The effect of marmet technique and breast milk production in postpartumBackground: Breast milk coverage in Indonesia is only 42%. This figure is clearly below the WHO target which requires coverage of breast milk up to 50%. The inability of breastfeeding mothers can be prevented by teaching appropriate techniques to expedite the release of breast milk, one of which is the technique of marmet which is a massage using two fingers that can stimulate the hormone oxytocin to produce milk.Purpose: Knowing the effect of marmet technique and breast milk production in postpartum.Methods: This type of quantitative research with quasi-experimental research designs or quasi-experimental with two groups pretest-posttest. The study population of post partum at community medical center (BPM Nurhayati, S.ST) Jati Agung Sub district, South Lampung Regency of 56 post partum mothers and 30 samples. 15 samples treated marmet technique and 15 as comparison groups. The technique sample with accidental sampling. Analysis data of univariate and bivariate t-test.Results: There was a significant difference before and after the Marmet technique shows the highest significant was after the Marmet technique because of the meanest values with a difference of 40.63 milliliters of Breast milk and t-test results 11.398 and p-value 0.000 <0.05.Conclusion: There was a significant influence before and after the technique of Marmet on breast milk Production in Post Partum.Keywords: Breast Milk Production; Marmet technique; PostpartumPendahuluan: Cakupan ASI di Indonesia hanya 42%. Angka ini jelas berada di bawah target WHO yang mewajibkan cakupan ASI hingga 50%. Ketidakmampuan ibu menyusui dapat dicegah dengan mengajarkan teknik yang sesuai untuk memperlancar pengeluaran ASI, salah satunya dengan teknik marmet yang merupakan pijitan dengan menggunakan dua jari yang dapat merangsang hormone ositosin untuk memproduksi ASI.Tujuan: Diketahui pengaruh tekhnik marmet terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI pada ibu post partum.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian quasi eksperimen atau eksperimen semu dengan two group pretest-postest. Populasi penelitian ibu post partum di BPM Nurhayati, S.ST Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampung Selatan sebanyak 56 ibu post partum dan sampel sebanyak 30 ibu. Dimana dibagi 2 kelompok, 15 ibu dilakukan perlakuan (teknikmarmet) dan 15 ibu sebagai kelompok pembanding. Teknik sampel dengan acidental sampling. Analisa data univariat dan bivariat uji t (t-test).Hasil: Ada perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah teknik Marmet menunjukan signifikan tertinggi terdapat pada sesudah teknik Marmet karena sesudah teknik Marmet mempunyai nilai mean paling banyak dengan perbedaan sebanyak 40,63 mililiter ASI dan hasil t-test 11,398 dan nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05.Simpulan: Ada pengaruh yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah teknik marmet terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu post partum.

Abstract Adequacy of milk production in the newborns will affect the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Not all postpartum mothers are able to increase milk production in the postpartum period. Acupressure at the meridian points is one way to increase milk production in postpartum mothers. This study aims to determine the effect of acupressure therapy on increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers at PKU Muhamadiyah Bantul. This study was a quantitative study  a quasi-experimental research design with pre-test and post-test nonequivalent control group. The number of respondents in each group was 17 people. The treatment given was acupressure at the meridian points for 5 minutes on days 2 and 3of poatpartum. Breastfeeding adequacy was assessed before treatment and on day 4 postpartum. Data were analyzed by Mc Nemar analysis. The results showed that there was a significant difference in breast milk production before and after acupressure with p value of 0.000 (p value <0.05). There was a significant difference in breast milk production in the control group before and after being given the breastfeeding technique leaflet p value 0.001 (p value <0.05). Conclusion: There is no significant difference in breast milk production after being given acupressure and after being given leaflets about breastfeeding techniques at PKU Muhamadiyah Bantul p value 0.100 (p value> 0.05).  Keywords: acupressure, breast milk production, postpartum

Background: Breast milk is the main source of nutrition for babies from birth until they are able to digest other nutritional sources after 6 months of age. Failure in the breastfeeding process is often caused by maternal factors, namely breastfeeding. Actions to facilitate milk production include the oxytocin massage method.Objective: The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of oxytocin massage compared to counseling on breastfeeding techniques using leaflets on the milk production of primiparous postpartum mothers.Methods: The study used a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design. The sample selection was accidental sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria, which consisted of 30 postpartum mothers who were divided into 2 groups, 15 respondents were given oxytocin massage and 15 respondents were given leaflets. The data analysis method was univariate and bivariate using Paired T-test and Independent T-test.Results: The results showed that the oxytocin massage treatment had a p-value= 0.000 (p < 0.05) meaning that there was a difference between before and after treatment. The control group had a p-value= 0.432 (p > 0.05) meaning that there was no difference between before and after treatment. There was a significant difference between the treatment group compared to the control group.Conclusion: Oxytocin massage has a significant effect in increasing milk production in primiparous postpartum mothers. Oxytocin massage is more effective than counseling using leaflet media to increase breast milk production.

Abstrak: Produksi ASI yang kurang dan lambat keluar dapat menyebabkan ibu tidak memberikan ASI pada bayinya dengan cukup. Selain hormon prolaktin, proses laktasi juga bergantung pada hormon oksitosin, yang dilepas dari hipofise posterior sebagai reaksi terhadap penghisapan putting. Rolling massage salah satu terapi relaksasi yang bertujuan menstimulasi saraf pusat pada hipofisis posterior dan anterior sehingga dapat meningkatkan produksi ASI khususnya pada ibu post partum dan memberikan kenyamanan dan rileksasi setelah persalinan. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui efektifitas produksi ASI pada ibu post partum dengan massage rolling (punggung) di BPM Sri Sukeni Sleman. Metode penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experimental Design dengan rancangan penelitian two group post test design. Kelompok kontrol adalah ibu postpartum tanpa dipijat Massage roliing dan kelompok perlakuan adalah kelompok ibu postpartum yang dipijat masssage Roliing. Analisis data menggunakan uji independent t test dan paired sample t test. Hasil penelitian uji t sampel menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang bermakna (p=0.023<) produksi ASI (berat badan bayi) antara kelompok kontrol ( 2687,07 ± 160,155) dengan kelompok perlakuan (2846,13± 198,968). Perbedaan ini terlihat pada rerata berat badan bayi pada kelompok perlakuan lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kelompok. Massage rolling memengaruhi produksi ASI di BPM Sri Sukeni Sleman Tahun 2017. Abstract: The inadequate, slow production of breast milk makes mothers unable to provide enough breast milk to their babies. Besides the prolactin hormone, the lactation process also depends on oxytocin hormone which is secreted from the posterior hypophysis as a reaction on nipple suckling. Rolling massage is one of the relaxation therapy which aims to stimulate the central nerve on posterior and anterior hypophysis, so the breast milk production can be increased, particularly in the postpartum mothers, and comfort and relaxation after childbirth can be provided. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of breast milk production in the postpartum mothers with massage rolling (back) in Sri Sukeni Community Empowerment Agency, Sleman. The methodology in this research is Quasi-Experimental Design with two-group posttest design. The control group is postpartum mothers without massage rolling and the treatment group is postpartum mother treated with the massage rolling. Data analysis used the independent t-test and the paired sample t-test. The research shows the result that in samples of t-test, there is a meaningful difference (p = 0.023<) in breast milk production (weight of baby) between control group (2,687.07 ± 160.155) and treatment group (2,846.13 ± 198.968). This difference is shown in the average weight of baby in treatment group which is higher compared with the control group. Massage rolling affects breast milk production in Sri Sukeni Community Empowerment Agency, Sleman in 2017.

Background: Breast milk spending is a very complex interaction between mechanics, nerves, and hormons. The decrease and production of breast milk production in the first days after delivery can be caused by a lack of stimulation of prolactin and oxytocin hormons. Caesarea section does not allow the mother to breastfeed her infant more flexibly, with adaptation to the pain, so she should be able to support the health worker thoroughly about the lactation process. Purpose: to know the difference of endorphin, oxytocin and combination effect on breast milk production in Postoperative section of caesarea section. Research design: quasi experimental design type post test only non equivalent control group design. The population in this study were all postoperative mothers caesarea section, 10 samples for each treatment. Group 1 : endorphin massage, group 2 (control) : the oxytocin massage, and group 3 : the combine massage. Results: Combination massage is the best method to produce the highest amount of ASI because the largest Sig p value is (1,000) where the level is significant <0.05. So H0 this study was rejected means that there is a significant difference between the production of breast milk from the combination massage compared with the two massage done separately. Conclusion: It is expected during childbirth the midwife can develop and implement independent non-pharmacological midwife actions to help increase milk production

Low breastmilk production is a major problem for new mothers, apart from drowning or flat nipples, swollen breasts, babies who are reluctant to breastfeed because of improper techniques or babies with short tongues.  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving soy milk on increasing breast milk production in post-partum mothers at the Juwita Primary Clinic in 2020. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research design with one group pretest posttest.  The population in this study were all postpartum mothers four to ten days post partum, the sample in this study was 10 respondents using accidental sampling technique in accordance with the inclusion criteria.  Based on the results of this study, it was found that before soy milk intervention was given as many as 70% complained that their milk was a little smooth and 30% smooth, while after being given soy milk intervention, 40% smooth milk and 60% very smooth milk were obtained.  Based on the research results obtained P-value 0.004 <0.05.  This means that there is an effect of giving soy milk on increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers.  The conclusion is that giving soy milk has a positive effect on increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers.

Background. Breast milk is the best food given to babies especially when the baby is 0-6 months old. Many of the benefits felt by one of them is getting the nutrients needed by the baby in his golden period. In nutrition status monitoring shows that the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding during the first 6 months by mothers is still very low, one of the reasons is the inadequacy of breast milk production. Oxytocin massage is a useful therapy in increasing the hormone prolactin so that the production of breast milk in mothers will also increase.Purpose. To find out the effect of oxytocin massage on the increase in the production of breast milk in nursing mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months.Method.This study uses a quasi-experimental design using one group pre-post test. The number of samples was 33 people, with the inclusion criteria being that the mother did not use drugs to increase the production of breast milk/milk booster and was willing to follow the treatment in the study, while the exclusion criteria were that the mother did not exclusively breastfeed her baby, had an areola inverter breast anatomy structure, had a history of open wounds in the back area. Prior to the oxytocin massage, respondents were measured for signs of breast milk adequacy through questionnaires filled out before and after the intervention, then the baby's weight was measured before and after the intervention using a baby's weight measurement after 4 weeks of oxytocin massage.Results. Oxytocin massage intervention can increase the production of breast milk by 0.52 which from before the intervention by 1.12 to 1.64 after intervention. Based on the results of dependent T Test obtained P-value 0.0001 which means there is a meaningful relationship between the administration of oxytocin massage to the increase in the production of breast milk in nursing mothers.Conclusion. There is an influence of occult massage on the increase of breast milk production in nursing mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months.Suggestion. Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan makanan yang terbaik diberikan kepada bayi terlebih saat bayi tersebut berusia 0-6 bulan. Banyak manfaat yang dirasakan salah satunya adalah mendapatkan zat gizi yang dibutuhkan oleh bayi di periode keemasannya. Pada pemantauan status gizi menunjukan bahwa cakupan pemberian ASI Ekslusif selama 6 bulan pertama oleh ibu masih sangat rendah, salah satu alasannya adalah ketidakcukupan produksi ASI. Pijat oksitosin merupakan terapi yang bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan hormone prolaktin sehingga produksi ASI pada ibu juga akan meningkat.Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pijat oksitosin terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui yang memiliki bayi berusia 0-6 bulan.Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan one group pre-post test. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 orang, dengan kriteria inklusi adalah Ibu tidak menggunakan obat untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI/booster ASI dan bersedia mengikuti treatmen pada penelitian, sedangkan kriteria eklusi adalah ibu tidak menyusui bayinya secara eksklusif, memiliki struktur anatomi payudara aerola inverter, memiliki riwayat luka terbuka di area punggung. Sebelum dilakukan pijat oksitosin, responden diukur tanda-tanda kecukupan ASI melalui kuesioner yang diisi sebelum dan sesudah intervensi, selanjutnya pada bayinya akan diukur berat badan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi menggunakan penimbangan berat badan bayi setelah 4 minggu pemberian pijat oksitosin.Hasil. Intervensi pijat oksitosin dapat meningkatkan produksi ASI sebesar 0,52 yang dari sebelum intervensi sebesar 1,12 menjadi 1,64 setelah dilakukannya intervensi.Berdasarkan hasil Uji T dependen didapatkan hasil P-value 0,0001 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pemberian pijat oksitosin terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI pada ibu yang menyusui.Kesimpulan. Terdapat pengaruh pemberian pijat oksitosin terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI pada ibu  menyusui yang memiliki bayi berusia 0-6 bulan.Saran. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan sampel yang lebih banyak dan jangka waktu pemberian Intervensi yang lebih lama. Kata kunci: Pijat oksitosin, ASI, Menyusui

In order to achieve success in exclusive breastfeeding care is needed for postpartum care in the first days of post partum to help maximize breast milk production. There are various ways that can be done to help increase milk production by using certain massage techniques, especially in the back area such as the SPEOS Method (Endorphin, Oxytocin and Suggestive Massage Stimulation) and the Marmet Technique. The purpose of this study is knowing the differences in the SPEOS Method (Stimulation of Endorphin, Oxytocin and Suggestive Massage) with the Marmet Technique on the milk production of postpartum mothers in the working area of ​​Karang Pule Health Center. This study uses quasi experimental with a post test only design with control group. This research was conducted in April 2019. The study population was all postpartum mothers in the working area of ​​Karang Pule Health Center. The research sample was 34 people. Data analysis using Independent T-test. The characteristics of this study which postpartum mothers were mostly aged 20-35 years with 88.2% presentation, the education level of most senior high schools with a presentation of 47.1%, most mothers did not work with presentations at 76.5% and mostly multiparous parity that is equal to 82.4%. After a statistical test using Independent T-Test significance value (p) of 0.043 <0.05 means that there is a difference between the use of the SPEOS method and the Marmet Technique. The Conclusion this study there is a difference between the SPEOS Method and the Marmet Technique of Breast milk Production in the work area of ​​Karang Pule Health Center

ABSTRACT KATUK LEAF EXTRACT AFFECTS BREAST MILK PRODUCTION IN BREASTFEEDING MOTHERS  Background Milk production which is not quite the most common factors that lead to the cessation of the practice of exclusive breastfeeding type in an attempt to increase the rate of secretion and milk production is through the use of traditional herb medicine such as leaf extract katuk S leaves katuk been shown to have a wide variety of non-pharmacological activity. And katuk contains a number of important nutrients such as protein, vitamin C, vitamin D, calcium to folic acid.The purpose of this research is  to determine the effect of giving Katuk leaf extract on breast milk production of breastfeeding mothers at Kemiling Inpatient Health Center Bandar Lampung 2021. Method research design using pre-experimental method with two group pretest – posttest approach. sampling technique with purposive sampling as many as 30 breastfeeding mothers, the results of the study were analyzed by independent t-test. This data was taken using an observation sheet in the form of a checklist for the consumption of katuk leaves extract that was consumed by the mother. This research was conducted in March-July 2021. The results of statistical tests using independent obtained p-value 0.001 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between giving katuk leaf extract and not giving katuk leaf extract.Conclusion The results of statistical test using independent  t-test obtained p-value 0.001 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between giving katuk leaves extract and not giving katuk leaves extract.Suggestion Future researchers are expected to use this research source as an additional reference. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan maretjuli 2021. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan independen didapat nilai p-value  0, 001< 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan  yang  signifik  antara pemberian ektrak daun katuk dan yang tidak diberikan ektrak daun katukKesimpulan Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p< 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan Ha dierima yang artinya ada pengaruh pemberian ektrak daun katuk terhadap ibu menyusui menyusui Di Puskesmas Rawat Inap Kemiling Bandar Lampung 2021. Saran untuk Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan sumber penelitian ini sebagai referensi tambahan. ABSTRAKASI mengandung gizi tinggi yang sangat bermanfaat untuk kesehatan bayi, bahkan WHO merekomendasikan bayi untuk mendapatkan ASI eksklusif selama 6 bulan. Pencapaian ASI eksklusif di Indonesia belum mencapai angka yang diharapkan. Menurut Kemenkes RI pada  (2018) cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif hanya 36% yang akan memberikan dampak negatif terhadap status kesehatan gizi, serta tingkat kecerdasan anak. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian buah papaya muda terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu post partum. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasy experiment dengan two group with pretest and postest design. Sampel berjumlah 30 ibu post partum yang melahirkan normal. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah paired T-Test dan Independet T-Test. Rata-rata skor kecukupan ASI pada kelompok eksperimen sebelum diberikan buah pepaya muda adalah 5,93 dan sesudah adalah 14,60. Rata-rata kecukupan ASI pada kelompok kontrol sebelum adalah 6,60  dan sesudah adalah 7,86. Analisis bivariat menggunakan Independent t-test diperoleh p value = 0,00. Hal ini berarti ada perbedaan yang signifikan kecukupan ASI pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Buah pepaya muda terbukti menstimulasi produksi ASI. Oleh karena itu diharapkan bagi bidan unuk dapat memberikan penyuluhan tentang manfaat buah pepaya muda guna meningkatkan produksi ASI agar ibu memberikan ASI eksklusif. Kata Kunci : kecukupan ASI; buah pepaya muda; ibu post partum ABSTRACTBreast milk contains high nutrition which is very beneficial for the health babies, even WHO recommends babies to get exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months. The achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia has not reached the expected number. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2018) the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is only 36% which will have a negative impact on the nutritional health status and the level of intelligence of children. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of papaya fruit on breast milk production in post partum women. This study used a quasy experiment with two groups with pretest and posttest design. A sample of 30 postpartum women who gave birth normally. Data analysis had been done by paired T-Test and Independent T-Test. The average adequacy rate of postpartum women in the experimental group before being given raw papaya fruit was 5.93 and after 14.60. The mean postpartum breastfeeding adequacy rate in the control group before was 6.60 and after 7.86. Bivariate analysis using Independent t-test obtained p value = 0.00. There is a significant difference in the adequacy of breast milk in the experimental group and the control group. Papaya fruit is proven to stimulate breast milk production. Therefore, it is hoped that midwives can provide counseling about the benefits of young papaya fruit to increase milk production so that mothers provide exclusive breastfeeding Key words : adequacy breat milk, young papaya fruit, postpartum women

This research was conducted in March-July 2021. The results of statistical tests using independent obtained p-value 0.001 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between giving katuk leaf extract and not giving katuk leaf extract.Conclusion The results of statistical test using independent  t-test obtained p-value 0.001 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between giving katuk leaves extract and not giving katuk leaves extract. Suggestion Future researchers are expected to use this research source as an additional reference. Further research on the effect of katuk leaf extract on breast milk production by adding other herbal ingredients in accordance with the prescribed dose Keywords: Katuk Leaves Extract, ASI ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Produksi ASI yang tidak cukup merupakan faktor penghambat yang paling umum menyebabkan berhentinya praktik pemberian ASI eksklusif ketik salah satu upaya meningkatkan laju sekresi dan produksi ASI adalah melalui penggunaan obat ramuan tradisional seperti ekstrak daun katuk S daun katuk telah terbukti memiliki berbagai macam aktivitas nonfarmakologi. Dan katuk mengandung sejumlah nutrisi penting seperti protein, vitamin C, vitamin D, kalsium hingga asam folat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Ekstrak Daun  Katuk Terhadap Produksi ASI Pada Ibu Menyusui Di Puskesmas Rawat Inap Kemiling Bandar Lampung 2021Metode penelitian Desain penelitian menggunakan metode Pra Eksperimental dengan pendekatan two grouppretest – posttest. teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 30 orang ibu menyusui, hasil penelitian dianalisa dengan uji independent t- test. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan maret-juli 2021.Hasil uji statistik menggunakan independen didapat nilai p-value  0, 001< 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan  yang  signifik  antara pemberian ektrak daun katuk dan yang tidak diberikan ektrak daun katukKesimpulan Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p< 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan Ha dierima yang artinya ada pengaruh pemberian ektrak daun katuk terhadap ibu menyusui menyusui Di Puskesmas Rawat Inap Kemiling Bandar Lampung 2021. Saran untuk Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan sumber penelitian ini sebagai referensi tambahan. Penelitian lebih lanjut tentang pengaruh ekstrak daun katuk terhadap produksi ASI dengan menambahan bahan herbal lainnya sesuai dengan dosis yang ditentukan Kata Kunci : Ekstrak Daun Katuk,ASI
