This research emphasizes on elaborating the feasibility of the media of the bandwagon educational game on the creativity of children aged 5-6 years. To obtain the research objectives, this researcher conducted research and development using the 4D model developed by Thiagarajan, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The subjects in this research trial were five children aged 5-6 years and 30 ECE teachers. The data collection instrument used a structured interview technique and an online questionnaire through a google form accompanied by a video of the implementation of the bandwagon educational game. The data analysis technique used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. From this research, it shows that the development of the bandwagon educational game tool that has been tested on a small scale is valid and feasible. This shows that this bandwagon game is effective and can be applied and has an appeal for early childhood in learning.

RESUMOObjetivo: investigar a característica resiliente de familiares que convivem com a realidade de um parente em sofrimento psíquico. Método: trata-se de estudo qualitativo, descritivo, em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Infanto-juvenil, com nove familiares cuidadores. Utilizou-se a técnica de entrevista semiestruturada para a produção de dados empíricos, e, para a análise, a técnica de Análise de Conteúdo na modalidade Análise Temática. Resultados: identificou-se que o processo de cuidar se transfigura uma missão por vezes difícil, no entanto, com o passar do tempo, os entrevistados apresentaram uma postura otimista e esperançosa na superação das adversidades e de tentar manter um vínculo familiar positivo baseado no amor, respeito, fé, solidariedade e companheirismo. Conclusão: refletiram-se, pelos familiares, mudanças de atitude e personalidades significantes na evolução de uma melhor convivência e forma de agir com seu parente com sofrimento psíquico, permitindo a identificação de características resilientes. <p>Learning through the media of information and communication technology is expected for children to be intelligent, critical, and creative, and able to solve problems relating to everyday life. Awareness of teachers to improve the quality of education through the medium of ICT is the integration in the achievement of life skills as the main orientation of educational purposes. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, with 28 research subjects of certified educators in elementary school Singosari. The result showed that teachers already know about the media ICT learning through workshops conducted by the Ministry of Education, Books, Training and seminars as well as through training when taking part the teacher certification.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Teachers with Certified Educators, Media ICT, Learning SD</p>

This study aims to determine and identify the fears of students with special needs in inclusive classrooms. The study was conducted with a total of 69 students (32 female, 37 male) from 36 classrooms across 12 different schools (including six primary schools and six middle schools) in Malatya, Turkey. The data were collected using a semi-structured interview technique and analyzed through descriptive analysis technique. These results revealed that students feared animals, spiritual associations, being negatively evaluated by figures of authority and other students, harm and suffering, death and loss, being subject to violence, and natural events and phenomena.

This study aims to determine the problems experienced by parents of children with special needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The phenomenological patterns technique, which is a qualitative research method, was used in the study. Ten parents with children with special needs who were affected by different types of disabilities were included in the study. The data in the research were collected using interview forms consisting of open-ended questions and a semi-structured interview technique. After the data obtained from the interviews were decoded, they were analyzed with the descriptive analysis technique. At the end of the study, the findings of the problems experienced by parents of children with special needs during the epidemic, the problems they experienced with their children, and the problems and expectations related to the education of their children were discussed in detail within the framework of the literature.

The purpose of this study was to determine consumers 'buying interest in Xi Bo Ba's beverage products, and consumers' responses to these products. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique by collecting data using an online questionnaire on 60 respondents Xi Bo Ba Jimbaran Bali. Purchase interest variable consists of 3 dimensions, namely product quality, price, promotion with a total of 5 indicators. The results of the study of 60 respondents were the highest in women, mostly students aged 17-25 years. Respondents prefer shopping online rather than offline. The conclusion of all indicators of buying interest is in the very good category, with the highest indicator on product quality and the lowest on price. The advice for company management is to maintain what is good, improve what is still lacking, including new innovations in Xi Bo Ba's products in the future.

This study aims to determine transparency and accountability in the implementation of the Village Income and Expenditure Budget in Ngasem Village, Batealit District, Jepara Regency. Because in Ngasem Village, Batealit Subdistrict, Jepara Regency, the Village Budget has always increased. In the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget, priority is placed on village infrastructure. The data used in this study were obtained from data collection and carried out by direct observations in the field with interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis with data processing methods with triangulation techniques. This interview technique was conducted directly with the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Consultative Body, and Village Communities in Ngasem Village, Batealit District, Jepara Regency. The results of this study indicate that the Ngasem village has carried out transparency and accountability in the Village Budget of the 2018 budget year. In general the transparency and accountability in Ngasem Village has been in accordance with the provisions and has run well and smoothly.

ABSTRAKTujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis pada anak kelompok B melalui alat permainan Roulette di TK Pertiwi Jraganan Kabupaten Pemalang Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester I bulan Juli 2017 bertempat di TK Pertiwi Jraganan Kabupaten Pemalang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelompok B yang berjumlah sepuluh anak terdiri atas enam anak laki-laki dan empat anak perempuan. Prosedur penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu, 1) membuat perencanaan, 2) melakukan tindakan, 3) mengadakan pengamatan terhadap tindakan, 4) merefleksi hasil pengamatan tindakan, setiap siklus dilaksanakan 3 kali pertemuan. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dalam penelitian tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui instrumen penelitian lembar observasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian setelah kegiatan menulis, menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam kegiatan bermain Roulette terhadap kemampuan menulis pada anak Kelompok B TK Pertiwi Jraganan Kabupaten Pemalang Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian dilakukan dengan dua siklus diperoleh hasil peningkatan kemampuan menulis pada anak, yaitu 20% pada siklus I dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 60% sehingga mencapai hasil akhir sebesar 80% pada siklus II (indikator kinerja tercapai). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Bermain Roulette dapat meningkatkan Kemampuan menulis pada anak Kelompok B TK Pertiwi Jraganan Kabupaten Pemalang Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Saran yang hendak peneliti sampaikan, sebaiknya pendidik dapat menggunakan Alat Permainan Edukatif Roulette untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis pada anak. Sehingga target pembelajaran tercapai.    ABSTRACT               This research was conducted in the first semester of July 2017 located at TK Pertiwi Jraganan Pemalang Regency. The subjects of this study were B group of ten students consisting of six boys and four girls. The research procedure uses a classroom action research consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: 1) planning, 2) taking action, 3) making observations on the action, 4) reflecting the observation result of action, each cycle is held 3 times meeting. The data that have been collected in the research are analyzed by using qualitative descriptive analysis technique. Data in this research is obtained through observation sheet research instrument. Based on the results of analysis of research data after writing activities, showed an increase in Roulette play activities on writing skills in children Group B TK Pertiwi Jraganan Pemalang District Lesson Year 2017/2018. The study was conducted with two cycles obtained by the increase of writing ability in children, that is 20% in cycle I and increased by 60% so as to reach the final result of 80% in cycle II (performance indicators achieved). It can be concluded that "Playing Roulette can improve Writing Ability in Children Group B TK Pertiwi Jraganan Pemalang District Lesson Year 2017/2018. The suggestion the researcher would like to make is that educators can use the Roulette Educational Game Tool to improve their writing skills. So that the target of learning is achieved.

This research reveals the application of picture and picture learning model by determining the subject matter which become the focus of the study, namely the activity on students' speaking skill. Thus, the purpose of this study to determine the ability of students 'speaking skills in the learning process using the media images in class III MI Al-Mawasir Padang Kalua'. The implementation of research using quantitative and qualitative approach. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK) designed through three cycles. Each cycle lasts for two meetings. Subjects in this study were third grade students MI Al-Mawasir Padang Kalua, which amounted to 18 students consisting of 10 men and 8 women. Data collection techniques conducted in this study, namely interviews, tests, and observations. This research uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. Qualitative data was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis technique, ie categorization, data presentation, and data reduction, while quantitative data was analyzed by using percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that the average value of activity in students' speaking skills increases in each cycle. In the first cycle with a mean score of 68.05, it increases in cycle II with the average value of 71.52, and increasing again in cycle III with the average value of 84.72. Thus, it can be seen that the use of modelpicture and picture can effectively improve the students' speaking skills in the class IIIMI Al-Mawasir Padang Kalua.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

The objectives of this study were to evaluate the management of Government Fixed Assets inPegunungan Bintang Regency. The analysis technique used in this study was descriptive analysis.The paper described the Analysis of Regional Property Administration Evaluation in thePegunungan Bintang District Government. The data was shown in tables with numbers andpercentages to be analyzed further with descriptive analysis. In analyzing research data the authoruses qualitative descriptive analysis, also known as content analysis.The results of the study showed that the administration of regional fixed assets in terms of recordingthe assets, The Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) in Pegunungan BintangRegency has carried out the bookkeeping. This comprises of process of recording regional fixedassets in lists of its users, the inventory cards, and in the database of regional’s fixed assets. Beforerecording the assets, at first, Asset have been identified into its classification based on the type andcodes of regional fixed assets. Thus, in general, it can be concluded that the implementation ofaccounting in the administration of fixed assets in The Financial and Asset Management Agency ofPegunungan Bintang Regency has been well implemented. Evaluation of administration of regionalfixed assets to the inventory on The Financial and Asset Management Agency in PegununganBintang Regency has been carried out in accordance with mandated regulations. This can be seenfrom the evidence of inventory execution such as the existence of recording documents, theDatabase of Inventory, and documented in Inventories Books. In addition, there are reportingdocuments such as List of Inventory Recapitulation and List of inventory Mutations. Evaluation ofadministration of regional fixed assets in terms of reporting to The Financial and AssetManagement Agency in Pegunungan Bintang Regency is carried out in stages based on informationcontained in the list of assets keepers and a list of the authority of its users and keepers. Authoritiesof fixed assets users have to submit assets User Reports every semester, yearly, and 5 years toassets keepers.
