Abstract: Doing evaluation is one of important thing that has been done by the educators. This needs to be done as an effort to evaluate the implementation of online virtual learning for Engineering Students at Surabaya State University. The online virtual learning media used is the google meet application. The survey method was carried out by monitoring the implementation of direct learning in online virtual learning classes. Survey researched was employed to analyze the data, which directly used to monitor the students. The result of this study is that the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic can be carried out well. Based on the Lesson Plan Semester,the results of the implementation of the Lesson Plan have been ready, carried out well, and the evaluation of the learning has been done well. The perceptions of lecturers and students shows that online virtual learning has met the minimum criteria of good and sufficient. Keywords: Learning evaluation; Learning Implementation; Virtual Online   Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil implementasi pembelajaran virtual online selama pandemi Covıd-19 terjadi. Hal ini perlu dilakukan sebagai upaya evaluasi terhadap implementasi pembelajaran virtual online pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Media pembelajaran virtual online yang digunakan sebagai obyek penelitian adalah aplikasi google meet. Metode survei dilakukan dengan cara monitoring terhadap implementasi pembelajaran secara langsung pada kelas pembelajaran virtual online. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ditemukan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran virtual online selama pandemic Covid-19 dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan terlaksana sesuai dengan rencana pembelajaran semester. Hasil implementasi pada keterlaksanaan pada rencana pembelajaran semester diperoleh persiapan pembelajaran telah siap, telah terlaksana dengan baik, dan evaluasi dari pembelajaran telah dilakukan dengan baik. Kualitas pembelajaran virtual ditinjau dari persepsi dosen dan mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran virtual online telah memenuhi kriteria minimal baik dan cukup. Hambatan bagi mahasiswa adalah ketika saat perkuliahan secara virtual kondisi jaringan internet tidak stabil. Hambatan bagi dosen adalah sulitnya menilai keaktifan mahasiswa dalam belajar dan kejujuran mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas/ujian mengikuti pembelajaran virtual online untuk beberapa mata kuliah teori. Padang state university is one of the universities that provide the academicians with information system in order to make them easier when looking for information that they need. One of the information systems is online learning evaluation system. The aim of this research is examining some factors that impacting the acceptance and the usage of online learning evaluation system interest by using Venkatesh's model (2003) that is Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Variables that used are: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition and hedonic motivation. The result of the data analysis shows that the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and hedonic motivation together have a significant effect of 67% on the interest of acceptance and use of Online Learning Evaluation Information System at State University of Padang. So it can be concluded that the factors of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and hedonic motivation have contributed to the interest of acceptance and use of the system. This study aimed to describe the learning management during the Covid-19 pandemic at the STIT Bustanul Ulum Central Lampung. This study employed the qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The researchers had collected the data by documenting books, dissertations, theses, magazines, journals, or others that discussed the research problems. Planning for online learning during Covid-19 at the STIT Bustanul Ulum Central Lampung consisted of compiling a syllabus and lesson plan containing elements of Covid-19 with a simplified curriculum and adapted to online methods and media. There were three main activities in implementing online learning during covid-19 at the STIT Bustanul Ulum Central Lampung. These activities were preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities. The online learning evaluation during Covid-19 at the STIT Bustanul Ulum Central Lampung consisted of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor assessments.

Abstract: This research aims to determine the implementation and barriers of thematic learning encountered by 4th grade teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating aspects in online learning due the COVID-19 pandemic. The approach used in this research was descriptive quantitative by using the ex-post facto method. The subject in this research was 94 samples, of which 4 teachers and 90 students. The results of this research indicate that: (1) the thematic lesson plan (RPP) was in fairly good quality with medium qualification (79,89 percent); (2) the learning implementation was in good quality with high qualification (91,49 percent); (3) the learning evaluation was in good quality with high qualification (74,80 percent); (4) there was a relationship between student outcomes and the lesson plan with a significance value (0.042 less than 0.05); (5) there was a relationship between student outcomes and the learning implementation with a significance value (0.045 less than 0.05); and (6) there was a relationship between student outcomes with the lesson plan and learning implementation with a significance value (0.045 less than 0.05). Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan dan hambatan pembelajaran tematik yang ditemui guru kelas IV SD di Gugus 3 Kedungkandang pada aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi COVID-19. The challenge of online learning for students is independence in assignments—attendance and enthusiasm of students present in class. Written language skills are very prominent in the online learning process. The online learning process has many obstacles in the interaction of students and lecturers, such as courses that require skills. Next is the problem of an unstable internet network. This paper aims to evaluate online learning in universities. The researcher used descriptive survey research. The respondents of Sekolah Tinggi Filsafat Jaffray were 96 students. This study examines the effectiveness of the online learning process. Data were analyzed and compared with research results in journal articles.The online learning evaluation analysis results from the side of the first student showed that students were more interested in face-to-face learning than online. Second, most students plan to study now for future use. Third, the main obstacles faced by students are internet access and internet quota. Lecturers have an essential role in helping students learn online. Third, students need groups to evaluate each other during the learning process.

This study aims to determine the use of learning media by civil engineering students during field experience program. This research was conducted at the Department of Civil Engineering, State University of Jakarta. The time period of research is January-June 2011. The research population is Civil EngineeringStudents UNJ Even Semester, 2010/2011 Academic Year. The sample used are 20 PPL students from 35 Department of Civil Engineering PPL students who did field experience program and 60 vocational school students. This research used survey method with descriptive approach. Questionnaire instruments are used in collecting the data. The instruments were tested first before used in research. Test results showed that 21 questions are valid and reliable (rtabel = 0.532). The analysis of data is using qualitative descriptive techniques with percentage.The results showed that PPL students using instructional media in accordance with the learning purposes that are analyzing the concepts and relationships,memorizing, requires higher-level thinking, and implementing physical procedures. In addition, PPL students have usedall learning media such asprinting media, programs (power point), boards, real thing, video with media devices LCD projector and computer / laptop. In this case the largest percentage is to use the board media and the smallest percentage isto use video media.The conclusion of this study is that all PPL students of Civil Engineering were usinglearning media appropriate to the learning objectives

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused major disruptions in every sector of human activity around the world. The education sector is no exception. Due to physical restrictions in accessing campus infrastructures, students and instructors at academic institutions have forcibly adapted to the new norm of virtual learning with mixed expectations and outcomes. There have been several studies conducted by educational practitioners since the pandemic began, which mostly focused on how academic constituents quickly adapt to virtual learning in a general sense. The main objective of this study is to examine the effects of virtual learning infrastructure and environment on student learning, specific to the civil engineering program at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU). A survey was distributed to civil engineering students at PMU at the end of the fall 2020 term to gather perceptions about virtual learning and check the adequacy of online learning tools and associated environments. Student performance during virtual learning in terms of grade achievement was also investigated and compared with a normal situation. In general, it was found that students are satisfied with the current technology used to facilitate virtual learning. The anticipated outcomes of this study, including online technology readiness, curriculum adjustment, and teaching styles or methods, are to be used for virtual learning improvement should the current pandemic restriction extend to the end of the 2020–21 academic year and possibly far beyond.

This research explores the factors that influence students’ continuous usage intention regarding online learning platforms from the perspectives of social capital, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. The questionnaire survey method was used in the research to analyze the relationship between the research variables and verify the hypothesis based on data from 248 collected valid questionnaire responses. The following results were obtained: (1) “Social interaction ties” positively affect students’ continuous usage intention. (2) “Shared language” negatively affects students’ continuous usage intention. (3) “Shared vision” positively affects students’ continuous usage intention. (4) “Perceived usefulness” positively affects students’ continuous usage intention. (5) “Perceived ease of use” positively affects students’ continuous usage intention. According to the results, students believe in useful teaching that promotes knowledge and skills. The ease of use of learning tools is key to whether they can learn successfully. Paying attention to the interaction and communication between students, so that students have a shared goal and participate in teamwork, is something that teachers must pay attention to in the course of operation. The professional vocabulary of the teaching content and the way of announcing information should avoid using difficult terminology, which is also a point to which teachers need to pay attention.

The purpose of this study is to determine the demographic profiles of the respondents which are the teachers in Mindanao State University–Sulu according to gender and college, to identify the issues encountered by the MSU-Sulu Teacher towards modular distance learning approach, to distinguish the concerns of the MSU-Sulu Teacher towards modular distance learning approach, to investigate the teaching preparations on the adaptation of modular distance learning approach, and to identify the significant difference of issues and concern of the MSU-Sulu Teacher towards modular distance learning approach when they are grouped according gender and college. Frequency and percentage distribution, weighted arithmetic mean and independent t-test and chi-square are the statistical tools used to answer the entire research question. The data gathered was computed using SPSS analyzed and interpreted with the aide of the statistician. Descriptive survey method was used as the research method. This study utilizes 40 teachers from different colleges/department. Convenience sampling was used to It is the recommended number of which it is the 30% from the total population of all the faculty of Mindanao State University-Sulu.; questionnaire is used by the researcher as a research instrument of the study. The findings of the study were: 1) There is no significant difference of issues and concern of the MSU-Sulu teacher towards modular distance learning approach when grouped according gender but in contrary; and 2) There is significant difference on the issues and concern among MSU-Sulu teacher towards modular distance learning approach when grouped according colleges. The issues encountered towards modular distance learning approach were communication failure like that of instructions or confusion of students on the modules, limited teacher guidance, student’s in discourteous approach to teachers, complaints on not understanding the module, and all of which results to misbehavior on students and failure to pass worksheet on time. In addition, the concerns of the MSU-Sulu teacher towards modular distance learning approach were; first, hidden expenses on modules; second, teacher’s lack of media literacy; third, poor internet connection which intercepts communication between teacher and students; fourth, time constraint among teachers due to overload paperwork; fifth, equipment problem and complexity of the discussion as well as measurement of student’s performance; sixth,  managing student’s responses from time to time; seventh, teacher’s unavailability  and lastly, difficulties of studying among slow learners. Moreover, on teaching preparations on the adaptation of modular distance learning approach, the issues were cater and set time for student’s inquiries and be flexible to allow extension in terms of passing worksheets as well as allow parents, relative or even friends to pass worksheets in their behalf to lessen transportation expenses. Teachers must appreciate/ recognize his/her students to boost their confidence and avoid favouritism while being considerate to students who are attention seeker or may have ADHD. Correspondingly, the concerns were. Teachers must encourage handwritten answers to lessen plagiarism, on the absence of teacher, the parents and elders must guide the students in their learning at home. Teacher and parent’s guidance must go hand and hand in today’s learning. Teachers must likewise be flexible in finding solutions on printing shortage. And lastly, alternative teaching strategies like modular learning should be hone to aid lack of media literacy of both teacher and students In view of the findings and analysis, the following are recommended: Teachers must be flexible with the present kind of teaching strategy at all cost and at all aspects, Set guidelines as to establish proper communication among students and teachers, learning materials must be affordable as well as easy to understand content, teachers must develop their media literacy skills and encourage teachers to be available to their students on allotted time and cater all their inquiries with patience at all times. Furthermore, the following are the recommended research agenda: Teacher’s training on media literacy and module development programs to allow teamwork in the making process.
