Belimbing Village Agrotourism is an agriculture-based sustainable agrotourism that has extensive terraced rice fields and stretches with a variety of natural potential around. Development of Belimbing Village Agrotourism is a tourism activity without changing the use and damage of agricultural land and can help the economy of the community in Belimbing Village. This study aims to determine the effect of farmers' knowledge, farmers' skills and farmers' attitudes on the satisfaction of Belimbing Village Agrotourism, the effect of tourists’ satisfaction on visitor loyalty visiting Belimbing Village Agrotourism and Belimbing Village Agrotourism contribution to the welfare of the community in Belimbing Village. Data analysis method used is quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. The population in this study were farmers in Belimbing Village Agrotourism and tourists visiting Belimbing Village Agrotourism using 60 respondents, 30 people for farmers and 30 people for tourists. The model was designed using a Smart PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach that was analyzed using a computer. The results showed that farmers' knowledge had a significant influence on tourists’ satisfaction (p = 0.031). Farmer skills have a significant influence on tourist satisfaction (p = 0.024). Farmer's attitude has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction (p = 0,000). Tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on tourist loyalty (p = 0,000). The contribution of the Belimbing Village Agrotourism in terms of economy, environment and social has a positive impact on the welfare of the community in the Belimbing Village. Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the Belimbing Village Agrotourism can maintain and improve farmers' knowledge, farmers' skills and farmers' attitudes, so that visiting tourists are satisfied and generate tourist loyalty to visit again. This study aims to explore the influence of Natural Resources and Environment (NRE), Politico-Economic Conditions (PEC) on Tourist Behavioral Intension (TBI) in Hunza, Pakistan. The study further investigates the mediating role of Tourist Satisfaction (TS) on the given variables. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique has been applied to conceptualize the research frame and to test the proposed hypotheses. Primary data was collected by using convenient sampling technique for analysis from 220 tourists who visited tourism nucleus sites of Hunza. The finding of the study reveals that Natural resources and Environment, Politico-and Economic Conditions have a significant positive impact on Tourist’s Behavioral Intensions. Moreover, Tourist’s Satisfaction partially mediates the positive relationships among Natural Resources and Environment, Political & Economic Conditions and Tourist’s Behavioral Intensions. The findings of the study extend the understanding that presence of natural resources along with healthy environment and stable political & economic conditions of a destination are the key determinants for sustainable tourism development.

This research aims to identify the role of involvement as a moderating variable in the model of customer loyality. The population in this study is the Xiaomi smartphone users in Yogyakarta. Data is collected through survey method that is guided by questionnaire. The data samples are 200 respondents to eligible the data analysis by structural equation modeling. The results indicate that the involvement moderates the effect of perceived quality, perceived price and after-sales service towards customer satisfaction.. Besides, the result is the involvement moderates the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The results are used to develop strategies to effectively increase customer loyalty by designing a stimulus to increase customer loyalty considering the level of customer involvement.

In this research article, we aim to study the proposed role of human–machine interactive (HMI) technologies, including both artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR)-enabled applications, for the post-COVID-19 revival of the already depleted tourism industry in Vietnam’s major tourist destination and business hub of Ho Chi Minh City. The researchers aim to gather practical knowledge regarding tourists’ intentions for such service enhancements, which may drive the sector to adopt a better conclusive growth pattern in post-COVID-19 times. In this study, we attempt to focus on travelers who look for paramount safety with the assurance of empathetic, personalized care in post-COVID-19 times. In the current study, the authors employ structural equation modeling to evaluate the intentions of tourists both structurally and empirically for destination tourism with data collected from tourists with previous exposure to various kinds of these devices. The study shows that human–machine interactive devices are integrating AI and VR and have a significant effect on overall service quality, leading to tourist satisfaction and loyalty. The use of such social interactive gadgets within tourism and mostly in hospitality services requires an organization to make a commitment to futuristic technologies, along with building value by enriching service quality expectations among fearful tourists. This research shows that tourists mainly focus on the use of such HMI devices from the perspective of technology acceptance factors, qualitative value-enhancing service and trustworthy information-sharing mechanisms. The concept of the tour bubble framework is also discussed in detail. The analysis of this discussion gives us a more profound understanding of the novel opportunities which various administrative agencies may benefit from to position these devices better in smart, sustainable destination tourism strategies for the future so that, collectively, service 5.0 with HMI devices can possibly bring back tourism from being disintegrated. Such service applications are the new social innovations leading to sustainable service and a sophisticated experience for all tourists.

The current study suggests a different and innovative view by testing a unique combination of variables, which are unproven in a single model for the purpose of increasing the ratio of sustainable projects. The project manager can use the model to look their projects and can compose necessary changes for better outcomes. The study objects to postulate the competence breach of project managers with regard to sustainability, and to deliver direction that how to fulfill the research gap. The given work is centered on the result of project supervisor soft capabilities on project sustainability mediated by innovation. To achieve this aim, deductive approach was adopted. The sample size of the study was 242 respondents, and data were collected from software houses. The collected data were then analyzed by doing the structural equation modeling in PLS-SEM in order to examine the relationships. The outcomes demonstrate positive impact of project manager soft competences on project sustainability and mediating impact of innovation among the relationship of project manager soft competences and project sustainability. Innovation is directly linked to project sustainable development, and was accepted, which aligns with the previous studies. This research reflects the role of project manager soft competences on innovation and project sustainability. The study is unique in its scope and implications as the focus is upon empirical investigation of the project manager soft competences and project sustainability in the context of Pakistan.

Village existence is very important for national development. Thus, uneven development between the Village and the City can cause many villagers who try their fortune in the city, leave the village and do not want to return to the Village. This research was conducted to determine the effect of human resource competence on financial accountability of village funds and the influence of the role of village heads on village financial accountability. The population in this study are all villages in the Sleman Regency. This research uses incidental sampling. The sample size uses the Slovin formula, with a minimum number of respondents of 71 villages. The analysis method uses structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis test. The conclusion of this study, namely that there is a significant influence between HR competencies on village financial accountability, meaning that if HR competencies are higher, the financial accountability of village funds is more accountable. There is a significant influence between HR competencies on the financial accountability of village funds, meaning that if HR competencies are higher, the financial accountability of village funds will be more accountable. There is a significant influence between the role of the village head on the financial accountability of village funds, meaning that if the role of the village head is higher, then the financial accountability of village funds is more accountable.

This study examines the effect of tourist evaluative factors, specifically service quality and tourist experience on tourist satisfaction and its further influence on revisit intention and intention to recommend. Service quality and tourist experience serve as independent variables, while revisit intention and recommend intention are posited as dependent variables, with satisfaction acts as the intervening variable. Data analysis using  Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of 186 tourist visiting Umbul Sidomukti, Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia, finds that both revisit intention and intention to recommend could be increased through the improvement of service quality and tourist satisfaction.
