Every citizen has the same rights to obtain the education, including for children with disabilities. However, from the current researchers there are several problems faced with the implementation of Extraordinary School (SLB) education in Central Java Province, which is the limitation of human resources policy, budget and infrastructure facilities. This research aims to observe and conduct analysis of the policy reform of Sekolah Luar Biasa (Extraordinary School) of Education management in Central Java Province and supporting factors and inhibitors of SLB education management policy conducted by the government of Central Java Province. The research method used by researchers is qualitative, with data collection using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the policy reform of SLB Education management in Central Java Province in the field of apparatus resources still need to be addressed because still many who have not been literate with technology. However, it does not affect them in the service given to the community. These recommendations given improving the quality and quantity are human resources apparatus through the technology and training. The addition of personnel, development of infrastructure adapted to disabled, master data collection and budget adjustments. Preparation of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) sustained to the LAW No 8 in 2016 about the disabled. Purpose: This study identified and explored the strategies developed by a four-star hotel in Central Java Province - Indonesia for surviving the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: This qualitative study collected data from an in-depth interview with the hotel’s Head of FO Department, which were analyzed inductively. Results: The hotel focused its survival strategies on four areas or aspects, including organizational targets, human resources, products and services, and marketing communication. Limitation: This study is limited in two ways, i.e. data collection method and the number of informants. Contribution: This study contributes to enriching the strategies for mitigating the disastrous impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the hotel business. The fishing port has an important role in supporting activities in the fishery sector which includes serving as a place of preparation, and where to land catches as well as market them. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the level of facilities utilization at CFP Bajomulyo using SOAR and assign the development strategy. The research was carried out in January 2021 at the Coastal fishing port in Bajomulyo Village, Juwana District, Pati Regency. A descriptive method was used to analyze the condition of basic, functional and supporting facilities at CFP Bajomulyo. Data collection was carried out using survey methods and direct observations. The result showed 116% of the pier has been used (overutilized), 26% of the FAP building has been used (non-optimally), 36% of the shipping lane’s depth has been used, meaning the depth is sufficient or in accordance with the required standard, and 49% of its width has been used (non-optimally). Conclusively, the development strategies suggested include making an MoU between the government of Pati Regency and Central Java Province and always considering the availability of FRS facilities, ice factories, clean water, and ship docking around CFP Bajomulyo.Keywords:Development strategyPatiCFP BajomulyoSOAR

<p>The main problem in this research is how the model of secondary education management in Central Java Province. Issues divided into a) what are the expectations of various parties regarding the transfer of secondary education management, b) how are the challenges of various parties related to the transfer of secondary education management, and c) which management model is most effective for managing secondary education in Central Java Province. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection through FGD was recorded with video and government policies related to secondary education. The number of informants is nine people. Research data is processed using qualitative research software, NVivo 11 Plus for Windows. The study was conducted over three months from October to December 2016. The results were a) some expectations: improving the quality of education, improving access and equity of education, improving teacher welfare and promoting professionalism. teacher; b) some of the challenges faced: the province will ignore the welfare of non-civil servant teachers and reduce the free education of secondary education; c) the most effective model is co-administration. It is recommended that the government immediately make government regulations on the management of secondary education. At the provincial level was directly made education policy. East Java provincial government has now chosen alternative "based region" in six regions of former residency in Central Java. This alternative needs to be tested for its effectiveness, if it is not effective then it is advisable to use co-administration.</p>

Kebijakan kurikulum 2013 yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah merupakan upaya dari penyederhanaan pembelajaran dan adanya penilaian sikap dalam struktur kurikulumnya yang bertujuan agar peserta didik memiliki kompetensi sikap, ketrampilan dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 di Kelas IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan K-13 sudah berjalan dengan baik tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu melihat dari efektivitas dalam pelaksanaannya belum  sesuai karena materi ujian nasional masih berdasarkan KTSP; terkait dengan efesiensi jumlah guru masih kurang; terkait dengan kecukupan dalam materi K-13 belum mendukung kompetensi belajar peserta didik untuk materi ujian nasional, terkait dengan perataan masih belum merata karena kelas satu sampai kelas enam tidak semua melaksanakan K-13, terkait dengan responsivitas yaitu adanya respon dari peserta didik maupun wali murid dalam pembelajaran yang mudah diterima dan terkait dengan ketepatan dalam pelaksanaannya sudah tepat sasaran kepada peserta didik. Simpulan dari peneliti masih ada kendala yaitu jumlah SDM yang kurang memadai, semua guru belum mendapatkan pelatihan, dan tidak sinkronnya materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Disarankan sebaiknya dilakukan penambahan Sumber Daya Manusia atau guru (tenaga pendidik) dan ruang kelas, Sinkronisasi materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku serta pelatihan guru yang dilaksanakan oleh semua guru.   Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013, UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik   The 2013 curriculum policy issued by the Government is an effort to simplify learning and the existence of an attitude assessment in the curriculum structure that aims to make students have better competency attitudes, skills and knowledge in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the 2013 Curriculum Implementation Evaluation in Class IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of K-13 has been going well but there are still obstacles in its implementation, namely seeing the effectiveness in its implementation is not appropriate because the material for the national exam is still based on KTSP; related to the efficiency of the number of teachers is still lacking; related to the adequacy of the K-13 material, it does not support the learning competence of students for the national exam material, related to evenness it is still not evenly distributed because not all grades one to six grades implement K-13, related to responsiveness, namely the response of students and guardians in learning that is easily accepted and associated with accuracy in its implementation is right on target for students. The conclusion from the researchers there are still obstacles, namely the number of human resources is inadequate, all teachers have not received training, and the material is not synchronized with the applicable curriculum. It is suggested that the addition of human resources or teachers (teaching staff) and classrooms, synchronization of National Examination (National Examination) material with the applicable curriculum and teacher training carried out by all teachers. ABSTRACTBackground : Medical record is one of the most important pillars that can not be considered trivial in a hospital, with the development of medical scienceCommon Purpose : To find in-depth information about the implementation of medical records at the hospital Widiyanti PalembangResearch Method : Qualitative research design with data collection techniques are conducted in triangulation, The data analysis is inductive, and the results of the study are emphasized more at the meaning than the generalization. The Research Results : the Implementation of medical records have been running but there is no medical record organization, the implementation of medical record activities done by rolling. Human Resources (HR) medical records should be placed specifically in the medical record along with clear tasks. Method of organizing medical record has been run although the result is not optimal, because Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) that made not socialized. Facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of the medical record is good, marked by the existence of a special records archive medical records. Facilities and infrastructure such as chairs, desks, computers, patient registration books and outpatient registration and inpatient services are available, do not have budget funds for medical record implementation, especially by sending medical recruiter for trainingConclusion : Implementation of medical records have been running but not optimal.

The implementation of the fiscal decentralization concept in Indonesia has completed with the issuance of the Village Law and Village Fund Program. Nevertheless, some problems arose in the application. This study aims to map the issues and to build a relationship model based on institutional theory, using content analysis and triangle approach interviews. The study concludes that the Village Fund is profoundly affected by the coercive element that is sourced from the authority of the government to regulate and supervise the program. The coercive then influence the normative in which the regulation frame and strict implementation lead to the difficulties to fulfill the administrative requirements. It then affects the cognitive element on how to make sustain and executable planning of the Village Fund Program, which leads to poor planning, so that difficult to be executed. As it is mandatory, the program is still run improvised that makes the output utilization was low.

Types of data collected in this study are qualitative data, namely the potential of batik as an attraction for tourist villages in the needle village of Bayat district, Klaten district, Central Java province. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation. The results of this study are the potential of batik as an attraction for tourist villages in the needle village of Bayat district, Klaten district, Central Java, the potential of batik produced include canting batik, paid batik motifs, wooden batik.

This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

Abstract: the objective of this research are to know: 1) correlation between leadership of school principal with teacher performance; 2) correlation between achievement motivation with teacher performance; correlation between compensation with teacher performance; 4) correlation between leadership of school principal, achievement motivation, and compensation with teacher performance. Population cover 215 teachers and 42 elementary school principal at Sub-district Bonang, District Demak, Central Java Province. Sample consist of 133 teacher and 23 school principal selected randomly with standard error of 5 %. Data collection is questioner. The research shows that: there is positive and significant correlation between leadership of school principal with teacher performance with significant value of = 0,000 < 0,05, t observation = 7,834 > t table = 1,657, dan F observation = 61,337 > F table 3,916; there is positive and significant correlation between achievement motivation with teacher performance with significant value of = 0,025 < 0,05, t observation = 2,270 > t table = 1,657, dan F observation = 5,155 > F tabl2 3,916; there is positive and significant correlation betweencompensation with teacher performance with significant value of = 0,000 < 0,05, t observation = 5,428 > t table = 1,657, dan F observation= 29,458 > F table 3,916; there is positive and significant correlation betweenleadership of school principal, achievement motivation, and compensation with teacher performance with significant value of = 0,000 < 0,05, dan F observation = 25, 057 > F table 3,916. Determination coeficient (R2) is 0,614 showing that three of independent variable give contribution to teacher performance 61,4 %, while 38,6 % come from other variables.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar: 1) hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru; 2) hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru; 3) hubungan kompensasi dengan kinerja guru; 4) hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru.Populasi penelitian ini adalah 215 guru dan 42 kepala sekolah sekolah dasar (SD) di Kecamatan Bonang, Kabupaten Demak, Jawa Tengah, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah 133 guru dan 23 kepala sekolah yang ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling dengan tingkat kesalahan 5 %. Alatpengumpuldata adalah angket.
