The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant relationship between: (1) the use of learning facilities with results, (2) motivation to learn with learning outcomes, (3) use of learning facilities and motivation to learn with learning outcomes. This research is quantitative descriptive. the number of samples is 104. The sample selection uses the Probability Sampling technique of simple Random Sampling. Data was collected using questionnaire and documentation methods. Test requirements analysis using the Normality test. The results of the study: (1) There is a positive relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning outcomes, analysis: rx1y = 0. 206 and rtable = 0. 195. (2) There is a positive relationship between motivation to learn and learning outcomes, analilis: rx2y = 0. 225 and rtable = 0. 195. (3) There is a shared positive relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning motivation with learning outcomes, analysis: rx1x2y = 0. 298 and rtable = 0. 195. The relationship is included in the low category because based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination the relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning motivation with economic learning outcomes is found at 8. 88%.

This research is correlation research. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and motivation to learn biology in class XI SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru in the 2020/2021 academic year. The instruments used in data collection are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. This research was conducted on April 26 to June 3, 2021. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 180 students. The questionnaire distributed consisted of 30 statements. The results of data analysis correlation coefficient (rcount) of 0,22 with a significant level of 5% has a correlation in the low category. From hypothesis testing, it was obtained tcount (3,0) > ttable (1,66). This means that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. Then from the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination of the self-efficacy variable (X) it gave a positive contribution to learning motivation (Y) which was obtained by 5% while 95% was determined by other variables or factors that influenced student learning motivation which were not discussed in this study.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students chemistry of grade XI-MNS (mathematics and natural science). The research design used was quantitative with a correlation approach. The population of this study was all students of class XI-MNS at state senior high school (SHS) 4 Pematangsiantar as many as 205 students for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The sampling technique for this research was random sampling, which is a random sampling technique with a total sample of 40 students. The instrument used in the study was a non-test (questionnaire) of 20 questions to measure student learning motivation, but measuring chemistry learning outcomes was taken from the odd semester exam scores. The results showed that the percentage of high motivation was 20%, sufficient motivation was 50%, and low motivation was 30%. Student chemistry learning outcomes with a minimum score with a score of 41 and a maximum value with a score of 63 derived from the semester test scores that have been assessed by the field teacher. The correlation coefficient (r) in this study is 0.80 and the value of the coefficient of determination (r²) amounting to 0.63 which indicates that students' chemistry learning outcomes affect 63% changes in chemistry learning motivation. This results show that the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students chemistry of grade XI-MNS is very strong.

This research aims to examine the relationship between the intelligence of adversity and self efficacy with learning motivation. The research subjects were 70 students of SMA Negeri 6 Banda Aceh.Sampling technique  in this study by using purposive sampling technique. Measurers used  in this  study  are  the  scale  0f adversity quetion, the scale of self efficacy and  the  scale of   learning motivation. Data in multiple regression analysis showed that there was a very significant positive relationship between intelligence of adversity and self efficacy with learning motivation. This is shown by the coefficient of Freg = 62,364; Rx12y = 0.807 and p 0.001. The effective contribution percentage of both independent variables (adversity and self efficacy) to learning motivation was 65.1%. From these results we have known that there was still 34.9% contribution from other factors in motivation to learn.

The latest learning in the 21st century requires learners to master various competencies to support their learning process and achieve the expected learning goals. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-regulated learning and learning motivation with metacognitive skills. The research was conducted in May 2020 at SMAN 1 of Tasikmalaya. The research used a quantitative approach to explore the correlation among variables observed involving a population of 177 students of class XI MIPA 1- XI MIPA 5 in academic year 2019/2020. The samples were 43 students selected using simple random sampling technique. Metacognitive Awareness Inventory (MAI) questionnaire adapted from Schraw & Dennison and Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) adapted from Pintrich & De Groot were used to collect the data. MAI is used to measure metacognitive skills, while MSLQ is used to measure self-regulated learning and learning motivation. MLSQ is a validated isntrumen, while MAI is tested for validity first and the results are valid. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression tests. The results show that the correlation coefficient (R) was 0.747 and the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.558. The contribution of self-regulated learning and learning motivation to metacognitive skills amounted to 55.8%.
