This study describe the implementation of Management developmenteducators at SMA Primaganda, Bulurejo Diwek, Jombang. The approach in thisstudy is a qualitative case study type. used data collection methods as well as therole of observation, interview and documentation. This study used a qualitativedescriptive approach. To check the validity of the data used extension study,perseverance observation, and triangulation. The analysis comes up with theconclusion that: (1). Development Planning educators: announcement held at thebeginning of the new academic year, the drafting team was formed educatorsdevelopment commission held hearings, the commission meeting is a forum forreviewing, memproduct and developed the concept of the development of educatorswho have been prepared. (2). The development of educators with activities ofinteraction with educators through formal and informal activities. Formalactivities in the development of educators, for example through mentoringactivities (tutorials), informally can be done through informal conversations in theroom as educators, yard madrassas and other places that are not resmi. (3).Problems encountered and solutions in the implementation of management effortspengembanagan educators (teachers) at SMA Primaganda include issues of timeand also there are many teachers who have not been able to use electronic means ofcomputer, the solution given is the clock supplied to the teacher to be able to learnwho helped by tutors.AbstrakPenelitian ini mendiskripsikan tentang pelaksanaan manajemenpengembangan pendidik (educators) di SMA Primagama, Bulurejo Diwek,Jombang. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan tipepenelitian studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk mengecek validitasdata, peneliti menggunakan studi ekstensi, observasi ketekunan, dantriangulasi. Berdasarkan analisis data, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa:(1). Perencanaan pengembangan pendidik: pengumuman diadakan padaawal tahun ajaran baru, tim perumus membentuk komisi pengembanganpendidik untuk melakukan rapat komisi, sidang komisi adalah forumuntuk mengkaji, menghasilkan dan mengembangkan konseppengembangan pendidik yang telah disiapkan. (2). Pengembanganpendidik dilakukan dengan kegiatan interaksi melalui kegiatan formal daninformal. kegiatan formal dalam pengembangan pendidik, misalnyamelalui kegiatan mentoring (tutorial), untuk kegiatan informal dilakukanmelalui percakapan informal di ruang guru, halaman madrasah dantempat-tempat lain yang tidak resmi. (3). Problematika dalam pelaksanaanmanajemen pengembanagan pendidik (guru) di SMA Primagandamencakup masalah waktu dan juga banyaknya guru yang belum mampumenggunakan media komputer dalam pembelajaran. Solusi dariproblematika tersebut adalah memberikan waktu kepada guru untukmempelajari media komputer yang dibantu oleh tutor.

This qualitative case study research deals with the implementation of the 100 Mosques / Musalla movement which socializes the MUI fatwa number 5 of 2010 concerning the Direction of the Qibla in Sleman Regency. by taking two districts to represent the conditions of urban and rural communities. The data collection methods are involved observation, documentation and interviews with 10 informants from community leaders in the two regions. Some people reject change because of their belief in the myth of the ijtihad of their predecessors, besides considering technology not as a means to perfect worship, including measuring the direction of the Qibla. However, most of the changes due to the certification of the mosque's Qibla direction do not require changes to the building, but only adjusting the prayer lines (saff) in the mosque. The dissemination of astronomical technology, which is understood as a form of ijtihad, can be done so that changes and developments that occur in the direction of the mosque's qibla can be accepted by the community.

This study will analyze the implementation of amal saleh at the pesantren alUrwatul Wutsqo, Bulurejo, Diwek, Jombang. The approach in this study is aqualitative case study. The data collection methods were observation, interviewand documentation. To check the validity of the data I will use extension study,perseverance observation and triangulation. The analysis comes up with someconclusions that: 1). Amal saleh planning: determining what should be done,division of tasks, the determination of a group of amal saleh, preparation ofreports 2). The purpose of amal saleh is to enhance dhikr, sincerity, constancy,discipline, and ridlo. 3). Evaluation of charitable activities: Evaluation focused onthe two things: physically: regular report, deposit book activities, monitoring andsupervision. Moderate mental evaluation: tajribah method (testing). Pupils arecontinuously tested for his sincerity. 4). Pupils spiritual intelligence: constancyand not desperate, sincere, God’s intention for the blessing, no wasting time,being responsible, dare to risk, and readiness for mutual assistance.KeyWords: Amal saleh, spiritual quotient

The purpose of this study is to describe the reasons for refusal to define and confirm the boundaries of the area in Nagari Sungai Buluh. This article is based on a qualitative case study conducted using in-depth interviews and observation data collection methods. The conflict between Nagari Sungai Buluh and Nagari Sungai Buluh Selatan has occurred since the issuance of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) number 45 of 2016 concerning the establishment and confirmation of village boundaries which mandates each local government to establish and confirm village boundaries. Based on the regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs, Nagari Sungai Buluh Selatan has determined the boundaries of the administrative area with the original village before the expansion, namely Nagari Sungai Buluh (main), this can be seen from the 2012 customary density decision letter of the nagari, but when it will confirm the boundaries These problems arise, one of which is not receiving the results of the initial agreement.

This research was conducted to describe the entrepreneurial leadership of SMEs Tofu "RDS" and description about the obstacles experienced by SMEs Tofu "RDS". This research uses descriptive qualitative research design that aims to obtain the information available at this time, and then attempt to describe, record and interpret the information. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. This type of qualitative research is case study. The result of the research is the condition of entrepreneurial leadership from the leadership of SMEs Tofu "RDS" is generally good because he is able to motivate employees well, have a picture of the future effort, able to read opportunities well, actively seeking new ideas, persistent in running their business And barriers faced by SMEs Tofu "RDS" can be overcome well by the leadership of SMEs Tofu RDS.

This study aims to describe the motives for tantrum behavior in child X in Jorong X, Solok Regency. This study uses a qualitative case study model. The case study model was chosen because this study focused on individual cases, namely the case of tantrum children. The location of this research was conducted in Jorong X in Solok Regency. The research informants were selected by purposive sampling technique with the consideration that the subject was chosen according to the research objectives. Based on this technique, five informants were obtained. The data collection procedure was carried out in three ways, namely open interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The data obtained from the collection techniques were analyzed by referring to the Miles and Huberman model which consists of four steps, namely data collection, coding, and sorting of data which are summarized in data reduction, data display, and concluding. Furthermore, guaranteeing the validity of the research data was carried out by using the triangulation technique, namely by combining three data collection methods. The results showed that tantrum behavior characterized by self-harm is a way for child X to make his wishes come true. The emergence of this behavior is supported by the response of parents who are more directing to a permissive pattern to always grant children's requests.

<p>The objective of this research was to map out and seek solutions to the problems faced by students of English as a foreign language in reading literary works. Conducted at the Department of English and Literature, Faculty of Cultural Sciences at Hasanuddin University, the study took place over one semester. The research respondents were Indonesian postgraduate students taking the English Stylistics and Literary Appreciation course. The aims were: 1) to map out the language constraints of learners in reading English literary works, and 2) carry out troubleshooting to minimize the constraints. The data collection methods used was a questionnaire and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the foreign learners need to have sufficient knowledge of trope and scheme in general and linguistic deviation in particular, in order to understand the author's language in a broad sense as well as specific literary stylistics.</p>

This paper is a selective review of recent Australian research upon enterprise bargaining and workplace industrial relations. It begins with a discussion of data collection methods, pointing out some strengths and weaknesses of survey, case study, and agreement text analysis methods. It then focusses upon two substantive issues to test the success of research. The first concerns the infrastructure for enterprise bargaining. Our conclusion is that research illuminates this topic, and reveals general unreadiness. The second issue is productivity performance and enterprise bargaining. We are far more sceptical that research has proved a relation between the two. We conclude with the observation that researchers may be on the wrong track if they try to quantify the effects of enterprise bargaining on productivity performance. The paper recommends that greater attention be given to change management programmes designed to increase competitiveness, and to the outcomes sought from these, rather than to productivity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian belajar dengan menerapkan materi Yanbu'a untuk membaca al-Qur'an dalam semester ganjil siswa kelas VII-D dan VII-E SMP Negeri 3 Salatiga tahun akademik 2014/2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, pengamatan, dan tes evaluasi. Indikator kesuksesan dalam studi ini adalah ketika nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 65 kelas dan presentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 75%. Penelitian ini didahului oleh tahap pra-siklus untuk mencari informasi tentang masalah dan apa penyebabnya. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, diberikan solusi untuk masalah-masalah dalam siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Dalam siklus 1 dan siklus 2 diadakan masing-masing dua kali pertemuan. Nilai rata-rata penguasaan belajar klasik mencapai 60.78 dengan 36.84% sebelum melakukan tindakan. Pada tahap siklus 1 setelah langkah-langkah yang diimplementasikan nilai rata-rata siswa naik ke 73.70 dengan prosentase 73.68%. Kemudian dalam siklus 2 setelah evaluasi pelaksanaan langkah-langkah yang hasil siswa belajar telah meningkat 82.11, mencapai penguasaan 86.84% untuk belajar klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa belajar dengan menerapkan metode Yanbu'a dapat meningkatkan pencapaian untuk membaca al-Qur'an untuk siswa kelas VII-D dan VII-E SMP Negeri 3 Salatiga tahun akademik 2014/2015. This study aims to determine the achievement of learning by applying the material Yanbu'a to recite al-Qur’an in the odd semester students of class VII-D and VII-E SMP Negeri 3 Salatiga in the academic year 2014/2015. This study uses a Classroom Action Research. Data collection methods used was interviews, documentation, and observation as well evaluation tests. Indicators of success in this study were an average of class 65 and classical learning completeness percentage of 75%. Based on the existing problems analyzed by the pre-test, the solution is given to the problems in cycle 1 and cycle 2. Each cycle consists of four phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection and the meetings were held twice respectively. The average score on learning classical mastery is 60.78 with 36.84% before having action. In the cycle 1, after the treatment, the average learners’ score is 73.70 by 73.68% classical learning completeness. Then in cycle 2 after the evaluation, students’ learning outcomes has increased, reaching 82.11 to 86.84%. Based on the results, it can be concluded that learning by applying Yanbu’a method can improve students achievement to read al-Qur’an of VII-D and VII-E class of SMP Negeri 3 Salatiga in the academic year 2014/2015.  Kata Kunci: Yanbu’a method, al-Qur’an, Prestasi

One of the basic competencies in kindergarten is that children can recognize simple concepts with indicators that children are able to recognize color concepts. Color recognition for children can stimulate the senses of sight, brain, aesthetics, and emotions. Meronce activities are aimed at training children's eye and hand coordination. The rationale for this problem arises is the low ability to recognize the concept of color in Group B TK Dharma Wanita 2 Mojotengah. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of meronce activities to improve the ability to recognize children's color concepts and to determine the magnitude of the increase in the ability to recognize color concepts after resonating activities in Group B children TK Dharma Wanita 2 Mojotengah Kedu Temanggung Semester I Academic Year 2017/2018. The subjects of this study were 15 students of Group B TK Dharma Wanita 2 Mojotengah. The research was carried out from September to October 2017. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation, and interviews. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that meronce activities can improve the ability to recognize color concepts in Group B children TK Dharma Wanita Mojotengah 2. This can be seen from the results of increasing the ability to recognize color concepts in Group B children TK Dharma Wanita Mojotengah 2 in The pre-cycle condition was 20% then increased to 46.7% in Cycle I and finally increased in Cycle II by 93.3%, it was proven that the child was able to designate colors, mention or differentiate colors and classify colors.
