This study aimed to evaluate the Value Proposition in Parani Car Wash, a home-call car cleaning startup business. The Value Proposition is viewed as part of Osterwalder’s Business Model Canvas and the SWOT approach is used to describe and explain the current Value Proposition of Parani Car Wash. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data collection method in this study is using semi-structured interview technique. There are 9 informants interviewed, consisting of two customers of the company, two of the owners of similar companies, an expert, and four managers of the company. The results of SWOT approach indicates the strength of the Value Proposition is aligned with the needs of customers, while the weakness is related to network. Opportunities are available regarding expansion of operational areas and service variants, but there are threats related to competition.

Abstract: This article is the result of research on the novel of Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 by Habiburrahman El Shirazy which aims to describe the values of aqeedah in the novel. This research is library research using a qualitative approach that is interpreted descriptive analysis. The data collection method used by the writer is the documentation method. Then the data analyzed by the researcher uses content analysis techniques. The results showed that the aqeedah aspect found the values of aqeedah in the pillars of faith such as believing in Allah, believing in the angels of Allah, believing in the books of Allah, believing in the messengers of Allah, believing in the last day, and believing in destiny (qadha and qadar).   Keywords: Nilai-nilai, aqidah, dan novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2.

Introduction. The existence of demotivating phenomena in the process of learning Arabic is very much felt by the instructor at this time, it can be seen from the low of the final result of students. Data Collection Method. Using a study literature approach Analysis Data. Using a descriptive analysis Results and Discussions. There is a positive correlation to the role of motivation in language learning. This is evidenced by several studies that say that motivation can improve the results of student learning achievement. In the research conducted by Nik Mohd Rahimi Nik Yusoff, Zamri Mahamod, Kamarulzaman AB. Ghani, found that the relationship between motivation towards proficiency in hearing Arabic and achieving proficiency in hearing Arabic (r = 0.613). This shows that the achievement of students in the ability to hear Arabic is somewhat influenced by students' motivation towards the ability to hear Arabic. This study analyzed the labeling of medications in Brazil based on the perception of health professionals and users in order to propose modifications and improvements that avoided the error of medication use. The qualitative approach was used to collect data, and the semi-structured interview technique was performed among health professionals and the focal group technique among the users. This collection took place throughout 2017. The main difficulties encountered by drug product respondents were similar labels, the difficulty of finding the items on the labels, the different information on the primary and secondary packaging of the medicines and the difficulty in visualizing information in the labels. And the suggestions were to remove the unnecessary information labels that are considered obvious; and adding or highlighting the dosage information area, the route of administration, the mode of preparation of the medicines and storage form for preservation. About the general modifications there was agreement on the definition of color of the label according to the pharmacological action of the drug and on the standardization in the increase of letter of the main information of the label.

The body is one of the ways people express themselves. This is true not only for people without disabilities, but also for people with disabilities. Physical education and sports are one of the methods of disabled people to express themselves physically in society. The aim of this study is to contribute to increasing the visibility of disability in sports in terms of the social model. Yöntem: The sample of the study consists of 11 physically disabled national shooting athletes who have the right to participate in the 2021 Paralympic Games. In the study, a semi-structured interview technique was used in which theoretically, according to De Pauw, his/her thoughts on the visibility of disability in sports were used. In this study, in which qualitative research methods are used, descriptive analysis of the data is performed using both content analysis and in-depth interview. Bulgular: In the study, the demographic characteristics of the participants were determined. In-depth interviews were conducted with 11 people (4 women and 7 men) who voluntarily participated in the study. Findings obtained from the data after the interviews; The sub-theme of the “obstacles to participation in sports” theme is lack of materials and facilities, the sub-theme of the “attractiveness of the Paralympic Games” is the inadequate promotion of the Paralympic Games, the sub-themes of the “reaction of the social environment” are being congratulated as a positive reaction, and the shooting sport is not known as a negative reaction determined.

This is a qualitative phenomenological research aimed to understand stress of a former drug users whose under rehabilitation process. This research focused on factors that influencing and implications due to stresses of former drug users. Data collection method used is the method that used in this research is semi-structured interview, observations by non-participants, checklists, and documentations. Subject in this research determined by the cooperative ability of former drug users whose undergoing rehabilitation, which is three women as participants, at former drug users social rehabilitation office “Mandiri”, Semarang. Through descriptive analysis of data research, factors that making former drug users stressed during rehabilitation process are loss of freedom, the guilty feelings, social affect such as ex-drug users label and other affect which cause worsen the conditions of a former drug users and the stressed level become higher. Furthermore, stress that experienced by the former users will affect their subjective conditions, cognitive behavior, and physiological conditions.

This study aims to determine and identify the fears of students with special needs in inclusive classrooms. The study was conducted with a total of 69 students (32 female, 37 male) from 36 classrooms across 12 different schools (including six primary schools and six middle schools) in Malatya, Turkey. The data were collected using a semi-structured interview technique and analyzed through descriptive analysis technique. These results revealed that students feared animals, spiritual associations, being negatively evaluated by figures of authority and other students, harm and suffering, death and loss, being subject to violence, and natural events and phenomena.

The Impact

Pondok Pesantren Darul Islah Kertek Wonosobo is a boarding school that holds the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program for students. This program aims to give birth to a young generation of Muslims who have expertise in a field of knowledge and are able to lead community life and entrepreneurship, based on the Qur'an. This research was conducted to determine how the impact of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program was felt by the students at Darul Islah Kertek Wonosobo Islamic Boarding School. The type of research that researchers do is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research on the impact of the Tahfidz al-Quran program carried out by the Darul Islah Kertek Wonosobo Islamic Boarding School on the values ​​of character education for students, they feel a change in themselves in their daily lives in ethics based on the spirit of carrying out Islamic teachings.

The value co-creation function is a tool for the industry to increase the value added of their offers to increase the level of satisfaction and customer loyalty. Value in this study refers to the service quality required of companies that operate based on consumer advocacy services. The aim of this study was to identify from consumers the value of retail stationary, to assist researchers in finding suitable strategies for opening a stationary store. This study used a qualitative approach with purposive sampling with a research subject of consumers. There were 8 informants in this study. The study found the service quality suitable based on Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). These results can be used to open an online shop platform such as shopee. This study aims to determine the problems experienced by parents of children with special needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The phenomenological patterns technique, which is a qualitative research method, was used in the study. Ten parents with children with special needs who were affected by different types of disabilities were included in the study. The data in the research were collected using interview forms consisting of open-ended questions and a semi-structured interview technique. After the data obtained from the interviews were decoded, they were analyzed with the descriptive analysis technique. At the end of the study, the findings of the problems experienced by parents of children with special needs during the epidemic, the problems they experienced with their children, and the problems and expectations related to the education of their children were discussed in detail within the framework of the literature.

The Media

This research emphasizes on elaborating the feasibility of the media of the bandwagon educational game on the creativity of children aged 5-6 years. To obtain the research objectives, this researcher conducted research and development using the 4D model developed by Thiagarajan, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The subjects in this research trial were five children aged 5-6 years and 30 ECE teachers. The data collection instrument used a structured interview technique and an online questionnaire through a google form accompanied by a video of the implementation of the bandwagon educational game. The data analysis technique used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. From this research, it shows that the development of the bandwagon educational game tool that has been tested on a small scale is valid and feasible. This shows that this bandwagon game is effective and can be applied and has an appeal for early childhood in learning.
