This research Aims To Reveal: (1) Effect of Competence partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (2) Effect of Work Motivation partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (3) Effect of Work Discipline partially to Employee Performance at the Office of Communications Full River City (4) Effect of Competence, Work Motivation and Discipline Work simultaneously To Performance Officer at the Office of Communications Full River City. The study population was all the staff of Office of Communications River City Full totaling 34 people. Samples were taken from all of the population is 34 people. Methods of analysis using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results obtained (1) Partially Competence , Work Motivation and Work Discipline, positive and significant impact on employee performance of Communications River City Full (2) Simultaneously Influence of Competence (X1), work motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y) is 0.003 with Sig. F 0.003 <0.05 and Fhitung value of 5.847, while the value of F table is 2,92 so that the value of F larger than F table, it can be said that the competence (X1) work motivation (X2) and the Discipline of the work (X3) proved positive and significant influence on employee performance of Office of Communications City Full River and regression equations for these three variables is Y = 52,271+ 0,190 X1 + 0,204 X2 + 0,412 X3. Finally the authors suggest the results of this study to increase competence, work motivation and work discipline in accordance with their respective indicators and for other researchers can continue this research in order that the limitations in this study could be refined.Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation and Work Discipline and Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is associative with the method of analysis used are simple and multiple regression analysis. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees of Mutiara Bunda Hospital. The results showed that there are positive and significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.

The attitude competency of the trainees is very low. The skills competency of the trainees is very low. This study aims to: 1) Know the effect of discipline on competence, 2) Know the influence of personality on competence, 3) Know the effect of training on competence, 4) Know the effect of discipline and personality together on competence, 5) Know the effect of discipline and training jointly on competence, 6) Knowing the influence of personality and training together on competence, and 7) Knowing the effect of discipline, personality, and training together on competence. The data collection technique was using a questionnaire given to the participants of the training as 125 respondents. The hypothesis used is simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) There was a positive and significant effect of discipline on competence, 2) There was a positive and significant influence on personality on competence, 3) There was a positive and significant effect of training on competence, 4) There was a positive influence and significant discipline and personality together towards competence. 5) There is a positive and significant effect of discipline and joint training on competence, 6) There is a positive and significant influence on personality and training together on competence, and 7) There is a positive and significant influence on discipline, personality, and joint training of competencies.</p></td></tr></tbody></table></div>

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study was employees of the marketing department of PT. Lambang Putra Perkasa Motor Cirebon with a total of 45 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that all employees are sampled in this study. The technique of drawing data using a questionnaire and data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of competence and motivation on employee performance Keyword: Competency; Motivation; Employee Performance Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meotde penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian marketing PT. Lambang Putra Perkasa Motor Cirebon dengan jumlah 45 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik penarikan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. This Research Aims To Uncover The Influence Of Leadership Style, Work Motivation And Work Discipline Of Employee Performance. The population of this study are all employees At PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatra Branch Painan which amounted to 45 people. Samples were taken from all populations of 45 people. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. The results obtained: Multiple effect of variable X together to variable Y at PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch is equal to 0,573 or 57,3% with Sig. F at 0.000 <0,05 or Fthitung nilat bigger than F table that is 26,445> 3,34, hence can be said that leadership style (X1) work motivation (X2) and work discipline (X3) have positive and significant influence to Performance employees of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch. Partially, leadership style have positive and significant influence to employees performance of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch where t arithmetic variable of leadership style bigger than t table (t count 2,713> t table 1,9883) or its significance is smaller than alpha (0,010 <0,05). Partial of work motivation have positive and significant effect to employee performance of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch where t arithmetic variable of work motivation bigger than t table (titung 2,181> t table 1 , 9883) or its significance is less than alpha (0.035 <0.05). Partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect to the performance of employees of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch where t arithmetic variable work discipline is greater than t table (t count 4,636> t table 1,9883) or siginifikansinya smaller than alpha (0,000 <0.05), and the regression equation for these three variables is Ŷ = 26.445 + 0.299 X1 + 0.220X2. + 0.409 X3.

The purpose of this research is to analyza the influence of work motivation and training on the performance of the employees at the Education and Culture Office Of Padang Pariaman Regency. In this study using descriptive analisys. This analysis is to strengthen the argumentation and logic in answering and implementing allegations that will be described in quantitative analysis, for testing this research hypothesis, including multiple regression analysis. The result of this study illustrate that all variables affect the performance of employees. The result of this research where the variable of work motivation (X1) is known equal to 1,670 then training variable (X2) is obtained equal to 1,670, for employee performance result (Y) equal to 33,196. It can be concluded that the motivation of work ad training is influential in improving the performance of employees within the Department of Education and Culture of Padang Pariaman Regency.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract: Employee performance is very important for an organization to achieve its goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, on employee performance, leadership on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, compensation on employee performance and work culture, leadership, work discipline, compensation on employee performance at PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. The study population is all employees of PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto as many as 623 employees. Determination of sample size with Slovin formula obtained by 86 respondents. The data used is the primary data obtained from the questionnaires distributed to respondents.Tehnik data analysis used is a quantitative approach. The data of the research were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: Work culture affect the performance of employees means that if the work culture increases then the performance of employees will increase. Leadership affects the performance of employees means that if the existing leadership is conducive to work then the performance of employees will increase, work discipline does not affect the performance of employees means employees who discipline work high and employees who work discipline less have the same performance height, Compensation effect on the performance of meaning if the compensation increases then employee performance will increase, work culture, leadership, work discipline and compensation together affect the employee's performance, meaning that if work culture, leadership, work discipline and compensation together increase the employee performance will increase. Keywords: Working Culture, Leadership, Work Discipline, Compensation, Employee Performance. Abstrak: Kinerja pegawai merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja, terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian adalah semua karyawan PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto sebanyak 623 orang karyawan. Penentuan ukuran sampel dengan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 86 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada responden.Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya apabila budaya kerja meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya apabila kepemimpinan yang ada sangat kondusif untuk bekerja maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya pegawai yang disiplin kerjanya tinggi dan pegawai yang disiplin kerjanya kurang memiliki kinerja yang sama tingginya, Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja artinya apabila kompensasi meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, Budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya apabila budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi  secara bersama-sama mengalami peningkatan maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. The purpose of this research is 1) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Career development on employee performance simultaneously 2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Career development on employee performance partially at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera (AJSB) Malang . The number of sample there are 44 respondents at agent employees in PT AJSB Malang. The sampling technic in this research was total sampling. The tools analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that career development variables consist of Variables Influence of justice in careers, Attention to supervision, Awareness about opportunities, Interest of workers, Career satisfaction, simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. partially , Attention to supervision, opportunity awareness, interest in workers, have a significant influence, while the influence of fairness in careers, and career satisfaction does not show significant value

The objectives of this study are 1). to examine the effect of ethics on employee performance atthe Sematang Borang District Office. 2). to test the effect of employee competence onemployee performance at the Sematang Borang District office, 3). to examine the effect ofethics and employee competence on employee performance at the Sematang Borang Districtoffice. This research was conducted on 31 employees at the Sematang Boran sub-districtoffice in Palembang City using a questionnaire. A questionnaire consisting of Ethicalvariables and employee competence as independent variables and employee performance asthe dependent variable. This study uses simple regression analysis and multiple linearregression to see which variables are more influential and the size of the contribution of eachvariable in influencing performance. It is hoped that this research will contribute toemployees regarding the importance of ethics and competence in serving the community, sothat employee performance is maximized. The results of this study indicate that the variablesof ethics and employee competence have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Head Office of Sematang Borang, Palembang City.
