The purpose of this study is to explain the Analysis of Corporate Financial Performance (Case Study PT. ACE HARDWARE Indonesia, Tbk). This study aims to determine how the financial performance of the company PT. As seen from the Liquidity ratio of Ace Hardware Indonesia in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2019 period? 2) How is the financial performance of PT. Seeing the solvency ratio for Ace Hardware Indonesia on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2019 period? 3) How is the financial performance of PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia on the Indonesia Stock Exchange seen in the Rentability Ratio in the 2014-2019 period? The results of the study are based on the results of the liquidity ratio consisting of the current ratio and the quick ratio as a whole in the company PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia for the 2014-2019 period shows a liquid company condition where liquidity is used maximally by the company to generate revenue. Solvency ratios consist of Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity as a whole in the company PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia shows a solvable company condition. Purpose This study examined the effect of leverage, debt maturity on corporate financial performance of non-financial firms listed at the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Targeted population of this study was 100 firm listed at PSX as KSE-100 index out of which 74 non-financial firms were selected from 28 different sectors for the period of 5 years 2013 to 2017. Design/Methodology/Approach: Financial performance measured by ROA, ROE, while leverage, short term leverage, long term leverage taken as independent variables, four variables were taken as control which are size, current ratio, sale growth, tangibility. On the basis of Hausman test, results of random effect model were found appropriate. Findings: ST and LT Leverage have a negative significant and insignificant effect on financial performance (ROA) respectively, moreover long term leverage has a positive and significant but short has a negative and insignificant effect on ROE. The results of the control variables showed that size has a negative and significant effect on ROA and ROE, whereas current ratio has insignificant and negative effect on ROA, ROE. Sale growth has a positive and insignificant effect on firms ROA and ROE. Tangibility has insignificant and negative effect on financial performance. Implications/Originality/Value: This study is consistent with traditional trade-off theory and recommended that management of the non-financial firms listed at the PSX should employ minimal debt level or use an optimal level of capital structure and also to attract good management thus to improve their financial performance.

The purpose of this study was to assess the company financial performance of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk using financial ratio analysis for the period 2016-2018. The financial ratios used are liquidity, solvency, and profitability. This type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques used are documentation and literature. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity ratio in 2016-2018 can be seen from the current ratio, which is good. The quick ratio in 2016 and 2017 results are good, while in 2018 it is not good. The cash ratio in 2016-2018 are good. The solvency ratio measured using DAR in 2016 and 2017 are not good while in 2018 is good. The DER in 2016-2018 is good. ROA profitability ratio in 2016-2018 results are not good, ROE in 2016-2018 results are not good, GPM in 2016-2018 results are good, and NPM in 2016-2018 results are not good, OPM in 2016-2018 results are not good, and ROA in 2016- 2018 results are not good. The objectives of this study is to investigate the association between CSR and Corporate Financial Performance (CFP). This study investigates 800 firms listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2010 - 2012. Financial performance is measured by accounting-based approach and stock-market-based approach. While, CSR practices is measured by Corporate Social Disclosure Index (CSRDI). Thus, the association was analyzed under multivariate linear regression by considering time difference. Firm size, growth, and risk are included as control variables. This study finds: (1) CSR provides positive impact on the financial performance until one next period; (2) financial performance measured by ROA influence positively CSR only the next two years; (3) there is significant positive relationship between firm size and CSR. The paper has implications in enhancing the understanding of company performance through understanding the association between CSR and CFP. This may increase the understanding of the association between CSR and CFP. The findings of this study contribute<br />to the literature and regulator  on CSR.

The purpose of this study was to determine financial performance to stock price ofminning industries at Indonesian Stock Exchange . This research is field research withdata collection techniques using documentation that the sample size is as much as 33emitten. To test the effect of the financial performance to stock price used multipleregression analysis techniques and to test research hypotheses, F test and t test.From the results of calculations using SPSS for Windows version 17, showed that: thevalue of R Square (R2) illustrates that the Stock price (Y), can be explained by thefinancial performance amounted to 65.6%, while the rest 34.4%, can be explained byother factors, which are not included in this study. F Hypothesis test results, obtainedvalue of sig. (98,701)>(0.05), this means that there is influence of the current ratio, totalasset turnover , return on investment, and total debt to total asset ratio together againststock price. While the results of hypothesis testing t as follows: 1) sig. (0.000)< (0.05),which means that there is effect current ratio to stock price; 2) sig.(0.004) < (0.05),which means that there is effect debt to equity ratio to stock price; 3) sig.(0.846) >(0.05), which means that there is no effect total asset turnover to stock price; 4)sig.(0.000) (0.05), which means that there is no effect return on investment to stock price,and 5) sig.(0.700)>(0.05), which means that there is no effect total debt to total assetratio to stock price

<p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>The corporate financial performance is one of the measurement instrument whether the company is sustainable. This study aims to determine the effect of financial policy and public ownership on corporate financial performance with Independence of commissioners as a moderating variable in mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchanges. This research uses a quantitative research model using secondary data. The data in this study were processed by the Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) method supported by the IBM SPSS and Microsoft Excel programs as support software with data analysis techniques in the form of a classic assumption test and R2 test, F test, and t test. The population in this study are companies that have reported annual reports consistently during the 2014-2017 period. This study used a purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 19 companies in accordance with predetermined criteria. The results of this study indicate that financial policy proxied by debt policy (DER) has a significant and positive effect on corporate financial performance, public ownership has no significant effect on corporate financial performance, independence commissioners strengthen the relationship between financial policy on corporate financial performance and independence commissioners do not has a moderating role between the relationship between Public Ownership and corporate financial performance. This study uses data from mining sector companies, it is recommended for further research to use other sectors such as: Property &amp; Real Estate Sector, Manufacturing Sector, and others listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.</em> <em>The implications of this study for the company management, this research can provide input to the company to be able to choose and use an independent commissioner who fulfills expertise in the financial and business fields of his company in order to make a decision on his company's financial policy.</em></p><strong>Keywords:</strong> <em>Independence of Commissioners, Financial Policy, Public Ownership, Corporate Financial Performance</em>.

This study aims to examine the differences infinancial performance and abnormal returns in the period before and after the announcement of the merger of the companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2004-2013. In this study the measurement of financial performance using four financial ratios which are the current ratio (CR), the net profit margin (NPM), return on equity(ROE) and price earnings ratio (PER), while the abnormal return is measured using the market return and the actual return. This study used purposive sampling in the sampling study. Company samples tested here are 8 companies from various different types of industries. Hypothesis testing is performed using paired sample t test with a confidence level of 5%. The test results of financial performance in the proxy with the current ratio (CR), the net profit margin (NPM), return on equity (ROE) and price earnings ratio (PER) its how sthe difference before and after the announcement of the merger on the companies listed on the Stock Exchange period 2004-2013.

This study analyzes the financial performance of PT Mandom Tbk. This study aims to determine how the financial performance of PT Mandom Tbk during the 2015 - 2020 reporting year. The data and information used in this study were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The test is carried out based on four categories of financial ratios, namely, Profitability Ratios, Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios, and Activity Ratios. The study was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach and the data is secondary data in the form of financial statements of income and statements of financial position obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on the results of research analysis using the profitability ratios of the company's financial performance, the condition is not good. Based on the liquidity ratio analysis, the company's financial performance shows a good condition. Based on the analysis of the solvency ratio, the company's financial performance shows a good condition. Based on the activity ratio analysis of the company's financial performance, it shows good conditions for receivable activities and not good for inventory activities and fixed asset activities.

Analysis of financial performance can be implemented to all companies, including to hotel industries. For the last few years, there are many issues that income of hotel industry increases because of the soaring numbers of foreign and domestic tourists in Indonesia.  This study aims to analyze financial ratio to assess the financial performance of hotel industry in 2015-2018. Research sample were 12 companies of 35 hotel industries that were listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. Analysis tool used in this research were liquidity ratio, profitability ratio, activity ratio, leverage ratio, and operational ratio. Research result showed good ratios; they were liquidity ratio that was indicated by current ratio, profitability ratio that was pointed by net profit margin, return on asset, and return on equity, also paid occupancy percentage on activity ratio. While the not good ratio, which was activity ratio was pointed by total asset turnover, then leverage ratio by equity multiplier, debt to asset ratio, and debt to equity ratio, also operational ratio which was showed through average room rate and food and beverage cost. Research result of hotel performance in 2015-2018 which is based on financial ratio, they are liquidity, activity, profitability, leverage, and operational, describes that hotel performance is fluctuated. Generally seen, a good ratio in this study is the liquidity ratio that is pointed by current ratio, then profitability ratio that are demonstrated by NPM, ROA, and ROE, also paid occupancy percentage in activity ratio.
