ABSTRACT : CORRELATION BETWEEN SERVICES AND HEALTH FACILITIES WITH PATIENT SATISFACTION ON INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT OF CHILDHOOD ILLNES (IMCI) SERVICE AT KARYA TANI’S PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER DISTRICT  Background : The Purpose is on integrated management of childhood illnes (IMCI)  significantly reduce the mortality and morbidity associated with the most common diseases in infants. Contribute to the growth and development of children's health. Achievement indicators of health care of children under five in 2016 amounted to 75.82% do not meet the Strategic Plan targets by 83%. The achievement of this indicator also decreased compared to 2015, which amounted to 70.12%.Purpose: To know correlation between service and health facility patien satisfaction on integrated management of childhood illnes (IMCI) At Karya Tani’s Public Health Center District East Lampung 2018Methods: Quantitative research type, analytic research design with cross sectional approach. The population is all mothers with toddlers who perform the examination with average visits per month as many as 63 people. The statistical test used was the statistical test Chi-Square.Results: Frequency distribution of patient satisfaction, with dissatisfied category as many as 34 respondents (54%). Distribution of service frequency, with less good category as many as 36 respondents (57.1%). Distribution of frequency of health facilities, with poor category as many as 25 respondents (39.7%).Conclusion : There is a correlation service with patient satisfaction Integrated Management of childhood  Pain (IMCI). The results obtained (p-value 0.0001 <α 0.05) with the value of OR 18,229. It is expected that Puskesmas Karya Tani can provide training on integrated management of childhood illnes (IMCI) to health workers as well as providing facilities and infrastructure especially for Integrated Management of Childhood (IMCI). Keyword                        : Service Health Facilities, Patient Satisfaction, IMCI

The role of health workers in administering health services is very important, especially as health service implementers, so it is natural that the ability and performance of health workers are one of the determinants of success in health services.. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline on employee performance at the public health center Pragaan, Sumenep Regency. The design of this study was an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being directed at analyzing the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline on employee performance at public health center Pragaan, Sumenep Regency.with a population of 175 respondents and a sample of 114 respondents who were drawn using the simple random sampling technique. The findings showed that almost half of the respondents had a leadership style in the moderate category as many as 56 respondents (49.1%). Almost half of the respondents have medium category motivation as many as 48 respondents (42.1%). Nearly half of the respondents have sufficient work discipline as many as 49 respondents (43%). Nearly half of the respondents have a moderate performance category as many as 51 respondents (44.7%). Based on the results of the Multiple Linear Regression analysis, it shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it is concluded that simultaneously there is an influence of leadership style, Motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Pragaan Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency with a magnitude of the influence of 75%. As a leader, the head of the puskesmas can provide appropriate direction, input and supervision to his subordinates so that the performance carried out by health workers can be well organized.

Nutritional problems, especially stunting in infants can inhibit a child's development, with negative impacts that will take place in the next life. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of parenting, breastfeeding, the role of health workers on the incidence of stunting in infants at the Gandusari  Public Health Center in Blitar Regency. This research design is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. with the focus of his research directed to be analyzing some of the factors that influence the incidence of stunting in UPT Public Health Center Gandusari Blitar Regency with a population of 163 respondents and a sample of 115 respondents taken by the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire, data analysis with logistic regression test at α = 0.05. The results showed that there was an influence of parenting on the incidence of stunting in infants (p-value = 0,000), there was an effect of breastfeeding on the incidence of stunting in infants (p-value = 0.008), there was an influence on the role of health workers on the incidence of stunting in infants (p -value = 0.003). It can be concluded that the incidence of stunting in infants at the Gandusari Community Health Center is influenced by parenting, breastfeeding, and the role of the health worker at 33% while the remaining 67% is influenced by other factors. parenting, breastfeeding, the role of health workers are factors that influence the incidence of stunting. Lack of knowledge leads to the formation of negative attitudes towards stunting prevention efforts by mothers and cadres due to lack of information.

Background : The low achievement of toddler visits during the pandemic to the Tangkiang Integrated Service Post was 20% due to the mother's anxiety when bringing her toddler to the Integrated Service Post during the covid 19 pandemic, the mother of the toddler was afraid of the child and herself being infected by covid 19 when she came to visit the Integrated Service Post. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of mother's anxiety with the compliance of toddlers' visits to the Integrated Service Post during the Covid 19 pandemic at the Tangkiang Public Health Center, Kintom District, Banggai Regency. Methods : This study uses a correlational analytic design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 30 respondents with a total sample of 30 respondents. sampling in this study using total sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires and MCH handbooks. Data analysis to see the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable using the chi square statistical test with a significant level of = 0.05. Results : The results showed that of the 30 respondents, half of the respondents experienced a mild level of anxiety, namely 15 respondents (50.0%) and most of the respondents were obedient in visiting the posyandu, namely as many as 21 respondents (70.0%). The results of data analysis using Chi Square statistical test obtained P value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) which means that there is a relationship between maternal anxiety level and compliance with toddler visits to Integrated Service Post at Post of Public Health Center Tangkiang, Kintom District, Banggai Regency. Conclusion : Mild mother's anxiety level can affect the compliance of toddlers' visits to posyandu during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Background: Based on a preliminary survey conducted at a public and basic accredited health center by interviewing several staff at the health services , they said that the accredited Public health center had human resources in terms of quality and quantity, inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Also, administrative services  was under standard operating procedures and it has not been carried out optimally. The quality of service has not met the standards as a service facility at the first level. Methods: This study is an observational study which used a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 139 health workers. The analysis used  chi square. Result: There is a significant positive relationship between resources with the level of Public health center accreditation ( p-value= 0.000<0.05). There is a significant positive relationship between infrastructure and the level of accreditation ( p-value= 0.000<0.05). There is a significant positive relationship between service quality and accreditation level ( p-value= 0.005<0.05). Conclusion: There is the relationship between resources, infrastructure, service quality and the level of Public health center accreditation.

The role of health workers in administering health services is very important, especially as health service implementers, so it is natural that the ability and performance of health workers is one of the determinants of success in health services. The purpose of this research is to analyze Outpatient satisfaction in terms of service quality, perception and response time at Karangploso Public Health Center, Malang District. The design of this study was an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with a sample of 105 respondents which is taken by Accidental Sampling technique. The finding result shows that p-value of 0.000 <0.05, H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that simultaneously there is an effectservice quality, perception and response time to outpatient satisfaction geriatricsat the Karangpploso Public Health Center, Malang District with the amount of influence of 84%. In patient satisfaction, it is influenced by various things, namely the suitability between the patient's expectations and the reality that the patient meets in the field, the second form of service during the service process provided by health workers and the responsiveness of health workers to patients.

There are about 2.8 million incident of perineal rupture in maternal physiological labor. In 2050,it is estimated that the incidence of perineal rupture can be 6.3 million if it is not accompanied by a good midwifery care. In 2016, in Trawas, there was (89%) perineal rupture in primiparas and (57%) perineal rupture in multiparas. Perineal rupture incidences due to parity were still very high. This study aims to analyze the relationship between parity and the incidence of perineal rupture . It is quantitative studyusing a cross sectional approach, by using analysis of physiological maternity women  medical record data from January to April 2017 of 130 peoplein Trawas Public Health Center, Mojokerto Regency.The dataanalysis used was Chi - Square , indicated by p value = 0,000 with ɑ = 0,05. It means that the value of p <ɑ, so H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between parity and the incidence of perineal rupture on physiological maternity women in Trawas Public Health Center,Mojokerto Regency. Midwives can apply collaboration with patients and their families to have physical and psychologicalpreparation with an alternative of hypnobirthing methods.

Hypertension is one of the number one causes of death and disability in the world. Hypertension contributes nearly 9.4 million deaths from cardiovascular disease each year. Hypertension can cause undesirable effects, it needs good handling, one of them is by doing a hypertension diet. To carry out a hypertension diet requires knowledge, lack of knowledge can increase risk factors for hypertension. This study aims to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge about hypertension diet to the incidence of hypertension in the elderly at the Baloi Permai Public Health Center Batam City. This research method is an analytic observational with a cross-sectional approach conducted at the Baloi Permai Public Health Center Batam City 2018. Sampling technique is a total sampling with a sample of 64 people in 2018 determined by inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the study were analyzed with frequency distribution and then tested with the Chi-square test. Based on the results of this study indicate that of the 64 respondents found elderly who have a good level of knowledge are 41 people (64.1%), 48 people (75.0%) have an age range between 60-70 years. 27 people (42.2%) elderly have the last high school education and 40 people (62.5%) have jobs as entrepreneurs. Elderly people who have normal blood pressure are 40 people (62.5%), and those affected by hypertension are 24 people (37.5%). The elderly who have a family history of hypertension is 21 people (32.8%) and those who do not have a history of hypertension are 43 people (67.2%). Chi-Square Test analysis results show the significance value p = 0.009. This number is significant because the p-value is smaller than the significance level (α) ≤ 5% (0.05), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship about the level of knowledge about the hypertension diet to the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. From the results of this study it was concluded that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge about the hypertension diet and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly at the Baloi Permai Public Health Center Batam City in 2016.

Hypertension is a disease that usually occurs in the circulatory system which can cause an increase in blood pressure above the normal value, which exceeds 140/90 mmHg. The intention of this study aims to understand the relationship between lifestyle and the incidence of hypertension in Antang Makassar Public Health Center in 2018. This research method uses quantitative analytic motives using a cross sectional approach with a population of 46 people and a sample of 36 respondents. This research was conducted on July 14-16 June. The method used is simple random sampling and the tool used to obtain data is a questionnaire. The scale used is Liker and Guttmann scale with univariate, bivariate analysis and chi-square test with significant a = 0, 05. The results of this study indicate there is a relationship between lifestyle and the incidence of hypertension in the Makassar Antang Health Center with P = 0, 01 smaller than the value of a = 0.05. Suggestions are for hypertensive patients, namely the need to check their health routinely to health workers in order to know the development of blood pressure and obtain information from health workers.

ABSTRAK Layanan rujukan gawat darurat Ambulans Desa merupakan salah satu layanan yang cukup banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mengwi 1 Kabupaten Badung. Namun, hingga saat ini belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kepuasan pasien layanan rujukan gawat darurat Ambulans Desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kepuasan pasien terhadap rujukan gawat darurat Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan survei kuesioner yang diisi melalui wawancara responden. Sampel dipilih secara consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 75 orang dari 6 desa di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mengwi 1 Kabupaten Badung. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis univariat. Penghitungan indeks kepuasan yang dimodifikasi dari Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Reformasi Birokrasi nomor 14 tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan layanan rujukan gawat darurat Ambulans Desa sudah memuaskan dengan memperoleh nilai Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat mencapai 3,64 (konversi 91). Kepuasan dari dimensi bukti fisik 3,58 (konversi 89,50), dimensi kehandalan 3,65 (konversi 91,25), dimensi daya tanggap 3,70 (konversi 92,50), dimensi jaminan 3,67 (konversi 91,75), dan dimensi empati 3,64 (konversi 91). Secara umum layanan rujukan gawat Ambulans Desa dinilai sudah memuaskan. Namun, tetap perlu dilakukan monitoring evaluasi kualitas layanan secara berkesinambungan dan peningkatan pada komponen-komponen yang masih dinilai kurang memuaskan.. Kata kunci: Kepuasan pasien, rujukan gawat darurat, ambulans desa   ABSTRACT The Village Ambulance emergency referral service is one of the services that is quite widely utilized by the community in the working area of the Mengwi 1 Badung public health center. There has never been an evaluation of the patient satisfaction of the Village Ambulance emergency referral service. This study aims to assess patient satisfaction emergency referral services. This research is a quantitative descriptive cross-sectional study with data collection using a questionnaire survey filled with interview to respondents. A total of 75 service users was selected with consecutive sampling from 6 villages in the working area of the Mengwi 1 Badung public health center. Data analysis was performed by univariate analysis. The calculation of the satisfaction index refers to and is modified from the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reforms Bureaucracy Reform number 14 of 2017. The results of this study indicate that overall the emergency ambulance referral service for the Village has been satisfactory by obtaining a Community Satisfaction Index score 3,64 (convertion 91). Satisfaction from tangible dimension 3,58 (convertion 89.50), reliability dimension 3,65 (convertion 91.25), responsiveness dimension 3,70 (convertion 92.50), assurance dimension 3,67 (convertion 91.75), and empathy dimensions 3,64 (convertion 91). However, monitoring of service quality evaluations still needs to be carried out continuously and improvements to components that are still considered unsatisfactory should be conducted. Abstrak Latar belakang: Kandidiasis vulvovaginalis adalah infeksi mukosa pada vagina maupun vulva yang disebabkan oleh jamur Candida. Infeksi terjadi secara akut, subakut, dan kronis, baik endogen maupun eksogen yang menimbulkan keluhan pada vagina. Umumnya infeksi pertama di vagina disebut vulvitis. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan kebersihan vulva dengan kejadian kandidiasis vulvovaginalis pada usia subur di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung. Metode: Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai Juli 2018 di Unit Infeksi Menular Seksual Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung. Populasinya adalah sejumlah orang yang datang ke Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung. Sampel adalah sebanyak 33 orang, metode pengambilan sampel adalah secara accidental sampling kemudian data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan pemeriksaan laboratorium. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Chi-Square.  Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebersihan vulva tidak baik (75,8%) dan berpengaruh positif terhadap kandidiasis vulvovaginalis di Puskesmas Cipayung (87,9%). Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p = 0,036 (p<0,05), atau ada hubungan kebersihan vulva dengan kejadian kandidiasis vulvovaginalis pada wanita usia subur di Puskesmas Cipayung. Kesimpulan: Kebersihan vulva ada hubungannya dengan kejadian kandidiasis vulvovaginalis di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya kebersihan vagina pada wanita usia subur yang menyebabkan meningkatnya kejadian kandidiasis.   Kata kunci: Kebersihan vulva, kandidiasis vulvovaginalis, wanita usia subur, puskesmas cipayung   Abstract Background: Vulvovaginalis candidiasis is infection in the mucosal of vagina or vulva caused by Candida fungus. Infection can occur acutely, subacute, and chronic, both endogenously and exogenously which often cause symptoms in the vagina. Generally, first infection in the vagina called vulvitis. Objective: This study aims to determine the association of the vulva higiene with vulvovaginal candidiasis on fertile age in Cipayung sub-district Public Health Center (PHC). Method: The study used cross sectional design approach. The study was conducted from February to July 2018 in sexually transmitted infection unit. Total sample was 33 patients at Cipayung sub-district PHC. The sampling method is purposive sampling and data were collected by questionnaire and laboratory results. Statistical analysis used is Chi-Square. Results: The results showed that the vulva hygiene was poor (75.8%) and there was positive association with vulvovaginal candidiasis in Cipayung PHC (87.9%). The result of statistical tests obtained p-value = 0.036 (p <0.05), or there is a relationship of vulva hygiene with vulvovaginal candidiasis in women of childbearing age at Cipayung PHC. Conclusion: There is a relationship between vulva hygiene and vulvovaginal candidiasis at Cipayung sub-district PHC due to lack of vaginal hygiene on woman of childbearing age, which increased the incidence of candidiasis.
