A wide range of issues arising from tax in the Mall parking lot Pekalongan City Mall as the need for security and comfort of the consumer vehicle, the parking tax could stiil meet its targets and can still contribute to local revenue in Mall – Mall Pekalongan. Changing of media consumption in the digital age is the object of focus attention of both Russian and foreign researchers. Modern cultural studies note the increasing role of video content in the media environment. Taking into account current trends, libraries more often create their own video materials to implement various goals and objectives. Thus, creation of own video content is rapidly becoming an integral part of the work of modern library. However, despite some established experience of libraries in this area, there is still not enough research of general and theoretical nature on the content, guidelines and prospects for the development of activities related to the creation and use of library video content, and there is no its classification.The purpose of this work is to conduct analysis of the video content in libraries, identify the most common materials, as well as to determine the prospects for using this tool to reach their own goals. The article discusses definitions of the term “video content”. The author presents the main types of videos produced by libraries, their characteristics and features. Special attention is paid to video projects of libraries in Russia. The article reveals the experience of the Astrakhan Library for Youth named after B. Shakhovsky in using its own video content. The paper discusses the issue of classification of video materials produced by libraries. The author proposes the following classification of library videos: video review, virtual book exhibition, webinar (online seminar or web conference), interview, humorous video, webcast, event announcement, video report and booktrailer. The author indicates the main reasons hindering the demand for library video content among the wide range of Internet users and gives the rationale for the necessity and importance of this type of activity and proposes possible prospects for using own video content of libraries. Thanks to its presence, the library ceases to be a closed institution storing knowledge within itself that produces positive impact on its image. Using means of communication that are understandable to a person of visual culture, it changes stereotypes and demonstrates its modern capabilities.

Three Stages

<p>This paper examines the role of the Majelis Taklim Nurul Huda in Strengthening Religious Character and social care in Bone Regency. This type of research is qualitative, located in the Nurul Huda mosque, the largest mosque in Bajoe, the capital of Tanete Riattang Timur District, Bone Regency. The primary data source is obtained from the management of the Assembly Taklim Nurul Huda, secondary data obtained from a variety of relevant posts. Data were collected through interviews and observations as well as document searches, so that the research instruments were in the form of observation guidelines, interview guides, and documentation tools. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data exposure, conclusion and verification. The results showed that the role of the Majelis Taklim Nurul Huda in Strengthening Religious Character was seen in the members and the surrounding community having a deep faith, diligent worship, and noble character. Meanwhile, the positive impact of the development of the Majelis Taklim in shaping the character of social care can be seen in the existence of various activities in facilitating social activities.</p>

<p><em>Indonesia with a majority Muslim population has a large zakat potential. Consumptive zakat distribution will only make mustahiq as recipients. Required distribution of zakat productively to empower mustahiq in order to improve its economy to become muzakki. Productive zakat management carried out by an agency or professional amil zakat institutions, such as the Amil Zakat Dompet Dhuafa Republika Yogyakarta that has been instrumental not only in the country but also abroad. This study aims to determine the role of zakat productive economic empowerment mustahiq in Amil Zakat Dompet Dhuafa Republika Yogyakarta 2017. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using the methods of observation, interview and documentation. Data were analyzed using three inductive data analysis process is the process of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study stated that the role of zakat productive economic empowerment mustahiq in Amil Zakat Dompet Dhuafa Republika Yogyakarta is through the provision of programs of economic empowerment that funds be taken from the fund of  productive zakat, the program Kampung Ternak and Institute Mentas Unggul, as well as the provision of socialization, counseling, motivation and ongoing coaching for partners who are being empowered. Belimbing Village Agrotourism is an agriculture-based sustainable agrotourism that has extensive terraced rice fields and stretches with a variety of natural potential around. Development of Belimbing Village Agrotourism is a tourism activity without changing the use and damage of agricultural land and can help the economy of the community in Belimbing Village. This study aims to determine the effect of farmers' knowledge, farmers' skills and farmers' attitudes on the satisfaction of Belimbing Village Agrotourism, the effect of tourists’ satisfaction on visitor loyalty visiting Belimbing Village Agrotourism and Belimbing Village Agrotourism contribution to the welfare of the community in Belimbing Village. Data analysis method used is quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. The population in this study were farmers in Belimbing Village Agrotourism and tourists visiting Belimbing Village Agrotourism using 60 respondents, 30 people for farmers and 30 people for tourists. The model was designed using a Smart PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach that was analyzed using a computer. The results showed that farmers' knowledge had a significant influence on tourists’ satisfaction (p = 0.031). Farmer skills have a significant influence on tourist satisfaction (p = 0.024). Farmer's attitude has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction (p = 0,000). Tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on tourist loyalty (p = 0,000). The contribution of the Belimbing Village Agrotourism in terms of economy, environment and social has a positive impact on the welfare of the community in the Belimbing Village. Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the Belimbing Village Agrotourism can maintain and improve farmers' knowledge, farmers' skills and farmers' attitudes, so that visiting tourists are satisfied and generate tourist loyalty to visit again. This study aimed to determine the role of halal certification and halal awareness toward used product buying behavior. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 college students of State Polytechnic of Malang that are selected through purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the linear regression analysis. The study show that halal certification and halal awareness have positive impact on used product buying behavior.

Abstract This research study about implementation of literation movement program of reading habbit steps for 4th grader in SDN Sampangan, study about impact and teacher’s role in conducting literation program. This research is field research with use qualitative approach. Technique of data collection is conducted by documentation, observation and interview. Technique of data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, and making conclusion while to check data validity is done by observation, triangulation technique and triangulation sources. The result show that The Implementation of Literation Movement Program on Reading Habituation Step for 4th Grader in SDN Sampangan 02 through six steps. First, giving time 10-15 minutes for reading. It can be conducted in class or out of class. Summerize what they are read from the textbook. Retelling what they are read in front of the class. Giving appreciate for student who are already retelling in front of the class and making a note for book which are already read and borrowed by the student in reading card. Positive impact of this activity is there are daily reading habbit which make students become keen on reading and improving their reading references. The role of 4th grader teacher are as assistant and facilitator.
