa data yang akan digunakan dalam riset ini ialah regresi linier berganda, dengan diadakan penguian hipotesis antar varibel.Kata Kunci:   Pendapatan, Pengetahuan, Kesadaran, Wajib Pajak, Pajak Bumi dan BangunanABSTRACTTaxpayer compliance is one of the conditions in which a safe taxpayer will directly be able to fulfill all tax obligations and can make tax matters. The problems that are continuous with taxpayer compliance include knowledge, income and awareness of taxpayers. This research aims to find out the extent to which taxpayer compliance will be influenced by knowledge, income on taxpayer compliance in Polowijen Village. This research uses quantitative methods, while the number of samples used is 44 people who will be used as respondents, while the data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data used are secondary and primary data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian asosiatif. Ada beberapa variabel yang dihubungkan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder . Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dan data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh dari dokumen yang didapat dari PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar untuk mendukung penelitian. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah sama, yaitu 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Cabang Daya Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Daya Makassar. This type of research, namely associative research. There are several variables that are linked in this study, namely the variable Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data is data obtained from documents obtained from PT. Bank Mandiri Daya Makassar Branch to support research. The analysis technique of this research uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with the same population and sample, namely 31 people. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, motivation affects employee performance and work discipline affects employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Daya Makassar Branch.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the working environment and competence of individuals to employee performance at PT. North Sumatera Plantations. The study population was all employees of the company as much as 157 people with a sample of 43 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation with the F test and t. From the analysis and discussion is obtained that the working environment and competence of individuals simultaneously and partially influenced the performance of employees at PT. North Sumatera Plantations. Employee performance variation can be explained by the working environment and the individual competence of 86.5 percent.

This study aims to explain the practice of paying debts by working in terms of fiqh muamalah in Jorong Malintang Nagari Lawang Mandahiling, Salimpaung District, Tanah Datar Regency. This research is a field research. The data sources consist of primary data sources, namely 7 people who owe, 7 people who give debts and 1 scholar, while secondary data sources are documentation and books and scientific works related to accounts payable. Data collection techniques that the author uses are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique that the author uses is descriptive qualitative analysis. This study found that the implementation of debt payments by working carried out by the community in Jorong Malintang Nagari Lawang Mandahiling, Sallimpaung District, Tanah Datar Regency, namely debt and money receivables which was only done verbally without any written evidence. If it is due, but the borrower is unable to pay it and the payment is made by working in the person's field with his wages taken in exchange for the debt. The execution of debts paid by work is included in usury where the debtor takes the excess wages for working money when paying his debts.

This study aims to analyze how competence, compensation and work motivation jointly affect the performance of KPU employees in Banyuasin Regency. The General Election of Banyuasin Regency used quantitative methods, using a saturated sampling sample in the study of 20 employees. In this study, the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of data processing using SPSS 20, using the t test that t counts 4,330> t table 2.003 There is an influence of competence on performance; that t count 4.181> t table 2.003 positive and significant effect of compensation on performance; t count 4.469> t table 2.003 there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on performance; and F count 34.356> F table 4.883 and a significance level of 0.00 <0.05, that there is a positive and significant effect on the competency, compensation and motivation patterns together on performance, with a determination coefficient of 77.5%, the rest is influenced by other variables. The conclusion of the research is that competence, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance either partially or simultaneously. Strategies to improve employee performance at the KPU Banyuasin Regency can be done by first increasing employee motivation to increase broad knowledge of knowledge in supporting work implementation, then increase. competence to be consistent in having a good attitude with colleagues.

<p><em>This study aims to compare eight groups of zakat recipients in the opinion of ulama and the actualization of amil zakat institutions to eight groups of zakat recipients. This research used qualitative research with phenomenological approach as a part of qualitative research that explore a phenomena based on perspective and people awareness. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The object used in this study is the opinion of ulama, Amil Zakat institution Nurul Hayat KC Malang and LAZISMU Malang Regency. Method of data collection are interview, documentation and observation. While data analysis technique uses content analysis techniques.</em><em>The results of this study, there are similarities in the analysis text that is based on the opinions of </em><em>ulama</em><em> and contexts which are actualization by the amil zakat institution, both Nurul Hayat KC Malang and LAZISMU Malang Regency.</em><em> </em><em>Except for the riqab group which in the actualization by LAZISMU Malang Regency which had expansion meaning, so that the distribution of zakat was not only for the people free from slavery but also for those who are in opressed.</em></p><br /><em> </em>

This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does emotional intelligence affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, determination test and path analysis test. The population in this study were all employees of PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia, and a sample of 60 respondents. Taking primary data using a questionnaire. The results showed that emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine whether competence, compensation and work discipline partially and simultaneously affect employee performance in PT. United Motors Centre Suzuki Ahmad Eigis Surabaya. Types research is explanatory research with quantitative analysis. The sample population is employees in the service division totaling 46 employees. Data collection techniques using survey with questionnaire as instrument. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t-test aand F-test to test the hypothesis with the SPSS program. The resuls of this study shows that competence, compensation and diciplines as partially and simultaniously significant effect on employee performance, and the effect of competence on employee performance is the most significant among the other three variables. Its indicate that increasing performance of employees can be determined by competence, compensation and work discipline of employees at division service PT. United Motors Centre Suzuki Ahmad Yani Surabaya.

This study knows wheter or not there is an effect of giving incentives to employee performance. Type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The research conducted in PT.Telesindoshop Sorong city. The sample us of 65 people. As for the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses simple linear regression with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Based on the results of this study indicate that the provision of PT.Telesindo’s incentives has an influence on employee performance and significantly influence. Based on the results of data analysis, the incentive variable coefficient (X) is 0.564 while the constant is 28,282, so the regression equation can be obtained as follows: Y = 28,282 + 0,564 X. The provision of incentives influences the performance of PT. Telesindoshop employees. The results of the analysis indicate that the provision of incentives has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Tesindoshop employees. With a significant value of 0.042, in this study used a significant level is 0.05 or 5% means 0.042 <0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, Ha is the effect of giving incentives to employee performance. Every increase in the provision of incentives to PT. Telesindo employees will increase employee performance by 0.564.

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the variable level of welfare, communication, and work environment had on the work morale of teachers and employees of SMK 1 ISLAM TARUNA KREMBUNG-SIDOARJO simultaneously. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a sample of 34 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study based on the F test show that the level of welfare, communication, and work environment together influence the work morale of teachers and employees. While based on the t test, the variable level of welfare and work environment does not significantly influence work morale. While communication has a significant effect and has the largest t-count compared to the other variables.
